I travel frequently and long term so I am very choosy about where I stay. Many reviews of places can seem a little sceptical but this is my first hand and honest experience. I must say that people who write bad reviews need to remember what the cost of a hotel like this would cost in the West for example, it wouldn't even buy me breakfast at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways. Where do I begin to rate a hotel that is perfect in every way. It is under new ownership so the staff will go out of their way to ensure you are 100% happy and that the accommodation is kept to the highest standard. The staff are really what makes the hotel extra special. The cleanliness is exceptional as is the breakfast, the location, the super clean swimming pool, the service and the facilities. There is even a lift! The attached spa offers great treatments which I definitely used. Cross the road and up a small laneway and you are right on the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds available for hire. Beautiful beach. Many very good and cheap restaurants minutes away in either direction and one particularly good one right next door, Broccoli. Most importantly, it is very quiet unlike the craziness of the Old Town and surrounding areas but only a ten minute Grab ride in when you want to visit . My experience here was so good that I have rebooked for a further 10 days, it is a piece of paradise far away from the madding crowds but still within easy reach when you want it. Do yourself a favour and book, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing

I liked the location because it was outside the busy area, yet right across from a nice beach with a great view of sunrise and it's not busy at all. It was clean, and they are very friendly and nice here. There's a new spa right next door. The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection and freshly made! My room was pretty nice. The staff were all great! Even the gentleman who works the night shift who doesn't speak any English is very helpful and nice. I have already recommended this place to a friend. It was a great value for the price.

The bed was very hard (perfect for some people but a little uncomfortable for me), the refrigerator didn't get cold enough to keep water or food very cool, and if you want the room cleaned you need to be sure to let them know. Also, the shower was a little wonky. When you turn it on it will spray outside the tub if you don't point the sprayer down far enough, so I used most of my towels to clean the water up, and the water smelled a little like sewage (not the hotel's fault) so I didn't take a bath like I was hoping to.

Spotlessly clean rooms ! July is super helpful and goes the extra mile with a smile. We stayed one night and extended to 6 nights because of the cleanliness, quiet location, sunny balconies and amazing breakfast. The Brocolli Restaurant just 50 meters away makes the most amazing food that will have you eating there every night. Highly recommend this hotel for a super happy and comfortable stay!

Nothing could be better

I had an excellent stay here. Everyone is so friendly and nice, I did extend extra nights. Nice healthy breakfast to start the day and my room was comfortable. The area was very quiet, day and night. Across the road from a great sandy beach where not so many people go and excellent for swimming. Two good restaurants across the road. A happy and helpful team works here and I hope to return before long.

Rooms large and clean with a large bed, staff very friendly and helpful also near to a few quiet beaches, one is directly opposite the hotel. WiFi good, variety breakfast that has to be pre ordered the day before.

Would have liked Musali or similar at breakfast, but that's just me.

the staff is very very kind and good, the food is great. But the facilities are mixed good and bad, dont have beverage so you need to buy outside, the pool cannot be used even in weekdays, there are 3 hubs beside the bed but only 1 works, beside the water is strong and hot the whole day, very clean room.

Every thing is new, beautiful rooms

The pool should be cleaned more properly, we've got red eyes when swimming there. The staff miss my room when making up so I have to request the room make up myself.

I liked a lot the fact that was close to the beach and that I was able to use the bicycle to move around. The staff was the best, great service!

Family run hotel with the addition of hostel for backpackers. Very helpful and attentive staff. My son had stayed here before and wanted us to meet the family who run the hotel

When I stayed was almost alone there so very quiet :) Nice tasty breakfast, bikes for free to use, beach nearby and swimming pool
