A great location, the beach was just across the road. Plenty of restaurants along the beach and a 15min ride to Hoi An where the hotel offers a handy shuttle bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful balcony room with a river view which was stunning, and our room was incredibly spacious and clean.

Considering the heat, and wanting to cool off in the pool, the adult pool water was so hot, I had to get out as soon as I got in, it was so uncomfortable. Also on the hotel’s private beach, rubbish most days was washed up,the staff spent very little time cleaning this up. Only when my partner cleaned the rubbish and passed this onto the staff to dispose of, did they come and clean some more. More attention is needed in keeping the beach clean which includes raking up stones, etc.

A really nice hotel with access to a nice sized private beach. Originally booked for 10 nights, but extended another night because it was so good. The hotel offers all the services you might need when you stay in Hoi An. Want to eat in your bed? Done. Massage? Check. Don't fancy walking 4 minutes to the private beach? There are 2 pools 1 minute away with bars at each of them. Want to ride a bicycle? You can rent one for free. Have a bunch of dirt clothes? There's laundry service. You can do all of these while not leaving the premises. The kindness of the staff was really nice. From start to finish everybody was super helpful and kind with us, it really made the whole experience and time spent here absolutely amazing. The room was great. Plenty space for 2 people with their luggage. A bunch of sockets all around the room, a nice complimentary selection of snacks and daily water refills. The bed was something I never had before in a hotel. It felt like 2 king beds next to each other, clean and comfortable. The shower was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. There was plenty of things for every taste. Local specialities, omelettes, soups, stewed stuff, grilled stuff, salads, breads, pastries, vegetables, jams, honey, fresh fruits, juices, whatever you would want. If you don't want to eat the same food twice while on breakfast you can certainly do so here. This was one of the best breakfast experiences I ever had at a hotel. There's also plenty of space, so you don't have to worry about sitting with random people while waking up. The private beach is also very nice. They provide towels to use on the sunbeds. There's also a bar right at the private beach so you don't have to go far to get a glass of your favourite cocktail to cool yourself down. The safe swimming area is clearly marked and both the immediate shore and the water area is clean of rocks, so it's safe to swim.

Almost daily early morning (05:30-06:30) exercise to very bass heavy music on the local beach. (earplugs can help, but after a day or two we got used to it) Soundproofing between our room and the room above was basically non-existent as all the movement could be heard from the room above. The umbrellas on the private beach are limited. Would be nice to have a few more hard mounted umbrellas. None of these were bad enough for us to deduct a single point from the overall score.

The location is outstanding, just between the river and the sea. The infinity pool is amazing, but water too warm this weekend. We went for several swims in the ocean instead. Lovely! Outdoor showers near the grass would have been great. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. It is a lovely atmosphere at this hotel / resort. We've had lunch at the restaurant as well as on the beach and food + juices / smoothies have been really good !

Toiletpaper from AnAn tissue is terrible. Too thin. Hand dryers need to be changed, the one in the restroom is old and slow. Get a Toto hand dryer - they are great !

Lovely size bedroom, gardens stunning, restaurant views amazing, beach across the road with loungers, shade & beach bar. We opted for river view room - gorgeous. Breakfast excellent choices and all staff attentive and friendly. So many bars & restaurants surrounding the hotel giving food options and to see locals

The bathroom lighting not great and a shower over bath with no handrail. Please upgrade to walk in showers. Chairs on the balcony not practical as you couldn’t sit upright in them- wooden deckchair style prevented this

The hotel is close to the Beach which is great. It is also very quiet (no noise) and offers a free shuttle to go to the old town of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet is absolutely gorgeous with a great variety of western and Vietnamese food. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

The wooden beach loungers are a bit old and need to be changed. The private beach should also be cleaned more often as people throw out plastic bottles, cigarettes etc ....

The resort was very nice. Nice garden, pools and surroundings. The houses were only two story high and the reception/restaurant was open air. Everything looked neat and lovely. We liked the breakfast as well.

The restaurant for dinner. Food was average but prices quite high. They added to the VAT an additional service charge which we found quite unusual. We were wondering why in such a nice location overlooking the river only very few people ate. Also the upper floor restaurant wasn’t in place. Only the main bar was open. It seemed either not enough guests or staff. Or both. Food and drinks were good but too expensive and hence it seems no one wants to eat there and that’s why all bars were closed and the restaurant upstairs as well. Seemed odd.

Hoi An beach hotel in a perfect location for relaxing after spending a busy few days sightseeing in the Old Town. Peaceful & quiet location between the sea & river. Large room with terrace & garden on the riverside with views of the fishing nets & boats passing by. 2 pools & private beach with plenty of sunbeds & beach towels. Good breakfast & meal options in the riverside restaurant with local shops & beachfront seafood restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. Shuttle bus service to town daily & DAD airport just 45 minutes away. Floating lanterns along the river outside the hotel restaurant & river-view rooms each evening was a lovely touch!

Rooms a little dated but great facilities & price compensate for this.

The fridge that didn’t work when we arrived. But they replaced it within 10min. Also gave me a cold beer for my troubles.

We had the absolute best time at the Hoi A Beach resort. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It was more than what we imagined - beautiful, big, clean rooms with a stunning view of the river. 2 sparking clean pools for the kids to play in. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were fabulous and for my daughter’s 7th birthday, the chef made her a beautiful chocolate cake which was so unexpected and a wonderful surprise. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we will certainly be back. I’d highly recommend this place to everyone, it was well worth the money

The only thing that was slightly annoying was getting woken up at 5am each morning by a Zumba class on the beachfront with loud music playing. This was not the hotels fault as it was on a public beach, however the music was very loud

The location of the Hội An Beach Resort between the Đế Võng River and the ocean is extraordinary. The service starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant staff etc. is marvelous. We extremely enjoyed our room with a river view. The breakfast buffet offers a good choice of both Western and Vietnamese food with an emphasis on local specialties. The same is true for the dinner menu. The kitchen is very flexible and happy to prepare dishes according to the guests' wishes (for example, fish grilled instead of steamed). The resort has two swimming pools and a private beach. The beach is almost empty in the morning. Restaurants on the beach near the resort offer a huge variety of seafood. The resort has a shuttle bus to downtown Hội An.
