Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were so friendly and engaged in conversation with you. The pool bar was excellent, happy hour was properly done "Buy 1 get 1 free" and you have a lot of choice. The pool was really clean and the outdoor area was lovely. Front staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us especially Tom, Pam, Chloe and Long. Breakfast buffet area is huge with loads of options and food was prepared in front of you. You can see the Dragon bridge just not it's head but it's only a 10min walk from the hotel to see the whole bridge. Would definitely recommend and would have loved to stay longer in this hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and our dishes were fabulous.

The only thing that was not mentioned is that there is building site going on next door. It could be noisy but that is not the hotels fault. But maybe guests could be informed of this before booking. Even with that I would still stay in this hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Really happy to answer your queries and there was always something present to help. The pool area is amazing as it had both indoor and outdoor options. We stayed in a family suite with the bunk bed and king bed and it was very spacious. Water pressure was decent. It's located on the side of the river that's close to everything by car but i wouldn't say walkable, especially if you prefer exploring markets and the local hub. Overall this hotel is great to wind down at without the resort prices as it's by a river not a beach but far enough from the city centre to avoid the noise and congestion

We had a kitchen in our room but I do wonder about the purpose of the kitchen as there wasn't any utensils provided to use the facilities anyway? Also the mini bar fridge was not cold at all. But other than that, I was really happy with the hotel. Would stay here again for sure

I don’t know what to say cuz everything ‘s so excellent. Good location, you can walk abt 5-8mins to reach Dragon bridge, I can even see it from my view room. The room is large enough to feel comfortable, it is very clean for sure, bed and drap are fit on me, very good quality fabric and firmly mattress. Never miss the housekeeping, they do twice a day. I am so impressed by their lost and found service, I forgot my stuff then they contacted me in within 2 hrs to send it back with no fee; I had a flight right after check out so they sent me by post service. I am so appreciate the team, grateful all of you guys. ❤️

Everything ‘s ok for the 1st day but from the 2nd day, I feel like poor breakfast and be bored. Imagine that you stay in 4 days like me, how it was. I wish they had more new dishes everyday.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Having an indoor swimming pool was a big advantage, especially since it was the rainy season, making outdoor swimming difficult. Another plus was having a large supermarket right next door. For those not on a group tour, constantly relying on taxis can be inconvenient, so the location seemed excellent.

The breakfast seating was a run-for-all, so people were scrambling to grab seats, sometimes leading to chaotic situations. Occasionally, someone behind me would rudely stretch out their card in front of my face to secure a spot, which felt impolite. It was noisy and left me feeling quite unpleasant.

We walked in after not having a great experience with a hotel we originally booked and thankfully they still had a room available for us. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from day one and all the way throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, close walking to the night markets and dragon bridge. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and bed super comfortable after long days of exploring. Buffet breakfast had endless options to cater to every cuisine and was very yummy! We would definitely return here if we came back to Da Nang!

There is some construction happening next door which can be heard as they sometimes work through the night. We were informed about this at check in but we just popped some white noise on during the nights they were working late and it was fine.

Greetef at the lobby with the most delicious welcome drink! Went back for more every day! We were upgraded to a suite to avoid the construction noise at the lower level! Truly appreciate the staff proactive thinking on that matter! We were able to enjoy the Danang Fireworks Festival from the rooftop pool along with some delicious pizza and drinks! Truly memorable stay! The amenities were clean and grand! Lovely!

All up to standard and although some construction noise still made it's way up to the 26th floor, it was minimal!

Staff were great, from the minute we got to the reception. We booked a second night signed up through the melia rewards. $100% worth it. The bed was probobly the best part. The bed was so comfortable. I really want to buy there pillows. The resturants were great. The view was great, location great position for Da Nang sites. The pool at this hotel looked incredible although we didnt get a chance to test out the waters we had a pool view and is huge and honestly the biggest pool ive ever seen.

Large high rise hotel we were on floor 25 with a wonderful view of the river and Dragon Bridge. The room was large spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet varied and catered for all nationalities. Overall a fine place to stay. Location was good for night market was 10 mins walk. Dragon Bridge 15 mins walk. Only downside and this is no fault of the hotel is building work next door w high is a bit noisy and an eyesore.

I had a fantastic stay at this property, which offered excellent facilities and a prime location. The spacious bedroom was a real highlight—plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, from the gym to the pool, and everything was well-maintained. The staff truly stood out, managing expectations flawlessly and ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Overall, a great experience that combined comfort, convenience, and great service!

Amazing view! We booked a jr suite but because there was construction going on , they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom panoramic view room! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Gym was amazing. Location was great too. We were able to walk to the dragon bridge for the Fire and Water show. There was a small mall right behind it. Amazing complimentary drink in the lobby. Breakfast buffet had so much to choose from. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
