Absolutely fantastic stay here. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone planning to visit to Hoi an. While the location outside of the center of the town may look off putting, we found this to be much better as the center is so busy and touristy. They have a free shuttle that operates twice a day, free bikes and taxis are only £2/3 if you go outside of these time. The beach is just in front of the hotel which has a fantastic beach cafe (defo try the tempura prawns and the papaya salad). The beach beds are free through the hotel too- they are comfortable and have sun umbrellas. The beach is great- not busy, fantastic golden sandy beach and warm calm sea. The real highlight are the kind, wonderful women on reception. We were able to WhatsApp them at any moment and they would help, within minutes! They provided fantastic recommendations and provided suggestions we hadn’t even thought about and got us discounts on trips. Their English is great too. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. Without a doubt the best place we have stayed in Vietnam and probably ever.

Our stay at The Linh Seaside was amazing. We were a large family of 12 celebrating a 60th birthday holiday and we all had such a wonderful stay. An and Phuong, our hosts, were the most delightful and helpful front desk staff we have ever met. They helped organise our day trips, party boat and evening show without a single problem and it was very much appreciated by all the family. Every member of the staff were so very friendly and helpful that we couldn’t recommend them more highly enough. Thank you all for making it such a wonderful experience and memorable stay at The Linh.

A group of friends and I booked this beautiful seaside villa to celebrate a 30th Birthday. The entire stay couldn't have been better! Many thanks to the staff, specifically An and Phuong that helped us organise our trip with incredible activities and recommendations even before arriving and throughout the trip. They were able to organise trips into Old Town, dinner reservations, coconut boat rides, diving tours, road trips to Hue and so much more! Not to mention them organising cakes and flowers for us to celebrate our special birthdays! We can't wait to come back and see our new friends again!

This hotel is full of heart. Family run with every single member of staff striving to provide excellence and proud of what they do. We were greeted like royalty being the first (so very lucky) guests of the new year. We were treated to a breakfast feast to celebrate. The hotel is round the corner from a beautiful beach and also a selection of restaurants and bars. We loved our 6 nights here and left relaxed before we headed off to see more of Vietnam. The bed was so comfortable and the many extras supplied much appreciated. Breakfast is also excellent. Thank you!!

The family who own the hotel demonstrated Vietnamese hospitality at it's best - Phuong & An were amazing in helping us zip around in private car which they organised, helped with local recommendations and helped us understand more of Vietnamese life. The location by the beach and beach bar is fantastic and the centre of Hoi An is a 15 min drive through the padi fields. Bikes are free to use and Scooters for hire. Fast laundry service. The rooms are new and light and well furnished- the beds were the most comfortable so far (not too hard as many have been in Vietnam). We had a sea view which is now restricted by a new build and the noise from the build wasn't intrusive at all (no machinary). The rooms have full windows on entrance wall and balcony side making them very light and the entrance side can be curtained off - we didn't find this a problem and didn't feel overlooked as others have stated. A 2 minute walk takes you into the village of An Bang with lots of good value eateries, coffee shops, a bar or two and shops. We loved the beach - body and surf boards can be hired. Amazing value accommodation, relaxed and friendly and highly recommended.

The fact we had to leave...

Initially we were a little disappointed with the Villa & our room compared to other places we'd stayed at in Danang for a similar price however the staff were so welcoming & friendly we ended up having a wonderful stay. Breakfast, which was cooked to order, was amazing! We loved the fruit platter, delicious Cao lau (pork & noodles), freshly squeezed orange juice & wonderful Vietnamese coffee. The location off the main road down a narrow lane meant Grabs couldn't always get to the Villa & would drop us off on the main road or part way. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for some. The location, which was only a few minutes to the beach where you could use sunloungers for free by Phuong's Restaurant, was great. Lots of lovely beach front restaurants (we loved Phuong's for a very relaxing dinner overlooking the sea with the guitarist playing) or a short walk to the main street for restaurants & bars. Definitely worth a few days stay (or longer!) after a busy few days in Hoi An or as a more laid back alternative to staying in Hoi An as the Villa provides a free shuttle or bikes to get to Hoi An Ancient town. Though not as fancy as other places we stayed this ended up being a special place thanks to the lovely staff & location.

A lovely boutique hotel right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very comfortable with great amenities. Spa treatments were relaxing and for a generous price too.

We enjoyed our stay at Linh Seaside villa. The location was great, just steps from the beach and only a short walk from An Bang restaurants and shops. The beach was wonderful but we had some rain and high winds so we only got to swim a couple of times. We look forward to visiting again during high season. The staff was wonderful and they provided a large and delicious breakfast. We used the bicycles and rode through the rice fields which was great. We are so happy we stayed in An Bang rather than Hoi An. We were just an inexpensive 10 minute cab ride into Hoi An but when we were done we could go back to our quaint An Bang.

There was construction in front of our room but the staff was accommodating and moved us to a quieter location. The construction might be completed by high season.

The staff were wonderful. Beautiful fruit platter on arrival. Very close to the beach and views from the breakfast room. Also enjoyed a massage in the spa. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfy and mini bar very cheap. The staff also recommended local restaurants within walking distance, which were fabulous. Breakfast was made to order from a menu which was wonderful, including complimentary fresh fruit platter and pot of green tea. An and Pheoung checked us in and out and were both so lovely and helpful with great english. An also organised our transfer from the accom to the airport.

We did have a problem with a door lock, but that was fixed. We liked everything about the property. If we had more time, we would have had a swim.

Linh Seaside is a small (just 10 rooms), intimate place managed by caring staff and located just a few sandy steps from the beach and small restaurants and bars. A great place if you're looking for a quiet beach-side vacation. Staff will assist you with various tours and transportation into Hoi An. They also provide bikes (for free) and motor bikes (for a fee). Breakfast is selected by each guest the night before and prepared individually. The staff couldn't be more kind, attentive and helpful; when I became ill they assisted me with great personalized care.
