All the staff apart from the typing man doing breakfast were friendly, helpful and super nice. The room was large and easily accommodated our family. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The price was insane! We will be meeting up in Hays a few times a year going forward to exchange grandchildren with our daughter who lives in Oklahoma. For the price i paid for this room i could've rented an entire house from air bnb and had a full kitchen to cook install of eating out. The price was crazy for all of us to be in a single room with no privacy but it was also to expensive to get a second room. We probably won't stay again for that reason.

Large room, perfectly cleaned, friendly staff, decent breakfast provided at no extra charge. Bonus points for having a microwave in the room. Also, the beds were soft and there wasn't a lot of noise from other rooms. It is right off the highway, close to some great places to eat.

The swimming pool was a bit small and the towels were very scratchy. I was hoping they would to have a hard boiled egg but they didn't have any.

The location is near the interstate and right next to Walmart. There are many restaurants nearby. Biscuits and gravy were very good in the morning. Egg choices were fresh and warm. Lots of other cold / hot breakfast choices and drinks. Host was polite and helpful when I came in late at night.

The room I had on the third floor looked almost brand new the week before. Walk in shower, updated thermostat. This week on the second floor I had a tub shower with a plastic curtain. It was still nice, just not as up to date.

They charged me more than I booked UT for,,was told it was the third party I booked through and probably right but was only my 2nd time in over 100 times that this happened ,lets hope I get my 75 extra returned

I didn’t have breakfast, however I checked it out and was pleased with the variety and freshness of the buffet. The dining area was incredibly clean and while I was checking the buffet, a dining staff came and asked if I had any questions or if she could help me in any way. She was personable and friendly.

The room lighting could have been better/brighter. The room seemed somewhat dark and putting on makeup in the bathroom would have benefited with better lighting. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Rented two rooms got put on the third floor both rooms ac did not feel cool or at temperature desired and both units sounded rough

The young Woman, Gwen was her name, she was wonderful at check in and throughout our stay. Very professional! Answered all my questions, and was always smiling!

Breakfast was really pretty bad. Cold eggs, oatmeal gone, etc. No one around. Come ON, you can do better than that!!!

Beautiful property. Excellent staff: Miss Terri and Devin. Great breakfast. Room is gorgeous. TV channels good selection. Extremely clean. All staff go above and beyond to create a wonderful guest experience. Comfortable bed and pillows.

That I couldn't get a receipt because I scheduled through booking.com. Also that I couldn't separate bills.
