This is a homestay, so keep that in mind when booking. However, to be honest, it’s better than most hotels in the area! First, the people running it are incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. They assisted us with everything we needed—arranging transportation to Cham Island and even storing our luggage for the weekend. Second, the rooms are properly cleaned, and the location is fantastic—close to the beach yet in a quiet part of the city, ensuring a great night's sleep. Lastly, the internet is reliable, making it a great place to work remotely if needed. Highly recommend staying here!

The family is extremely friendly. I felt at home and very welcomed. They were always smiling and being very helpful with everything. The value for money is exceptional, beds are comfortable, shower is hot, air conditioning is great, very family vibe and there is a great restaurant just 1 minute walking distance. The beach is really close and I enjoyed being in a more quiet and relaxing area of Hoi An. Rice fields are close by, you can rent a bike at the property and there are 2 cute dogs. You will feel at home here. Everything is simple but made with love.

Lovely, large, bright room with a wardrobe and balcony! Cam, the owner and her family are an absolute delight - she booked several activities for me and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble - had my washing done and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Lovely location just 5 mins walk to a quiet beach - would highly recommend this very chilled homestay.

Bathroom was a little tired but had hot water and great shower pressure.

The room was so beautiful and the bed comfortable. I liked the way daylight comes into the room. Makes it even more beautiful and felt like home. Service was also great. Very quick laundry and clothes super clean. Always someone there ready to help you. I also asked for help with my visa application to my next destination. The lady called Nguyet helped me so much, so grateful for her! They also have yoga classes, service to book tours (tour to My Son was very good quality!) and a cute puppy to play with. I would deffinitely stay here again! Great location, beach very close, basic good restaurants and massage next to you. Short way to old town, they rent bicycles.

I booked a big room with balcony. I was a little bit dissapointed with the balcony, because the road under it is quite noisy. So I didnt even use the balcony, nor kept the door open. So sad, because the daylight coming in is so beautiful. There wasn't any big streets or a traffic jam, but still somehow the motorbike noise was really loud.. With doors closed no problem! You can really sleep well and rest here in silence!

The location was great, 2 min walk from the beach. To go to Hoi An’s town, I picked up a grab, which was cheap and easy. The staff, especially Moon was incredibly nice, cool and considerate. She gave me lots of great advises and was always there to help me out for anything. The other people holding the house were also very kind. I was looking for something more “authentic” than what one could usually expect from a hostel or a hotel, and being at the Homestay seeing also the family’s lifestyle and sharing moments together was very nice for me.

Overall it was fine. I would just say that the facilities (bathroom or the bed etc) are a bit older/used than what’s on the pictures. We feel they’ve been quite used over time. I didn’t have a tv or a bed light, but I guess I could have asked for some and I didn’t really need them anyways. The bicycle’s break was not working very well. In any case, for anything, if you tell it to the owner or to the staff it can always be improved so I wouldn’t say there is really anything bad.

The family are just amazing, so helpful! Organised an airport trip for us. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size, shower was great! Location is ok for the local beach and walking but a few miles from main town. Little restaurant opposite the end of the road does really good food! Bus stop at the end of the road got us to Da Nang really cheap. Overall a great, budget friendly Homestay.

It’s a little worn, but they have plans to renovate. Didn’t matter to us though. The beach wasn’t great in December.

I had a private room which was very cosy. There is also a nice big room with yoga matts at the ground floors, which provides the great space to do yoga/workouts. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the lady at the reception was very friendly :)

The balcony can’t really be used - it’s very hot out there, and the door needs to be closed all the time, because the AC is on. It’s a very minor issue, just don’t think you gonna chill there, the view is not so great anyway. But the balcony was good for drying clothes after the rain :)

Great location just 5 minutes away on foot to the beach. It is in a relative calm neighbourhood, so there isn’t a lot of traffic noise. There are some restaurants and groceries stores nearby. It is around 15 minutes by car/bike to the city centre. The family is super friendly and the lady at the reception is incredibly helpful with tours and what to do in the city and surroundings. The breakfast option is simple but good, bread with egg and a different variety of fruits everyday. The puppy is adorable and playful, but beware he likes to bite your fingers and toes 😅

Sometimes it is difficult to get a grab bike, but there are usually grab cars available in the area. The door of my room was uneven so sometimes when closing it would scratch the floor and make a lot of noise.

This truly was our favourite accomodation in Vietnam so far. We’ve stayed in hotels and this was different but better in our opinion so we extended our stay! It was clean, the people were so lovely, it was so close to the beach and there were gorgeous animals (3 kittens and a cuddly dog)!! It is a bit further out from the touristy attractions but we rented the bikes they have (super cheap to do so and much faster than walking) and got into town easily and quickly. Our room was big, the bed was so comfy (especially by Vietnam standard), it had a smart TV (which we didn’t use but added bonus) and we just loved the experience. The staff could not do more for us. We also paid for our washing to be done, it was clean, folded and returned to us within a few hours. I cannot recommend this place enough, even for 1 night, it will be so wholesome. Thank you so much for having us, we wish you all the best :) P.S we got up early one morning to go watch the sunrise at a local rice field, highly recommend! There’s also great restaurants close by which we cycled to but also a very cheap Grab away.
