Awesome recommendations and super welcoming, Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, 2 min to the beach, lots of restaurants close, bike rental for free, free laundry service, safe airport pick up, Some recommendations for guests: - the bar "8 days a week" is awesome, cool vibe, nice food and great service - try local food instead of western restaurants, for example "xin chao", great food for good price - take the bike to hoi an through the rice fields - if you want to visit the coconut garden do it with the locals, for example "Coconut Garden Tours", way cheaper and super welcoming and fun

This was my 5th and final hotel stay in Vietnam and honestly this hotel was the most enjoyable. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful and in a quiet street across the road from beach access. The staff were fantastic. They helped me with an airport transfer when the airline changed my departure on the day twice. They contacted the driver who couldn’t speak English and changed the pick up time to coincide with the flight twice. They have a small beach bag equipped with 2 towels for your convenience when you go to the beach. Such a thoughtful idea. I ended up taking that little bag with my wallet etc everywhere. So more convenient than my backpack. They even did my washing for free and breakfast was made to order. Worth the stay if you like to relax, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything! The hotel is perfectly located near a quiet part of An Bang beach, just 2 minutes walking through another hotel territory and you can enjoy clean empty beach with white sand. If the beach is too hot, you can rest by the pool, which has sunbeds and natural shade. The location is also good for exploring the surroundings: many sights are easily reached with a taxi, or you can grab a free bicycle from hotel (but beware the traffic, it's hectic). The staff give you a list of recommendations about local restaurants - there are quite a few in walking distance. Won't recommend Barefoot beach club though, got a bad food poisoning there. All the nightlife and bars are in 15-min walk distance, so it's very relaxing and quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and spacious (we got a free upgrade :)), the bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is effective. The breakfast is excellent! It's not buffet, but still has enough western and Vietnamese varieties you wouldn't get tired of it in 2 weeks. The cereals are the best! The hotel also offers spa with a discount for residents, which is a nice touch after a busy day of exploring. The owner/manager and the staff are exceptionally caring, this is the place we felt most welcome in Vietnam.

Great staff very helpful. Breakfast was good both Western and Asian choices. Beach across road not that good but you just had to walk 500m to where it was better. Old Hoi An town is about 70000 dong with Grab, but we got more adventurous and used the hotel's bikes to ride into town took about 35mins. The rooms are large enough good showers and a/c.

The bikes need an upgrade for sure, some are very rusty and small. Our flights were changed so I had to book another 2 nights and moved into the deluxe room for those nights. Not sure (it was maybe a coincidence) but the linen seemed to be a lot better and newer than the Superior room.

We originally booked 5 nights at this hotel but ended up staying for two full weeks because we enjoyed it so much. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that could also be pre-ordered. Any issue in the room was taken care of immediately without delay, and the in-house laundry service was a really nice extra convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience that made our stay truly enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the hotel owner and her helpful, friendly staff. I never saw anyone who worked at the hotel do anything else except smile and nothing was too much trouble. That was also true of the other guests who were all friendly and clearly loved the hotel too. The hotel's location couldn't be better for Ang Bang beach, which is across the quiet road and down a very short path. When we visited in late May, the water was really warm and our children (11 and 9) had so much fun playing in the waves. We spend more than one night in the sea until it was dark! The hotel's pool was perfect for our two children, deep enough for some proper swimming, and big enough for lots of fun and games! We had an apartment consisting of two rooms and a bathroom in between. The rooms were lovely and big, the air conditioning worked well and the only thing that could be looked at it a bit more space for hanging clothes. The shower was nice and big and very pleasant. Breakfast needs ordering the day before and there isn't a big variety especially for children, but I feel very harsh saying that. The local area has some good places to eat, and some not so good. The hotel can help you find the good ones, but we recommend Taste of the Sea and Thom's Bakery. A trip into Hoi An (£1 by Grab taxi and 10 mins) will take you to lot's more great food - including Miss Ly, which is the oldest restaurant in Hoi An, but still one of the best. KA Villa offers fantastic value for money and you will be sad to say goodbye to it! recommended excursions - Cham Island snorkelling, Basket boats (gimmicky, but has to be done!), Ba Na Hills Cable Car with Golden Hands Bridge (though don't bother with the theme park)

This is the most perfect place I’ve stayed so far! Extremely thoughtful host and very very kind staffs. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious and very well lit! The breakfast is out of the world! They have their own space for you in the beach with beach chairs. You can order food from nearby restaurants to their place and they serve it for you in their garden. This place is perfectly home away from home. They have included everything you need in the room like beach towels, swimming pool towels, home slippers, all possible toiletries and so on and so on. Also free laundry service. They arrange pick up and drop off as well.

Very clean, calming and relaxing. Close to the beach and with many Restaurants nearby. Only 10min by taxi to Hoi An. The breakfast was very good and you can choose from a list with great variety. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We would love to return in the future!

There was only one incident where the water didn't work for one evening but that was due to a Taifun close by so very understandable.

The property is a lovely boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast choices, very attentive staff! Many restaurants within a 1-15 minute walk or a $3 Grab ride. Check out: Escobeach (5 min walk) great burger/beer specials, Salt (3 min walk) 2/1 beer all day. A Bang beach- Soul Kitchen and Riy. 8 days a week restaurant 2 doors down- great Vietnamese sausage rolls and pizza. Massage- 200000 for 1 hr massage at Seaside Massage (need to negotiate) Tailor down the street - very good! If you have 3-4 hrs, hire a driver to go to Tam Thanh mural village… amazing! (45 min drive).
