Hai was very friendly and helped with anything I needed. He even taught me how to ride a scooter which I'll forever be grateful for! And when I checked out he drove me to the port to go to Cham island. The hotel itself is really nice, all the staff are friendly and a five minute walk from the lovely Cua Dai beach (there is a nice spot you can lie in a hammock for 30k). There are also restaurants very close by and a shop/pharmacy which came in handy for me as I had got mild food poisoning in Hoi An (be aware of banh mi places on a hot day). If you know how to ride a scooter, going into Hoi An is so quick and easy it's kind of a no brainer to me to stay near the beach.

Tiny ants/bugs in the room but I guess that can't always be helped, I think they're harmless and weren't many

The villa was gorgeous as the pictures shown on the app, if not better! I really like the greeny and vintage aesthetic, and you could see how the owner paid attention to every single small detail. He was also really friendly and helped with everything we needed. There are minimarts nearby so you can buy snacks and basic necessities. If you want to visit the ancient town, it's not that far either, so you can rent a bike or call a taxi at cheap price. The room had a mini garden with the balcony area, which was nice and cozy. We got to borrow the electric stove and cooked our dinner after enjoying the private jacuzzi. Sadly we didn't try the breakfast here because we slept in, however we got to order some drinks and they were really good. It was a luxury-like and wonderful experience. Definitely will come back in the future :)

Will the jacuzzi have hot water option? It would be nice to enjoy it during cold weather.

Hai is a great host and you can see his attention to detail in the whole villa. The villa is very earthy and cozy. The bed and pillows were the comfiest we had in Vietnam. It is a 10-minute drive from the town but it wasn't an issue as we rented Motorbikes from Hai which are very new and easy to drive. Beach and shops are close distance. There is a fish pond that goes around the whole perimeter of the villa and Hai spends a considerable amount to manage it well. We even got to feed the fish in the morning. You can see the Hai has put his heart and soul into the villa and he is managing it by himself. Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you can put up with the distance.

We liked everything about this wonderful oasis! Hai has set up such a beautiful and tranquil escape, compared to the bustle of Hoi An and the larger, impersonal hotels near DaNang. We felt completely spoilt by the lengths he went to for our comfort! Everything was perfect and it was so easy to ask Hai for his advice. Lovely room and great jacuzzi, with really thoughtful touches throughout and the bed was soooooo comfortable!!! We 100% recommend Angel Garden Villa as the ideal spot for a quiet and peaceful recharge during travels, but only a 70-80k Grab to get you into Hoi An old town and some great local food available onsite and very close nearby! Everything was amazing at Angel Garden - Hai is one of the most passionate and thoughtful business owners I’ve met. He was so hospitable and his breakfasts were great! Our room was beautiful and modern, with a super comfy bed and lots of modern features. We absolutely loved staying at Angel Garden - all of the gorgeous plants and decor really elevate the experience. It’s super quiet and relaxing but not too far away from central Hoi An or the beaches. We were sad to leave 😢

We wanted to take a bath in the evening and the host helped us warm up the jacuzzi Tasty breakfast

It is a pity that the jacuzzi had no build-in heating. But it's a hot country, so no wonder :)

Everything! The staff were the best part of the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. They were welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Was nice to stay a bit further away from the main old town as it was quiet and relaxing. And easy enough to book a grab/ taxi into the town. The location also is close to a really nice beach.

The receptionist was the friendliest boy ever. He helped us arrange everything we needed and even cooked breakfast for us

It’s very basic and doesn’t look anything like the photos, specially the room which was supposed to have both a private pool and a jacuzzi and it wasn’t. It was just a jacuzzi. The floor was cold and there was a basic shower. The balcony area was just ok. Room was too small.

breakfast is nice, the host is so helpful that he helps to arrange transport, suggesting different nice cuisine, spa. we feel that we can be isolated from the bustling life.

there is no warm water for the Jacuzzi, it is better to enjoy it in the afternoon and in summer. the size of the room is smaller than described. there is no bigger convenience store nearby, and we dare not go out at night on foot, as it is very dark outside, and there are dogs and cows around.

Very nice and cosy place. We stayed here for a few relaxing days. The place is designed with taste and attention to detail. The pool was always refreshing and way more colder than the sea (a good thing in August 😉). Try the Pho for breakfast, one of the best we've eaten in Vietnam. Also try the rest of the food. The beach is 5 minutes away by bicycle, Hoi An 15 minutes by taxi. Definitely a recommendation when in Hoi An.
