Amazing buffet breakfast

The rooms were spot on! Location was perfect right infront of the beach, even though the weather wasn’t great it was still nice to lay on a sun lounger with a beer from the beach bar (really good prices) and read my book. Only 10 minutes walk into the town which was really pretty and worth a trip aswell as Hoi an. Only 15 minutes by taxi into Hoi An by Grab which was less than £2.50 depending on time of day.

The staff were lovely. The breakfast was exceptional. The location was great. A quiet spot of beach right in front of the hotel but lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. There were also three lovely swimming pools which were never busy.

The rooms could have done with a deep clean.There was quite a bit of dust , and they were also very dark and dimly lit so we could never really see what we were doing. We lost a croc for a week as it was the same colour as the floor 🤣. Also not many places to put your clothes. It also could be a bit more eco friendly with filtered water rather than bottled ,and a note to mention whether you wanted to keep your towels or want them washed like in other hotels.

The location is wonderful with a lovely garden area under pine trees in between the rooms and the beach. There are plenty of places to sit and have shade from the sun, including right on the beach on comfy lounge chairs with parasols. There are amazing views from the top of the cliff with and access to the beach and pools easily. It is a perfect place to rest. The room had a nice balcony looking out into the garden and was comfortable and spacious. The rooms were cleaned and turned over properly every day, and the restaurant for breakfast, dinner and room service were great. The staff was always attentive and kind, including the waiters in the restaurant or beach bar, the front desk, cleaners and especially the security guard who received us on our arrival very late at night. We had a wonderful stay.

The only thing that was not pleasant was that due to a recent storm, there were lots of debris on the beach in front of the hotel lounge chairs. We moved a little further down the beach towards An Bang Beach and it was much cleaner. However, on our third day, the hotel personnel cleaned up the beach front. Also, some of the lounge chair pads should be replaced.

The staff in reception were friendly but professional. They got the balance right. The men who helped with the bags are fabulous and do a great job as ambassadors for the hotel. Cam on. The room was nice and had all the facilities described with a large comfy bed. The quality of the toiletries provided was exceptional. The pools were really lovely, too. We spent most of our time on the beach. They do rent the beach beds out to non residents, which we thought was a bit remiss because there are not many beds. We recommend walking to An Bang for your evening meals as the restaurants near to the hotel are very average and lack any soul. The hotel offers free bicycles, which was nice for half a day. We got a Grab to go and visit marble mountains early one day to avoid the crowds... that was a great trip. The gym is OK

Breakfast was OK. If I'm honest, the Western options were better prepared than the Vietnamese! This hasn't been the case at other hotels. We ordered bahn mi lunch one day, and it really wasn't good. Happy hour at the beach bar offers reasonable value. This isn't in An Bang itself. You need to be prepared to walk 15 minutes or so if that's where you want to eat.

Lovely location away from the main area yet close enough to walk via beach or bicycle/ motorbike to Old Town. The deluxe twin room with balcony was very spacious. Gym and pool facilities were clean. Buffet breakfast has many options to suit dietary needs. The bed was comfortable! Hot water for showers with good water pressure. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful esp Tay the security guard. The rubbish on the beach front was collected which was considerate for guests.

The room did have a musty smell due to the humid air but once the doors were opened and aired it did go away. An awning over the 2nd floor balcony would allow the area to be used during rain periods.

We were disappointed with the first room they tried to put us in, it had 2 twin beds but we were confirmed with a big double bed deluxe Seaview room. The staff immediately tried to fix it and moved us to a large room with a double bed. Unfortunately the view was mostly a garden below and a shack that may have been the beach bar with a tiny peekaboo of the ocean. It was a nice room and we enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the morning, even if the view was not as expected.

Not many choices for breakfast but it is still enough. Stunning view from room to the sea through a pin forest. Large balcony. It was greate to wake up in the morning and hear birds singing in sunshining. Sitting on tables on Beach bar gardern was wonderful. Bikes are available for use. Private beach with civilized customers

Furnitures in the room are abit old. The bathroom/ toillet door make a big noice when we close it. We can here the noice coming from the upper stair room when they use bathroom.

We loved this hotel!! The room was stunning and very comfortable, the pool was great and the beach literally 30 seconds walk next to the rooms. The breakfast was 10/10!! And the staff was super friendly and helped us organise our transfer from Da Nang Airport and a trip to Ba Na Hills. We also used their spa service with a wonderful massage! The hotel is also in a very quiet area away from the noisy and busy Hoi An old city with an easy taxi ride to town or during the days using their free bicycles. Around the hotel there are a few good places for food, launderette, mini mart and tailor.

Being in the ground floor facing the street, we only felt comfortable opening the balcony when we were in the room so at times it felt a bit humid due to its location next to the sea.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The complex is beautiful, with a great pool, and the location is perfect—right by the sea with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A special mention goes to Nga (Ruby), who supported us from the very beginning, offering helpful advice and giving us some excellent recommendations that we gladly followed. I highly recommend her assistance! Additionally, Mai was wonderful, always eager to share stories and support us throughout our stay. In general, the entire staff was friendly and always willing to chat and assist. We highly recommend staying here, 100%!
