We had the best stay here, staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. The food never let us down, breakfast was great with lots of choices, snacks and drinks at the lounge or pool were both delicious and incredibly cheap considering the location. Our room was fab, this came with a free massage and daily afternoon tea, both amazing. Not forgetting the hotels dogs, the little Pomeranians which are so welcoming. Hoi An, the hotel and its staff have been a real surprise and exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend, will definitely return to the hotel again.

Tbh... a very minor issue, the gym could use air conditioning but has everything you need for a workout.

we had a whole villa by he main pool. we had three rooms and a living room with our own swimming pool. we were given complimentary massages and high tea as well as cocktails. the staff were very very nice and the breakfast was excellent choice but maybe a bit more international would have been better. They gave us great tips on where to go to specially for New Years and their shuttle to the city is a very easy way for everyone to use.

They didn't have gluten free option but they tried something on the second and third day. They play music from 7 am in the pool are and we could hear it from our room,I didn't mind but one of my family members didn't like it at all.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped with a fantastic bathroom.. There was constant servicing of the room with clean towels and water. The staff were excellent especially Tuan on reception.. The swimming pool was great with lots of sunloungers. Breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The whole place had very relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is near good beaches and out of Hoi An. There is a free shuttle into town or a £3 Grab. We would definitely stay here again.

The gym said it had all the newest state of the art equipment - that was quite the stretch. A treadmill, some dumbells, and a cable machine.. got the job done but it was also un-airconditioned. Very hot room, just small ceiling fans, not a great workout experience in the heat of vietnam. And the pool was a bit dirty on the first day. Also someone had messed with the tv and changed it to a different language which staff had difficulty fixing. Had to call the technician to help, and it took much longer than expected, so by then, my meal delivered by room service was cold and didn't eat it.

The resort was fantastic. It was quiet, relaxing and clean. I loved the apartments with its own pool. It was great to come back after a hot day and have a swim. The apartments were setup well and had everything you needed.

As the resort is out of town. It would have been good to provide the resort bus transport during the day, not just in the afternoon/evening.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were excellent. The pool was beautiful and had a great shallow area for children. Very nice hotel!

One thing to note about the 2 and 3 bedroom villas is that they are essentially separate bedrooms connected via external staircase. Would be great for a small group of adults or families with older children but this was not suitable for my young family (children are 2 and 4 months old). This wasn’t clear when I booked but the staff were excellent and after speaking to them and they moved us to the penthouse for our 4 night stay.

The Staff were fantastic and extra attentive. Facilities are A+ as it's a brand new property. Private VIllas are amazing and the private pools are divine.

A couple of minor things - if booking a 2 bedroom VIlla - be aware that it's actually 2 rooms one on top of the other so the only way to get between the two is via an external staircase - For us with youbg kids it meant we needed to split one adult and one child per room instead of being able to just leave our children in a room together. We spoke to the property about this, but again with young kids - the pool floors are a little rough and our kids bounding on and off them led to little cuts on their hands and feet over time (they spent ALL of their time in the pool). The staff were all over this though and very attentive so cannot fault their efforts to improve facilities.

The hotel is new and the facilities are stunning from the rooms to the restaurant. Large pool area is a nice place to relax and get a drink. Spa was amazing and had massage, body scrub and facial all of a very high standard. Breakfast has a really good selection of European and Asian items also one of the best omelettes I have ever tried. Enjoyed the buffet dinner on one night with many quality seafood options on offer. Housekeeping does a turn down service which is a nice touch. Hotel offers multiple free transfers in the afternoon Hoi An town and An Bang beach. All the staff of which there are many were all very polite and helpful. Exceptional service all round. Special mention to James the manager, Lisa and her team in the Spa and Tuan from front desk. Your care and service was much appreciated. Lastly the small hotel dog Misa was so cute giving you a nice warm welcome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super Clean! Quiet, friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone. The day spa is exceptional, amazing massage. The manager James goes out of his way to ensure your guests enjoying your stay. Beach across the road!! Very family friendly and safe! Cute friendly dog in the lobby!

Gym is very average, one treadmill which is a bit dangerous. If you aren’t reliant on a full functioning gym then don’t let this affect your decision in booking! Plenty of gyms close by 10 min drive. Also you will need to get taxis into the main town/markets as it’s a little bit out. However again it’s 10-15 mins max in a taxi which is a couple dollars.

We booked the suites and were hosted by James and the team. The rooms were really clean and up to mark; the suite was generously spacious and stunning in aesthetics. The illuminated bed back wall was a really nice touch to the decor. We would also like to thank the F&B staff who were attentive enough to provide us with a menu item excluded from the buffet. They were observant enough to note our picky eater 5-year old who couldn't really eat anything in the buffet. This hotel is good if you want a space away from the bustling city; on the flip side, it is also a little inconvenient so you need to plan your transport and local tours properly. Grab (similar to Uber) app would be of good use here.

The location of the hotel is a little too far from the main attractions.
