The room we had was clean with free water and tea/coffee every day which was lovely. The pool was nice but slightly murky and the free breakfast was a nice touch but slightly basic. All together a pleasant stay!

Staff were a bit rigid and didn’t go above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay considering we were staying with them for 7 nights. Our room was clean and in good condition but we used another room after checkout to shower and lots of things were broken in there. The complementary beach club is more of a kids club but still better than the pool at the hotel which sits on the road and is very loud.

Amazing service, in a super clean and new hotel. They upgraded our room, and then moved us again to one with a view. Morning breakfast was adequate. the staff was super helpful in arranging plans and cars. Beds were very comfy. A few miles away from the hustle of hoi an ancient city, but worth it for the quiet nights. This city and the people are fantastic.

A bit removed wasnt all bad but it did make it so when we left for the day we chose to stay out for a long time. But with the dollar conversion, our 4km taxi was only about $3-4

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our time in Vietnam. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not be more accommodating. On arrival Hung on reception sat down with us and talked us through all the trips and services on offer, for us to then decide on what we wanted to book. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice to cover all tastes. A grill to request fresh eggs and pancakes was the highlight. The onsite gym isn’t anything amazing but for the size of the hotel and the price it was exactly what we needed. Location wise its further out from the Hoi An old town, but a grab was only 60k vnd (£1.8 each way). The hotel was walking distance to the beaches and lots of restaurants so its still a good location. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bike guy sorted us out with push bikes everyday, sometimes multiple times and always happy to adjust the seats. Breakfast was good, could offer more cereal choice (they ran out of butter ) Massage was the best I had in my time in south east Asia! We are a family of 6 so the interconnecting rooms really worked well for us. We also loved the fact we could order GRAB food from outside when the kids were too tired to venture out. Nice touch been able to use the SILK BEACH club for the beach and pool.

There was a lot of renovating going on at the time of our stay which started early. And the 2 TVs in our room were broken, though eventually someone came to fix one. Not essential but nice to wind down at the end of the day with a movie. It would have been really nice to eat breakfast outside in the mornings to appreciate the beautiful light, as the room on ground floor felt quite dark. Lastly the pool was shut for cleaning for three days.

Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa is a beautiful well located seaside hotel in Hoi An, with a lovely swimming pool. The staff at the hotel is wonderful! The General Manager Ms Phuong, Front Office Manager Mr Music Nguyen, and Ms Thi at the front desk were exceptional, very kind and helpful. I was travelling with my friend Natasha, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The breakfast room staff were also exceptional. It was Natasha's birthday on 10 April when we stayed at this hotel, her birthday was on the day we were checking out to fly to Hanoi. My birthday was the next day on 11 April. At breakfast the wonderful hotel staff presented us with a birthday 🎂 with both our names written on the cake. All the hotel staff (GM, Front Desk Manager etc) sang "Happy birthday" for us 🥰 We were deeply moved by the hospitality and kindness of the Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa. We shall surely be returning to this exceptional hotel sooner than later 💃

We liked everything about the hotel. Their breakfast was delicious, with a wide spread of choices, both Vietnamese and English food. They had a daily assortment of delicious fresh fruit, fresh croissants, cheese etc etc

The staff are so kind and friendly and went out of their way to help us during our stay, including leaving our bags on our final day and using a room to shower & change before our onward travel in the evening. The beds are *really* comfortable! The pool is great. We liked the location, near several beaches (easy to access using free bike rental from the hotel), and a short cab ride to Hoi An to enjoy evenings there. The lanterns, food and Bamboo Circus were highlights.

Unfortunately this is a noisy hotel :-( the first night we were in one of the front rooms overlooking the river… the traffic noise kept me awake, honking cars/mopeds, then the cockerel started around 3am. My ear plugs didn’t seem to help! The staff kindly moved us for our remaining 3 nights, but these were noisy til late with elevator sounds and the talking of arriving guests which carries straight into the room, and from early morning with building work on the hotel site behind. It was such a shame as everything else about the hotel is lovely!

The staff where super welcoming. Thi and Khang at reception where a joy and always ready to help. I have to say all the staff where very friendly. I loved the set up of the property, not your typical hotel, I had a lovely pool view. It was walking distance to the beach, albeit a small section of the walk has no footpath. It's a cheap cab ride to the main centre, easy to get transport. The fruit selection at the buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, it's a great place with plenty of space.

The Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the beach and the old town. Facilities were really good with lovely pool, good breakfast and hot coffee!! The staff were superb. We were away greeted with a smile and can do attitude. Shout our to Mr Music ( not his real name) our go to guy for trips, taxi's advice and of course the mandatory discount!! We really couldn't fault our stay here, really lovely time and totally recommend it. Luckily the weather was great also and we extended our stay by 2 days, so good 👍
