* Upgraded room was very nice. So was the staff. * Loved the beach bar 'la plage' * The setting on the beach is nice with local restaurants nearby, both on the beach and on the street. Some of them are truly excellent in seafood.

* For this price range hotel they should get a proper coffee machine in the breakfast room * Again issues about 'your child stays for free' ; you book for 2 adults and 1 child and then the child (8 year old) has no bed...... only if you pay extra. Asia wide issue and I am sick and tired of it. Either there are 3 persons (that you booked for) and 3 sleeping places or there are 2 but not offering 3 people a place in the room and then discover there are only 2 places to sleep and you can hire an extra bed for steep charges...... Try sleeping with an 8 year old in a double bed......... * quite a few package tourists that put the towel on the sunloungers at 7 am....

The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

nothing, everything was perfect

The pool and spa were our favourites. We spent 12 days at Boutique and each day we laid on the sun beds by the pool and we got about 5 massages. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they even brought me a cake for my birthday. The shuttle bus to the old town was fantastic. Special mention to Mai in the spa, she was so accommodating and even organised staff to come in early to suit our desired times. The rooms were comfortable and clean and excellent value.

The cocktails at the pool bar were very strong! But some people enjoy that it just wasn’t for me.

Upon arrival at the hotel in a taxi, we were a little concerned as the front driveway had weeds and some grass growing through pavers. Our concerns disappeared once were stepped inside the foyer as the hotel is clean and spacious and the pool setting is absolutely spectacular. The grounds are tended by an army of workers and kept in immaculate condition. The property is beachfront and the section of beach directly in front is clean and well kept. The water was clean too and we enjoyed swimming there. We used Grab to go back and forth between the Old Town which was convenient and it took about 10 minutes. There is apparently also a shuttle bus which we didn't use. The room was clean and quite beautiful.

Outside of the pool umbrellas there is no shade near the pool. The water temperature of the pool is quite high (difficult to address in such a hot climate) and it felt like climbing into a warm bath rather than a refreshing swimming pool! That said, it was July which is the hottest month. It would be much more pleasant at other times of the year. The buffet was fine although not exceptional. The menu options for lunch were quite limited. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was quite pleasant and reasonably priced. There is no kids club, games room or anything like that.

A lovely welcome by reception staff, and we were given a quiet room as per request. The staff noted our wedding anniversary and provided a lovely gift and personalised message from the manager which was so thoughtful. Beautiful gardens, well maintained and a perfect space to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The hotel is situated on a quiet area of the beach, away from noisy beach clubs and loud music, I hope it will stay this way. If you want to party stay in Da Nang.

A couple of small points which would make a big difference: 1. No drawers! Rooms desperately need some drawers to store clothes, small bits and pieces etc. There is only a small wardrobe and very few coat hangers, so we needed to ask for more. 2. Hotel needs to offer non-dairy milks at breakfast and for coffee options. It doesn’t offer the local coconut coffee, which is surprising, so we needed to visit nearby cafes for coffee.

Fantastic hotel on a beautiful beach. 10 minutes from Hoi An and the perfect location to relax. From being greeted by Hien on our arrival we had the warmest welcome throughout the hotel. All of the colleagues in the hotel are so friendly and simply want to do the best they can. Beautiful gardens, beach front bar and great selection at breakfast. There’s some family run restaurants over the road and along the beach so if you want a quiet night there’s plenty of choice at great value.

Nothing… loved every element of the hotel.

Boutique Hoi An Resort was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive and happy to provide information about things to see, places to eat, and other local tips. I especially enjoyed the attractive gardens, the pool, and the beach access. Breakfast was delicious and varied, including plenty of Vietnamese and "Western" options. The hotel shuttle to/from Hoi An was a nice touch, and it's only a quick Grab ride if you miss the shuttle. I can't wait to return for another stay!

The loud music from the neighboring nightclub was annoying on Saturday afternoon and evening, but they stopped by 9:30 pm.

Beautiful resort and staff. The rooms exceeded our expectations, they were comfortable and quiet, with great air con and excellent value for money. The gardens and pool area were immaculately maintained and a beautiful escape after a busy day in Hoi An. The staff helped us with all our restaurant and taxi bookings, and the shuttle service into Hoi An town was very helpful.

Maybe the pool could be a bit colder! Also some beach activities would be great for those traveling with families. For instance, canoes, stand up paddle boards and beach volleyball.

What can we say! Staying here was an absolute delight! We stayed her for my partners birthday and ended up extending our stay for a night due to the hotel being so fabulous. The setting, the staff, the food, gorgeous beach and amazing pool were absolute top notch. We would highly recommended staying here for anyone looking for that boutique feel away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. What really made this place was the hospitable staff. Always smiling and offering incredible service. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

The only minute downside was having to pay for the small water bottles in our fridge in our room. The glass bottled water was free but theses were not. This did not effect our stay in anyway its just some feedback for future guests.

This is a fantastic resort right on the beach. The infinity pool was spectacular. The breakfast in the restaurant was great, as was the lunch we had. The food at the pool bar was just OK...but we also ordered off the Western menu. I'm sure that it would have been much better had we ordered some of their specialties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a very convenient shuttle that takes you into Hoi An. FYI - there is also a great laundry/massage place right next to the hotel. We will definitely be back!

The aforementioned meal at the pool bar was mediocre...but it could be because we didn't order any of their local specialties.
