Everything 😀 from the moment I stepped into the foyer (initially as a solo traveler) I felt safe & cared for ~ Long really looked after me, he went the extra mile, he is an extraordinary young man, a credit to the hotel ~ I wish him all the best in life 💖 Tuoi served me pho for breakfast every morning cooked eggs, crispy bacon & anything else like that ~ fresh fruit always available & filtered water Tuoi put us onto to the best Tailors, 500m down the road, ZoZo 🥼👗👖👚 ~ outstanding Large rooms with daily housekeeping And just across the road from the beach, I could hear waves on my balcony I couldn't ask for more & long to return 💙

Nice big room, as pictured. Good water pressure with very hot water. Lots of towels provided. Good cotton bed linens make sleeping very comfortable. Did not use small curved pool as weather was not good during stay. Did not take advantage of breakfast, preferring to provide own food in room.

Roosters crowing at family residence/garden business next door. Also a small dog that thought it too is a rooster. Ask for a room away from the family residence. Hotel lists that it has sunbeds available for guests but no mention made on arrival. I eventually found the sunbeds while walking the beach one day; sunbeds not in good condition, lots of old garbage around, seems management doesn't care. The hotel dog, Panda, should not be paid attention to. I think it is unreliable in nature, which can also be said about other dogs in the general area.

Cheap and few bucks by taxi to old town centre and good restaurants nearby and cheap sprits of alcohol just over road ( for Australian

Lovely quiet location over the road from the beach. Rooms clean and clean towels everyday. Staff very nice. Nice coffee places and a couple of shops walking distance, but no nightlife in the evening, grab bikes available to get into Hoi a plentiful takes about 12 minutes, I would stay here again, An Bang beach down the road a lot more crowded so if you like quiet stay at Santa sea 👍🏻

The free hotel Sunbeds were in a location in the shade surrounded by rubbish, and in poor repair , so paid every day on the beach for beds you could actually use. That was the only downfall. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and super clean with an excellent shower room and very confortable bed. Breakfast was perfect and the staff extremely nice and professional and everything we asked for they provided. The beach (Cua Dai) is a stone's throw and all around (beach/hotel) there are very good places to eat, drink and relax. Our stay was at the end of the monsoon period(January) so the sand was not perfect and the water was not pristine, but still, at low tide, it was an excellent place for long early morning walks and if the sun appeared... so did the sun beds and umbrellas!

Really nice place. Modern, neat, tidy, on a very quiet road and about 50 metres from the beach. Apparently it gets pretty busy around here in December, but it was lovely and quiet when we were here. The Manageress cooks breakfast for you and is very friendly and helpful. Their dog hangs around the lobby and once he knows you he is friendly too. Bicycles are available at no cost and it is nice to have a cycle around the area. Unfortunately there was a typhoon about 10 days before we arrived so there was a fair bit of rubbish on the beach, but it would be a nice beach if it were cleaned up. Its only about 10 minutes by Grab to Hoi An Old Town, but you are away from all the noise and traffic etc. Several restaurants and bars within a lazy 10 minute stroll. We really enjoyed our stay here in this peacefull liitle palce south of An Bang Beach.

It’s run by a family and the brothers who manage it are so nice and friendly. They have been extremely attentive to our needs and helped us with anything we asked for. The location is superb. It’s very close to the beach and close to very nice restaurants. The breakfast is simple but delicious. We had an ocean view room and man it was amazing. We slept through the night listening to the lulling sound of the ocean.

When we booked a junior suite room the description said that the living room and bedroom were separate but what we got was just a giant room. It’s not a dealbreaker for us because we absolutely loved the view and didn’t care what we didn’t get. The TV in the room could be smart.

Absolutely fantastic location right opposite the beach. Quite a few restaurants and massages close too. We stayed in a junior suite. It was spacious and had a beach view. There is a decent size fridge and a few cooking utensils. Bed very comfortable. It’s a bit of an older place but great value for the price. Staff very nice and there are complimentary bikes to ride. Pool was nice and clean and great for a dip in hot weather

Advertised with private sunbeds on beach and manager mentioned at check in. Went to beach in morning and (besides the rubbish around the area), nothing set up and cushions hadn’t been cleaned in months! ended up walking to An Bang beach and using a restaurant sun bed for the price of a drink.

Loved this hotel very near Hoi An city. Its a small hotel with an excellent location - very near the beach (just opposite the road). You can hear the waves crashing loudly on the beach from your room and balcony. The breakfast is a small spread but fresh and tasty. The whole street is full of restaurants, cafes, clubs and massage places. Room, balcony and bathroom all are very big in size. The owner and staff were extremely polite and helpful. Had a nice chat with the staff. Hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow and it really helped in the rainy weather. Excellent choice if you are looking to relax and unwind.
