Where to start?! The staff, the fresh daily breakfast and the beautiful pool would be my top three loves of this property. The staff absolutely made our stay! Travelling with a young family (2 & 1 yr old) isn’t exactly easy, but the staff here were always too wiling to help out anytime we asked or looked like we needed an extra hand! They’re kind, professional, caring and they work as a team. They clearly enjoy their workplace, so refreshing to see!

Not super close to an abundance of restaurants or Hoi An Ancient Town (but I knew this when booking). However, there is a restaurant a few doors down called Mate. It’s locally run, home cooked meals and kept us fed for most of our stay!

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. We had been travelling north Thailand and north Vietnam before arriving here, staying in many hotels and this is by far the best that we have experienced. The attention to detail from the staff was second to none, grabbing our bags upon arrival and sitting us down with a couple of glasses of water while they explained a little about the hotel and the nearby offerings. The room was beautiful, with immaculate levels of cleanliness, lots of space and an amazing view of the ocean which is not even a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Laundry was quick and efficient, breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were so hospitable, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Last night, we were struggling to access tv for the Champions League Final but Com was amazing in setting it up on the big screen behind reception. If we didn’t need to go to Ho Chi Minh today, we would have stayed another week here. We loved Hoi A but the hotel experience is comparable to 4-5 star luxury in Europe. Extremely impressed and will be recommending this to anybody who is travelling to Vietnam.

Everything was exceptional.

Friendly staff, lovely pool area with a reasonably priced bar and plenty of seating. The private beach is just across the road with plenty of seating as well. Perfect for some time away to unwind, with everything you need in one place. We combined our stay with a further stay in Hoi An old town which was perfect, as it is a solid 15 min drive from the hotel to old town so we really enjoyed splitting our time between the beach and the old town.

Bear in mind that there is not a lot to do in the immediate area, but you can get a cheap taxi to town (and there are some restaurants nearby - would recommend Mate restaurant for some excellent food).

We have stayed at these apartments twice this month, we just had to go back and I'm sure we will in the future. So starting at the front desk the welcome you get helping with bags. A glass of fresh juice on arrival was most welcome.The rooms are without a doubt the best we've stayed in around Hoi an. The girls behind the bar and restaurant work constantly with a smile to make things comfortable for you, and they surely do. The food is incredible for the prices, and a big reason we returned as well as the fabulous staff, all over the property. We've spoken to the owners right through to the maintenance guys who are fantastic. The bar/restaurant area is so inviting with comfy chairs ,views of the pool. The beach is 100 yds across a road that's not busy. what more can I say, keep it up fantastic stay.

One thing springs to mind. More beds and umbrellas on the beach please.

Very good location, private beach in front, staff are exceptionally well and helping, Quality of rooms are very good. Rent 🛴 and 🚗 from the hotel. Nice swimming pool and breakfast.

If you are from India and vegetarian, food menu can be an issue in Hoi An, however many indian restaurants are available nearby for lunch and dinner. In this hotel menu is also limited for Indian food

We spent four days at the hotel with the family. the stuff was very friendly and also helpful with organising tours.the view from the rooms towards the sea is stunning, the back is less nice but we were very happy with our spatious family room with two bathrooms.we rent scooters at the hotel for a very good price. around the corner there are several nice locations for having a massage.the beach was nearby but unfortunately quite polluted.personally, I would have preferred more authentic asian style decorations (less western style) but this is only personal taste.bathrooms were great and beds extremely comfortable.

This location was right across from the beach which was great, and provided as many towels as we needed. They also had umbrellas we could borrow for the day, free bikes, motorbikes for rent (good price), and the staff was all wonderful. The pool looked lovely (although it was a bit too cold during my stay for us to use it), but the indoor/outdoor dining situation was great. We were far from the main area of Hoi An, but right on the beach and it was not too bad of a bike in or a quick grab. We also used the laundry services which was fairly priced and very quick. We got extra blankets and pillows brought to our room upon request too, and enjoyed our small balcony.

Our bed was quite firm, but I did sleep comfortably. My friend I was traveling with had trouble sleeping because of it. Not terrible, but if you're not okay with a firm bed, I would confirm before asking as it doesn't seem like this is true of all rooms.

This was a small hotel outside of town in a little village area with a few shops and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the free bikes that we could use. Staff were very helpful when we asked for anything - they were very friendly. The spa was basic but the lady gave a great massage. Pool was small but nice enough. The food options were limited, but the food we had was tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms were nice and well maintained. It ticked a lot of boxes for us and we felt like this was a good value hotel.

The beach area was quiet and directly across a small road. It was nice and secluded. The loungers were tired and needed some attention. The pool area doesn’t get much consistent sun, so if you want to sunbathe for a long period of time, head to the beach.

Lovely hotel. Great location. The overall facilities were good, there were some nice touches (like the availability of bicycles), but the fantastic staff made the stay truly memorable! So helpful in every way, often going beyond the call of duty. One of the best hotels I have every stayed at in terms of value for money.

I felt there could have been more beach chairs available (we never got one on either of our visits to the beach) and maybe a refreshments cart occasionally dropping by the beach. Also, if you're in a room on the first 4 floors, you will not get a view of the sea even if you are in a sea facing room, because of the trees.

Special thanks to the girls from reception / Mia and her colleague ❤️ They used to know what we need even before we had a chance to ask - as it was with wet clothes and shoes after the trip, which were waiting for us washed and dried in the morning :) 2. Empty beach for long amazing walks 3. Excellent pho with shrimps for breakfast 🍜 not in standard menu but if you ask they will serve it to you :) 4. Free bikes 🚴‍♂️available all day long for free - the bike trip to the old town 🏮is sth you must experience at least once in your life !
