room 409 is on the top floor and faces the river. so the scooter noise is low. one block from Cua Dai beach

there was a mosquito in my room once. I was woken up every day at 5am by market preparation noises the hotel next door was renovating and also made a lot of noise there was a strange smell (which I realized later may be related to insects) the day after I left I woke up with insect bites. It is possible that the bites came from this hotel and appeared afterwards (this can happen).

The location was good for us 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to Hoi an old town where it's much busier with all the markets etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, Nice size room with balcony, comfortable bed and value for money.

There was only one bedside unit, we struggled to regulate the temperature on the shower and no shower curtain or angle on the shower head so the water went all over the flour.

Rooms were clean, good location to the beach.

Fridge wasn’t working in room, the room I was staying in the mattress needs changing out.

This hotel was also excellently located so close to Cua Dai beach, away from the hustle and bustle, so it was extremely relaxing. The wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful really made our stay very memorable, and at the time I booked it was amazing value for money. Air conditioning is important in Vietnam, and the room we stayed in had excellent air conditioning. Right next door is also a wonderful place where you can eat some excellent food (Bao Han) and get your clothes washed.

Its hard to fault our stay here, some people might not be used to not having a shower curtain, so the water can get on the bathroom floor, but it dries up fast enough, so it’s not really a big deal.

Great location and very comfy bed.

When I woke up the aircon had been leaking and made the floor all wet and slippery. The bathroom shower head didn’t reach to fit on the wall hold so I had to shower and wash my hair holding the shower head in my hand. Bathroom was dirty. We also had a smart tv but nothing worked on it.

The location of the Sea and sand hotel is unbeatable if you want a quieter location than the old town. With only a 2 minute walk to the Cua Dai beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very tidy and spacious and even included a balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the included breakfast was fantastic.

The only issue I had was with the shower. it seemed that the water took a long time to heat up (although this is a small price to pay for such an amazing stay).

For the price, this is great value. Large airy trim with all the necessary fittings. Huge bed. Air con and large clean bathrooms.

If you want to be near the historic Old Tien then at about 5km away it is a bit far. But saying that, Grab is quickly and cheaply available.

Staff is excellent!

It was in a great location, right beside Cua Dai beach and not far from An Bang Beach. Hoi An old town was only 10 minutes on a scooter. The hotel worked perfectly for us and it was very reasonably priced.

I can't say I didn't like much to be honest. Maybe it's not for everyone but it worked perfect for me and I'm usually picky.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was so helpful and always super friendly. Linh is an amazing lady and was such a nice happy face to see in the morning and at check in The pool is a nice big size and it's really not very busy during the day. Right down the road from the beach. Restaurants all around. Massage salons nearby. Pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are very clean. Brand new towels it seemed in every room. Bed was so comfortable and sheets ware fluffy and nice. Free breakfast in the morning was very good and several options to choose from. Really for the price I paid I couldn't believe how nice it was. Believe it or not even nicer in person then the photos show. Hot water for baths was nice. And private balcony in every room 10/10 stars Would recommend.
