This was our first time to stay in a hotel with our 90# mixed lab and I was so pleased with how they accommodated us. The room was large enough to easily find a place for his traveling crate, and was located on the first floor very close to a secondary entrance/exit so we could take him out without going through the lobby. Just outside the door was an expansive grassy area where he could walk and relieve himself. I'd rebook here just because of this. But it was had a comfortable bed, comfortable room temp, and good breakfast.

There was a small hole in our fitted sheet near the head--they need to upgrade these linens.

The staff and facility were amazing. Everyone treated us and others all like VIPs. The entire hotel smelled great and seemed exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable as well.

There were bugs n the hot tub which then hindered us from wanting to use it. The Wi-Fi is horrible, unfortunately. Breakfast wasn't very good and the cook couldn't keep up...so they ran out of food regularly even though the guy cooking worked hard and fast and was very friendly.

The hot tub and pool were phenomenal! The room felt comfortable and clean. It was very relaxing.

Whenever we drive to Oklahoma, we stay here as it is the halfway point for us and we just love the ease of booking from our phones, check in is quick and friendly, get to a clean room/bathroom, relax from a long drive and get a good nights sleep with comfortable beds and awesome AC. The nightly cost is reasonable and the morning breakfast is outstanding!! Plus there are lots of choices for an evening meal or take out to eat in the room.

It was SO quiet! It could have been bc I was so tired. The girl working the front desk when I checked in was great. Very nice. The room was really clean and comfortable. The shampoo & conditioner smelled great but dried out my hair. The breakfast was phenominal! Please don't skimp on your breakfasts like other chains have. It was wonderful. Everyone in my family had something they liked. My fave was the biscuits and gravy. We didn't use the amenities but plan to in the future.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good.

My only complaint is the mattress. It was very worn and we kept sinking to the middle of the mattress. I told the front desk when we checked out, and they seemed genuinely concerned. Hopefully, they reported it to management. We were only there one night, so I am not sure any action was taken. Otherwise, the hotel is great.

Check in was smooth and receptionist very friendly. Room was large and pretty clean. Breakfast was standard but good and they have a new espresso machine that I really enjoyed. Pet friendly.

Our room was next to mechanical and a bit noisy for brief periods. Floor in our room looked clean but needed to be mopped.

The property was in a nice area, and the room was comfortable.

There were cigarette burns on the carpet by the microwave in our non-smoking room. Also, the toilet was not working properly. After about 3 flushes through the evening and morning , total, it would not flush at all. The handle seemed loose.

Lots of baseball kids and their family ate up everything before we could get down to eat. A breakfast worker was trying to keep all the food available. Ran out of biscuits and gravy and eggs.

It was fine, can’t really help the screaming and talking from baseball kids walking and running down the hallway.

I chose to stay here because of the location, and have had a good experience with the amenities! Indoor pool and a sauna, made my night! Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance! As for TV entertainment, they had a good selection of channels, that not every hotel carries!

It's hard to say what I didn't like..if I had to be picky, I would say that the staff could try harder to make sure they vacuum..I stepped on something that looked like broken glass chard, however it didn't affect me..
