The hotel is new so is a lovely property and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool area is fantastic, one of the best pools I've had the pleasure of relaxing by. The food was excellent with clean open kitchens where you can see that staff cooking. Menu choice was excellent with Asian and western diets catered for. The staff were all outstanding, so polite, attentive, gentle and helpful. The Spa was great with us all enjoying a treatment. The only thing that could be improved is the gym, the manager explained more equipment is ordered but it needs air-conditioning - too hot in this climate. Some friends advised us to stay near the beaches at the town of Hoi An is is congested and busy, for relaxing in the daytime this was great advice. We just took the hotel bus into Hoi An ancient city in the late afternoon or evenings and got a cab back (not expensive and only 15 mins). The area around the hotel is a bit untidy and it looks like there is going to be more development. It felt safe to us, we were happy wandering around during the day or night and the small shops, bars and restaurants were very handy. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and plan to return next year.

Our stay at Bellerive was just amazing. the hotel, whilst outside of ancient town, is close to the beaches and in a beautifully quiet part of hoi an (yet has many local restaurants and shops in surrounding blocks to make life easy too). The staff here were amongst the best I have come across as a team. Whether it be the manager, James, or the staff at front desk, restaurant, spa, pool or cleaning, all were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay an exceptional one. we can’t thank them enough for being such beautiful hosts to our family. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, clean and nicely located. We will be back, no doubt at all. we stayed in the penthouse, but all rooms are just beautiful. If you are vegetarian, or have other dietary requirement, just let the team know, they will take care of you in the restaurant! If you are a family group and looking at the villas, please note the two bedrooms are on different levels I and the levels are connected by an outside staircase. This hotel is second to none when it comes to service.

The pictures do not do this property justice. it’s brand new, beautifully furnished and in a lovely setting. From my balcony I had a delightful view of the river and fishing village below. Each balcony is planted with plants which adds to the sense of seclusion and privacy. I could lie on my bed with the patio doors open and feel the river breeze and hear birds singing. Just what I need to recharge my batteries after a hectic combo of tours and work schedules in different time zones! Whilst the hotel is a little outside Hoi An town, I felt it was fine as Hoi An is really busy! A taxi ride into Hoi An is maybe $2 and felt the location, ambience and relaxation available at Bellerive made up for the slight inconvenience. The staff were so accommodating and made an extra effort to make sure that I was having a good time and enjoying my stay as I was travelling solo. it was an excellent spot with good wifi etc for me as I work remotely and was doing so during my trip. My room had a desk and it was comfy enough to work at with my laptop. The food was good. there is currently no additional charge to eat in your room. I ate all of my breakfasts in the hotel and a number of other meals too. Breakfast choices were plentiful, but get down there early as your groups stay at the hotel regularly and can wipe out some of the choices available. Not a bad breakfast though! The spa was excellent and I had some really good treatments during my stay. can recommend the body scrubs and the hot stone massage with Ly! All in all I can recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Hoi An, would definitely stay again.

Fabulous boutique resort with all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the layout of the villa - rooms were separate connected by a staircase plus a common area (kitchen and lounge space) They also loved playing with the hotel dog. The spa was very relaxing too - great technique and value for money. All the hotel staff were very helpful.

It is a fabulous boutique resort but the dining could be a bit better in terms of variety and quality. Minor point - would still recommend the resort regardless.

If you're staying in Hoi An, you HAVE to stay at Bellerive. The location isn't that bad and the accommodations are well worth the trade (more below). Bellerive is a hidden gem in Hoi An. Their facilities are almost brand new, the food and breakfast are great, but most importantly: the team and staff are amazing. We arrived during one of the storms and Nhan was so helpful and welcoming when we arrived. He continued to be kind and helpful throughout our stay. Lucy was also so nice, attentive, and eager to hell when we'd see her in the mornings, helping us to call a taxi when we couldn't call a Grab one morning. That same warmth and helpfulness was present throughout the hotel, from the security to the gracious dining staff. The rooms are simply top-notch. They're modern, minimalist, and provided such a comfortable shelter when the storm raged outside. The pool is gorgeous and it's so refreshing to swim any time of the day. We also really enjoyed the food. I can't comment on the western menu (because when in Rome…), but the Vietnamese menu was a delight. Fresh fruits, sticky rice, and mi Quang were just some of our highlights in their changing menu. Lastly, a comment has to be made about the location. Yes, it's a bit outside Hoi An Old Town, but it really didn't distract from our experience at all. Taxis and Grabs are pretty affordable and this is closer to the beach and a four-minute walk from some local seafood joints. The benefits of this hotel greatly outweigh the minor inconvenience of the location.

The hotel is truly superb, staff is excellent and friendly, everything is brand new, breakfast is delicious (as are the cocktails) and the housekeeping is phenomenal. We loved our stay so much, the hotel also has a free shuttle to Hoi An old town (book early when you know your plans as it can fill up when hotel is busy), but taxi to town is also quick and cheap. Some restaurants and cafes walking distance and free bikes, recommend going towards the little harbor where boats leave to Cham Islands, lovely stuff there.

Such a lovely hotel - brand new with wonderful pool, restaurant and playroom. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy with nice balconies and an amazing view of the the river. We really enjoyed their activities, including guided bike ride, leaf making and kite flying. Best of all was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, especially my son loved chatting to them:-) The hotel is great for kids with a nice quiet location close to old town but away from the worst of the noise and crowds. I’d highly recommend it.

The property is in a beautiful area seems new & upcoming next to the beach so its very calm, the rooms are spacious & the staff are very attentive. The spa services were amazing & prices at 50% off for guests which was a great offer! Appreciated the vanity mirror next to an electric outlet it made getting ready easy, also appreciated the free bikes the hotel had the ride around the hotel was very scenic.

The bed & pillow were uncomfortable could not get a good night sleep, the breakfast was bland & choices limited mostly Asian, we ended up eating out as there are many great coffee shops in Hoi An. No extra luggage rack for the bag so one of our bags ended up on the floor which was uncomfortable.

Very new facilities with nice design full of greenery, great staff that are really helpfull. Nice and diverse pool, great for kids, with morning sun and not direct sun in the afternoon. The 2-room villa we had is specially great, with a nice small pool to refresh … It is not too far from Hoi An city center or the interesting beaches - short 10~20 minutes taxi rides. Breakfast buffet is varied, but can be a bit crowded when there are some tour groups all at once …

This is a new hotel that was amazing. The staff, the room, the pool and the spa were all fantastic. Breakfast selection was excellent Staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. It is a 10min.drive to old town but easy by GRAB/ taxi. Hotel does have a shuttle bus but we never managed to coin ide with its times Would definitely stay again

The only feedback I have is- the light in the bathroom could be improved and more shuttle buses would be great
