great location, friendly family, great house, wonderful holiday

Really good place, we had a wonderful time there. It was a pleasure to meet the owners - very friendly and nice people. The room fully corresponds to the description. It's comfortable, very easy to feel at home. Homestay is located close to the beach and cafes, but in a quiet street. So, the noise from the main street does not reach the room. It was clean and comfortable. Good shower (without barriers though, so everything is wet after taking a shower, but it's like that in the most hotels in An Bang), no problems with hot water.

The soundproofing from the outer world is as everywhere else in Vietnam: almost no soundproofing :D As I metioned, it was a quiet street, so no real problems here, but nature was loud and it usually woke us up early in the morning (birds and geckos). We did not hear any noise from inside the house though. Also, the host provided as with earplugs.

Nhung is an amazing, caring host! During our time at her homestay, we truly felt at home, and she was always happily talking to us, telling stories and passing on valuable information for our stay. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the view into the nice garden. The balcony was especially useful for drying clothes, but we also occasionally enjoyed sitting there to read. The breakfast was always made freshly, and it was very tasty with various choices on the menu. The location close to the beach is also really nice. It's just a short walk to the beach - and the accommodation also offers beach towels. Furthermore, they offer drinking water in the homestay - just perfect for a beach holiday.

Lovely host - always available to answer my questions. We both really enjoyed breakfast. We got to borrow big umbrellas, which was super useful with a day of rain. I got to tag along with the Host to go to the market in the morning & watch the locals buy their supplies. Tip: This is someone's home. If you are going out and will be back after 10pm, please make sure you let the host know, as they have to wait up to lock up.

Tip: Make sure you have Google Maps, as the Homestay is down a laneway not accessible by cars.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Vietnam. The property is very beautiful, especially with all the plants. The room we had was so relaxing to be in. Comfy bed, good shower and nicely decorated. Nhung and her family are wonderful hosts. We loved chatting with them and they made us feel so welcome in their home. So sad to be leaving. The location is great too. Down a small alley so no noise from any roads at night but still less than five minutes walk to the beach. Perfect.

Nhung & her family were lovely people and always so friendly. Nhung spoke wonderful English and we chatted for ages about so many things. She was always so helpful and offered advice into many things local. She provided me with lovely breakfasts each morning, always a wonderful plate of fruit too. The place was impeccably clean, the bed was amazing and so comfortable. I would certainly stay here again if I return 😊

This family does home stays the right way! I loved everything from my welcome lemonade to the actual room, to interactions with the family and ease of getting around. Nhung made me feel welcome and proactively helped me set up airport transfers, and she arranged my scooter rental so it was really easy. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and with extra touches (earplugs, silk kimonos, towel for the beach, balcony, coffee/tea/water provided)

Everything was great! There is some construction outside and roosters so beware for the noise sensitive— but she provided earplugs and it wasn’t a problem for me

A great central property, lovely room with balcony. The family who run this incredible place were fantastic. Welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and very personable. It is a very short walk to beach close to nice cafes, restaurants and Bars. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. It is home away from home

Awesome homely stay away from standard hotels. Only 4 rooms and all amazing. Worth paying upgrade for deluxe room. Bigger and great balcony over garden, so peaceful. Hosts are amazing and this was far the best value, although there were some slightly cheaper but nowhere as good. When you walk out in road Doms is on left for an evening beer 🍺 keep walking past school and on right the Red Apple. Lovely owner great food best prices and down the alley next to her down to the beach to coconut for very good price drink on beach. Enjoy - we did and wanted to stay longer.

Clean and comfortable rooms with proper mattresses for once. We loved the quietude. The owners are very helpful. We recommend this homestay.

You’ll have to walk a little to get to the beach but honestly, it didn’t bother us. Nothing much to complain about. Maybe including the breakfast would make it even better.
