A very well renovated building. The mattress helped to relax after an exhaustive day. Bathrobes and sleepers were provided. There was a fridge in the room. The reception people were really polite and always willing to help. I think that most of the things provided at breakfast were homemade.

I would not comment the designer's choices since it's something subjective. But design should not prevail ease of use. I would prefer something to put the luggage on and not on the floor. An opaque window door to the bathroom would be better than a transparent window door and a curtain inside the bathroom. I could not lower the temperature in the room and had to leave the window open in front of a noisy road. Flushing the toilet does not empty the basin and had to repeat the process 2 or 3 times thus wasting a lot of water. There was no room for a bedside table at one side of the bed so I could not put my glasses or phone. There is no parking at the hotel.

This is a good hotel — clean, charming, and ideally located. From here, you can easily explore Kastoria on foot and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The parking spot is also a real plus, especially if you're planning to explore the beautiful surrounding region by car. But what truly makes this place special are the people who run it. Evi is an incredibly kind and attentive host, always going the extra mile to make life easier for her guests. Her warmth, dedication, and generosity leave a lasting impression.

The location of the accommodation was convenient and close to restaurants and cafes. Plenty of free street parking is available nearby. The host, Evi, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. They also assisted us in finding a suitable and easy parking spot opposite the accommodation, as well as helping us to carry our luggage into the room. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received welcome drinks (dessert wine) and snack in the room on arrival. The breakfast was lovely, including sandwiches and hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, cheese, ham and different types of eggs), cakes, yogurt, fruits etc. and barista coffee. Evi is a very good barista. On check out, Evi provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions and good restaurants in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The accommodation is not close to attractions and driving is required (not an issue for us though).

- The owners and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. - The hotel was small, no more than 10 visitor rooms if I remember correctly, so it was pretty quiet, and all the interactions were more personalized and authentic. - The recommendations we received on what to visit were spot on and made our trip even more beautiful. - They even went out of their way and assisted me in planning a special reservation for our anniversary night and cooked a different breakfast the next morning since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. Thank you 😊

Really, nothing negative affected our trip. The only things that come to mind that might be a problem for others are, - The location was great, but the view was not so great. - I believe that during peak season, it will get crowded since there's only 1 elevator which serves 2-3 people at a time.

The room was quite hot. There was also a problem with the shower door which meant it was impossible to not flood the bathroom when showering. Parking is a little bit chaotic.

The warm friendly staff gave us amazing suggestions and our stay in Kastoria immediately became more exciting! They told us where the locals go. They were super helpful and nice. The location was ideal because you're right in the middle of the 2 parts of the lake, it's basically downtown. The hotel is gorgeous and the breakfast outside in the yard was delicious, they had EVERYTHING! We had an amazing time thank you!

This is really a lovely place - super cozy! The owner has an eye for the individual detail. 100% recommended and fair price for what you get.

The showers would benefit if you could completely close them.

Perhaps just a block out curtain in the bedroom. But the facilities and shower were fantastic and the room was great.

Evi was fantastic. Always brought me coffee 1st thing and became a good friend to my wife. Lots of laughs, she is the best.

The hotel was centrally located on top of the hill in Kastoria, which is why I chose it. As it turned out our host could not do enough for us, I have never er experienced such keenness to help her guests. The breakfast was excellent too.
