We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Paul came to collect us from Da Nang train station, after a long train journey, and from that very first touch point (warm smile, cold water, cold towels, comfortable air con van!) everything was wonderful. Our rooms were next to each other, the beds comfy and rooms very well appointed. We had welcome fruit and chocolates from the lovely housekeeping staff. Front of house were exceptional. Nothing too much trouble. We booked taxis and a tour. I was confused trying to check in for an internal flight back to Hanoi, and they helped me with that too. The food and drinks menus (bar, restaurant and pool) are everything that you could imagine; the breakfast buffet is rich and varied, and quickly replenished. The omelette station was a favourite. The pool area is nicely done with comfy loungers, good umbrella’s and festoon lights/lanterns. Duc ‘Mr Pool’ is such a character and my family ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT when he arrived with ice blocks for the swimming pool at 12.30! It was such fun and so welcome. We ate dinner at the restaurant one evening which was a BBQ with live music and it was a fantastic evening.

Our rooms were by the road and the motorbikes start coming by early in the morning. It’s not a problem if you bring ear plugs though.

Everything. We could have stayed forever. Staff the best ever, friendly, efficient, caring, right there when you needed something. Facilities excellent. Besides the pool there were 2 private beaches on each side of the hotel. Restaurant had excellent food with a breakfast included in cost that had everything you could imagine. We enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi on one wet day and excellent massages. Our room looked over to the river with lovely terrace and a giant bath tub , with shower, we so enjoyed. There were also shuttle buses going to the old town several times a day. Best hotel we stayed in our whole 2 month trip.

Well, when you go on a beach vacation and the weather does not cooperate you are forced onto Hotel services to a greater degree and they did not disappoint. Staff excellent. Bungalow by the beach with the crashing waves (see weather) worth the extra money. Pool delightful if we had been brave enough to get into it with the rain pouring down.

They DID have gluten free options - I am a coeliac - but breakfast was a little on the limited side. They did make gluten free bread for me which was nice of them but to be honest there was better gluten free bread available in the City. I would suggest that they simply purchase a supply.

We came to Victoria Beach Resort Hoi An to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was so nice to receive extra attention and even a birthday cake on this occasion. From the first day to check-out we had a fantastic time. The hotel personnel was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Facilities are great: private beach, awesome pool with different depth levels, even jacuzzi and sauna! Our bed was very big and comfy - we slept like babies :) Soft towels and bathrobes, decent breakfasts, beautiful vintage interiors. We would like to return already now :)

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be great. Khanh with his warm welcome and excellent check in, the room was amazing, staff were super kind, the pool is warm even at night and is open 24/7 as well as the Gym, Billiards and table tennis area. You can also enjoy the movie theatre. The location and beach were ideal for us as it gives it felt like it's private but not isolated from the old town and local areas. We loved the place that we miss it already. Until next time!

The gym can be more developed, another machine or two would be great. I'm not sure if it was needed to charge guests for electricity to play on the tennis court 200,000 VND per hour after 6pm, knowing how much you spend in general and that it's hardly possible to play anytime before in the hot weather.

We had a very relaxing and fun holiday at Victorian Hoi An Beach Resort. We enjoyed the facilies on offer at the resort, relaxing in pool, the private beach, free bike, free shuttle bus to Hoi An old town, breakfast, the friendly and welcoming staff. My husband & 2 grown up kids/young ladies enjoyed kayaking in the private beach and every day biking around the area. We also had one morning of family(4) biking and we wish we stayed longer. We also enjoyed our seafood dinner nearby the resort and every day we go to the old town to shop, go to the tailor to get a few pieces of clothing, suit & others made, we enjoyed different food especially banh mi and we had an amazing manicure & pedicure spa including massage. Thank you to all the staff at the reservation, reception, breakfast restaurant(made vegetarian soup menu for my daughter everyday) and others who made our holiday enjoyable and amazing.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the amazing staff. Played tennis with the general manager and went for a run with the staff in the morning. So welcoming and nice - we will come back, but next time for more days! Loved the tennis court and food and rooms were also nice. Also loved the BBQ night - great food and music. Amazing feature: cinema can be booked to watch films on Netflix

Many kids in the pool that play and have fun, just something to be aware of in case you are looking for a quieter time.

The pictures on the site do not do justice. Sooo much more beautiful and special than it seems on booking.com. We upgraded to a suite right on the sea. HUGE room, beautiful, traditional decor, outdoor shower, living room, jet bath, and our (almost) private balcony on the sea. A short walk across green grass, or by the KOI Lilly river, and we were at their gorgeous, large pool, also right in front of the sea. Super staff, and great food. We really didn't want to leave, and we will definitely be back!

The location is wonderful. After long, hot days sightseeing in the area, it was great to come back to the resort and enjoy the ocean breezes by the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels. The breakfast is perfection. Huge choice in a lovely setting. The Hoi An/Denang area is definitely worth visiting but be prepared for crowds. The hotel is just a quick (an cheap) grab ride away from the old town and surrounding restaurants. For us, it was a calm, comfortable place to relax after active days.

It was beautiful overall. Well maintained, clean and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly.

There didn’t seem to be enough room for putting away clothes/suitcases in the room. There was a very small cupboard but not enough room for the whole family. When you are staying over a week, it would be nice to take the clothes out of the suitcase. An iron in the room would be nice too.
