Clean, great beds, awesome breakfast and lovely staff.

Unfortunately the beach view is a gap between a building site and beach huts. Go for the garden view instead, it’s much more quiet and pretty.

Large pool & location to beach. Sunny at reception was excellent always smiling and went out of her way to help my daughter who had sun burn.

The beds were very soft and the room felt cramped. The room was labelled as partial seaview - as you’ll see from the photo it was mainly of an external staircase!!

Good breakfast, a short walk to beach and a good pool. Shuttle to town via beach was a great option An excellent part of town away from the busy centre.

My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hoi A Cua Dai Beach Hotel for five days as part of our journey through Vietnam from North to South. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to relax and unwind. Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, offering easy access for leisurely walks and seaside enjoyment. Facilities: The hotel, built in 2017, features a modern Indochina and Hoi An style, blending tradition with contemporary comforts. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and designed with a warm and appealing aesthetic. Everything was impeccably clean, contributing to a very comfortable stay. Service: The staff at Wyndham Garden Hoi A were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Manager Tran Cong Tuan and his team for their outstanding service. Dining: The food at the hotel was a delightful mix of local and Western cuisine, available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal we had was of high quality and very enjoyable. Amenities: • The 25-meter pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing swim. • Across the road at the beach club, there is a 25-meter infinity pool that offers a stunning view and a relaxing experience. • The massage and spa services were delightful and added to the relaxation of our stay. • The beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable, not too soft or hard, ensuring a good night’s sleep. • We appreciated the daily laundry service, which was very convenient.

We were lucky that the time we was in hotel, hotel was making the renovation of it's own pool, so, they gave us a vouchers to swim in the pool across the road, which was much bigger. The sea is good, beach is more or less clean. The policy for sunbeds is not very clear, sometimes people on the beach telling that sunbeds are free, sometimes asking for 30k, guess it depends on the day of the week. On the beach and at the sea entrance nice sand, almost no stones, but nothing to see if you like snorkeling. For snorkeling need to go to Cham islands. Modern and efficient A/C in room, nice breakfast, horizontal bar in gym. A lot of various cafes near hotel. Food in hotel pretty pricey. A lot of towels in the room.

No night lights in the room.

We did not plan to stay in Hoi An but as our Halong Bay Cruise was cancelled due to typhoons, we had to find an alternative and quickly too. We saw the Wyndham advertised and the price was reasonable and the location seemed good as well. We were not disappointed and would actively book to return to this hotel again. We enjoyed the size of our room and bathroom, and we had a small balcony as well which was great. Breakfasts were good, with more than enough choice and their pastries, particularly the croissants, and petit pain au chocolat were of a high standard and were quite frankly the best croissants outside of Paris! There is a free shuttle bus to a beach near to the Old Town of Hoi An, and for those guests visiting the old town, the shuttle drops you at a convenient location too enabling you to walk into the Old Town. Times of the shuttle bus are convenient and the return pick up is also at a convenient time. For those preferring to use the beach club which is free for guests of the Wyndham, you can collect free beach towels from the concierge. The beach club has a large pool, with pool bar where you can order drinks, food, snacks etc and there were more than enough pool loungers for everyone to be accommodated. The beach is a few meters away and there were also sufficient loungers on the beach for those preferring to relax here. There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel for dinners. Try them, you won't be disappointed. We tried 2 of the restaurants near by and both times had excellent meals. Other times, we took a late afternoon shuttle back to Hoi An, enjoyed an evening walking around and ate wonderful meals at restaurants in Hoi An itself. We then took a taxi back to the hotel as these are reasonably priced too. Overall, we arrived not knowing what to expect since we booked last minute but left with a plan to return as we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a pool area and also serves delicious cocktails too!

We really enjoyed our stay very much but perhaps the "selling of tours" while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast was a little annoying. It would be best to rather allow your guests to enjoy breakfast peacefully instead of allowing them to be harassed by day trip sellers from the front office.

We booked adjoining rooms for our family of 4. Both rooms had enough space for our family with large bathrooms. We enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast epically the selection of local fruit which was divine. We also loved having access to beach club which gave us some variety as well as the daily shuttle to Old Town. I wish they had a buffet dinner. The staff were very helpful. Particularly Sunny at reception and the food and beverage staff. Sunny went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The location whilst not walking distance to town or A Bang, was still enjoyable and the beach was good.

The beds - all the beds were too soft including the kids beds. When we mentioned it to Sunny, she sent housekeeping to remove the extra mattress topper. This helped a little but perhaps we just like firm beds. A buffet dinner at the hotel would be a fantastic option. Smart TVs with the ability to log in to Netflix would have been great but not essential. There is a construction site across the road and we looked over it from our room. It can't be helped really and didn't make a huge difference as we didn't sit out on the balcony as we were either by the pool, beach or old town.

Location is right across the road from beach & a short spin into Hoi An old town. Shuttle bus available at certain times. The breakfast was amazing! Great choice and plenty of everything. The pool was lovely & had nice pool bar & towels available. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. The staff were all so friendly and kind. Linda was very helpful when checking us in. I also got a massage from Hien which was amazing & I would highly recommend! Hotel also offers bikes which we used to cycle to the beach.

Location, breakfast buffet. Close to beach, mini mart and lots of small restaurants with good food. Happy hour prices were reasonable. The old town was an easy grab ride away, or you could take their shuttle bus. Airport transport was good, but only one way. Not really a problem for the return tho, Grab was easy. Wi-Fi was good and the air con worked flawlessly.

Minor: could not get a stable water temp. It was either burning hot or cold. But the large bathtub more than made up for it.

The Wyndham Garden hotel is exceptional. The welcome, the kindness of staff, the thoughtfulness of giving us complimentary fruit on our last day, the beautiful pool and wonderful cocktails! The rooms were spacious and were immaculately presented. The breakfast was extensive and the head chef clearly took great pride in his work. He is a real asset to the hotel . One evening the hotel provided some live music from some very gifted musicians while we had our very tasty evening meal. Sunny on the front desk was extremely helpful. Finally the general manager, Lisa, her attention to detail and her kindness shone through. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel.
