Everything! Free shuttle into town day and night. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. The villa was awesome! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus extra guest toilet downstairs. Spacious and relaxing. Top quality linen. Lots of bathroom products supplied - even bath salts. Top views of the beach. Spacious grassy area. Top notch inclusions in the villa. Huge pillows. Balcony on top level overlooking pool and beach. Free shuttle into old town during the day and evening. One of the best breakfast buffets Ive ever experienced. Loved the private pool at the villa. Beach is out the front with a lifeguard on duty from 6-6. Full bar/food service provided at the beach area. The highlight of our stay was the bbq party dinner at the villa. Cannot recommend enough. The details the staff went to was incredible. Everything went so well. The food was amazing and service exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Better supplies in the kitchen would be helpful. But management told me they are planning to fit out the kitchens in the future so that will be good. The beach/sand was not very clean. Too choppy during our stay to swim in anyway. But could be improved if the rubbish was removed. Not visible from the villa/resort - only when you go for a walk down to the beach.

Impeccable service! Honestly very pampered by the incredible hospitality by the alert staff who remember and ask about the things you tell them :) The villa was spacious and clean, it was so relaxing just to sit by the private pool. Buffet breakfast spread was incredible too. Amazed that they had gluten-free options and rye bread at this little corner of the world. We will be back! 😁

Not enough dustbins, a phone in the villa’s hall (we couldn’t hear the phone ring because we blasted the TV too loud 🤣) and a full length mirror wld be helpful!

Staff were excellent, friendly and keen to assist. Breakfast had a good variety but some items not hot (was slow turnover as restaurant not busy), made to order items excellent. Villa large and well air conditioned. Some wear showing in places but don’t affect our enjoyment of the villa. Mini mart & massage place across the street excellent for snacks and a cheap massage.

Renaissance is a bit isolated but we actually liked that, cheap grab into old town a good option for dinner.

Everything exceeded our expectations! We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids under 5), and the private villa was perfect for our stay. We stayed in Villa 8212, which was beautifully maintained and super comfortable. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, helpful, and worked together like a true team. The villa had everything we needed, and it was all in great working order—especially the air conditioning and the private pool, which were standout features for us. We loved the resort facilities too—gym, spa, main pool, both bars—everything was easy and relaxing to use. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety that set us up perfectly for each day. Highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time and would absolutely return! A perfect base for Hoi An in Luxury!

There was not much to not like about the property. We were treated how you should be at any great accommodation.

Villa was great

Was not informed about having to pay a holding deposit which ended up being $700.00 au which I have not got back yet and for some reason which I could not really understand , but they indicated my bank would take time to do it . Will wait to see if that happens or not . Also we did get delayed on arrival due to air conditioning issue so waited in foyer for an hour and a half . Also had to get them out another 3 times because it was leaking from the roof onto the floor . Nothing in kitchen no plates or anything .Could never facilitate the courtesy bus to town always booked out .

The service was overall exceptional. The spa was awesome - great massage and facility. Breakfast had a good variety.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The cleanliness can be improved, especially the paint on the walls.

The only downside was the location, it is a little 'remote' and then in the off-season, they close a restaurant and other facilities so you are captive in a minimalistic space. But the old town is a mere Grab away so super-easy to go explore. The food in the resto was seriously delicious (try the Pho). The staff were just wonderful and our room was wow, overlooking the sea from the bath was iconic. Amazing value for money for such a beautiful hotel. We'll absolutely be going back. It was an under-cool space.

A tad remote. Nowhere to walk to for a drink on the beach and such, plus there is no beach at the resort. But again it is a quick Grab away and hey presto you're in the old town and on the river. It's super easy to transport back and forth, so again IU call out the remoteness is really not an issue at all. There's even a seafood restaurant 'arcade' just up the road which has seafood galore: spoilt for choice in fact. Just ask for Silk Restaurant where the do the weddings and take you pick of resto.

I stayed in a 3 bed apartment with private pool. It was a beautiful with a stunning outlook. The hotel is lovely and all the staff are generous and accommodating. The actual room was appointed with more than we needed, and good quality inclusions. We has a pool but also visited the amazing main pool,its huge!

At the time we travelled the hotel did not offer any of the advertised entertainment, like evening rituals at the bar or sports/games. As a hotel that's out of town this makes a difference as we'd have liked to spend more time at the hotel for the day but it was a bit boring.

Rooms were very comfortable and staff helpful. The pool is enormous and gym is very good also. Breakfast was excellent.

A few things could have done with a mild refresh, we had dinner twice in the hotel- there was a very broad choice bit on one occasion we had to wait for a bit- that said, our bill was discounted for this without my complaining; we weren’t in a particular rush so this was nice. The hotel is a bit out of town and the area seems to have seen better days- there are a few abandoned hotels adjacent.

Everything about this property was exceptional. Staff behave very professionally and kind and courteous to guests. The swimming pool is enormous and unlike many resorts in Hoi An thankfully it is not overly hot and refreshing when swimming. The aesthetics are so calm and relaxing. The gardens are well manicured and the beach makes a beautiful back drop. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we’re pleasantly surprised with a lovely decorated room. Our room was amazing in a 1 bedroom suite. The view was breathtaking. The chef was on hand every morning to ensure the food was well stocked and that guests were happy and satisfied. Breakfast is amazing and a speciality coffee makes it extra good. The hotel is genuinely 5 star unlike some that are rated incorrectly. I look forward to returning here again some day
