Where to start?! The staff, the fresh daily breakfast and the beautiful pool would be my top three loves of this property. The staff absolutely made our stay! Travelling with a young family (2 & 1 yr old) isn’t exactly easy, but the staff here were always too wiling to help out anytime we asked or looked like we needed an extra hand! They’re kind, professional, caring and they work as a team. They clearly enjoy their workplace, so refreshing to see!

Not super close to an abundance of restaurants or Hoi An Ancient Town (but I knew this when booking). However, there is a restaurant a few doors down called Mate. It’s locally run, home cooked meals and kept us fed for most of our stay!

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. We had been travelling north Thailand and north Vietnam before arriving here, staying in many hotels and this is by far the best that we have experienced. The attention to detail from the staff was second to none, grabbing our bags upon arrival and sitting us down with a couple of glasses of water while they explained a little about the hotel and the nearby offerings. The room was beautiful, with immaculate levels of cleanliness, lots of space and an amazing view of the ocean which is not even a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Laundry was quick and efficient, breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were so hospitable, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Last night, we were struggling to access tv for the Champions League Final but Com was amazing in setting it up on the big screen behind reception. If we didn’t need to go to Ho Chi Minh today, we would have stayed another week here. We loved Hoi A but the hotel experience is comparable to 4-5 star luxury in Europe. Extremely impressed and will be recommending this to anybody who is travelling to Vietnam.

Everything was exceptional.

Great location across the road from a quiet beach - overall close to Cua Dai Beach. The hotel is located about 10-15mins by scooter from the old town which we enjoyed as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Breakfast was good with local and western options. We were able to hire a scooter through the hotel for the 7 days we were there at a very reasonable price. The staff were super friendly and accommodating- John was a legend and brought so much joy to us during our stay, always greeting us with a big smile and infectiously positive vibes. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing that we didn't like, just noting the mattress in our room was on the firmer side which is not my personal preference, although was completely sleepable.

Jade and Ms. Son were amazing and helping us right from landing to the checkin, they arranged our pick up from Da Nang Airport to the hotel very conveniently.. We had a late check in around 11:30 PM but Ms. Son was there to help us right thru the check in and giving us a right room. The pool is amazing as we had good fun in it until.late night. Billy their night watchman was amazing in cooking an amazing Vietnamese dish for us as it was late for dinner for us and all restaurants were closed. Beach was right infront walking distance and old town was few kms. They have bikes at reasonable price to go around which becomes very handy for tourists. Overall a wonderful stay and lovely experience. I will recommend this property against any non interactive staff or hotel in the city. They hav eveen truly helpful in making our visit to the city very successful.

Staff and Property

Beautiful hotel with pool, very close to the beach, a little far from the city center. The service was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. We were welcomed very enthusiastically and felt comfortable from the start, because the staff was so attentive. We liked the design of the room which radiated some coziness and felt more individualistic than the average hotel room. Breakfast was excellent and we prefered that it was not served in a buffet way. The possibility of renting bikes was really great. Laundry service worked very well.

The little path to the beach did not look well maintained. Broken sunbeds and different kinds of rubish limited the quality of the location a little. Cushions on the sunbeds should be a bit more clean.

The staff was very helpful during our stay. The room was very nice, with ocean view and with the motorbike you can get around pretty well, being close to the centre (10min) but far away from the caos. The beach is just in front of the hotel, literally just cross the street, but we prefered to go a bit further (2km from the hotel) to enjoy a more pristine view. As we had been travelling for a while we asked for laundry service and it all went super well. Jade was very helpful during our stay :)

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to take care of us. They provide free bike rental, laundry service, and they book all the best tours for you as well as a private transfer to your next destination at a great price (in our case it was Da Nang). The reception staff were exceptional and gave us an extensive list of suggested eats and must sees in Hoi An and Da Nang which were all fantastic. The hotel is situated ideally in front of the beach, avoid the busty town

It would be great if the hotel could add a "Do Not Disturb" sign for when guests would prefer to not have their room cleaned daily.

The hotel's staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to help me with transportation and even taking care of me when I was sick. The room itself was impressive with its structure and clean, comfortable amenities like air conditioning, swimming pool. Additionally, the location was great, situated near the beach and even better than the touristy old quarter. Overall, I enjoyed the place's vibe and concept, making for a fantastic stay.

maybe the best hotel i ever stayed in vietnam. The food is really good. pool is refreshing. 50m to beach. staff was really helpful and the hotel is very tidy. the receptionist recommended an experienced local tailor who helped us make the nice suit and dress at good price. you can rent scooters or book tours/transportation tickets with cheaper price than that in the old town.

i really loved the pool but i think more plants will help it look better

everything i am at the end of a seven weeks trip in Asia this is the best place i booked, no doubt the staff- everyone- is nice, helpful, happy to see you, happy to help the food is not expensive and delicious, the power bowl for breakfast is incredible the pool is beautiful the beach is private for the hotel, nice chairs and umbrellas rooms have little balcony nice shower with water pressure it was perfect esthetically pleasing too
