The staff were absolutely lovely and after our son got injured at An Bang beach and ended up in hospital they went out of their way to come and check up on us to make sure he was ok. It was a great location with a very clean pool and extremely generous breakfast. We also got a lovely basket from the owners following my son’s injury.

Initially we didn’t like the idea of our villa opening up directly by the pool with other guests walking through our kitchen (only because they didn’t realise it was our villa) however we soon realised that’s how all the accommodation and villas in the area are like and it wasn’t really much of an issue for us. However it would have been good for this to be clearly explained in the description so people know exactly what they’re booking.

This place was a great find. Quiet and off the main street. Close enough to get Grab at the end of the road. Use "An Bang Summer Beach Villa" for the Grab driver to bring you to the top of the road. 3 Minutes from the main street and 5 mins from beach. Breakfast was tasty and served up to 10.30am! It had all mod cons as needed if you wanted to cook yourself (we did not) bottled water everyday and a clean if you wanted. Shower was large. Staff very smiley and friendly. Enjoy our stay here.

We booked a pool view room based on the photos we saw. There is two pool view rooms. One is next to the pool with full view. The other "pool view" is off one of the kitchen areas so it's only a pool view room if standing at the bedroom door. It is a nice large room but shouldn't be advertised as a pool view. The blinds in this do not keep the light out so you need to bring an eye mask.

Lovely pool area. Lots of space in the villa to work and relax. Very comfy beds. Our host Phung was very good. Helpful, caring and professional.

The lower level of the villa is all glass and completely open. People (staff and guests) quite often wandered into our kitchen (and used our toilet). The staff used our kitchen to serve other people their breakfast (until we complained). We had to remove our valuables from the kitchen area because it wasn't really secure. We would close the glass doors to go out but when we got back they were all open again. The front door to our villa didn't lock. There is a security person but he wasn't always there. That was a bit strange. Otherwise it was really a lovely villa.

The room was super clean and spacious! Breakfast everyday was so delicious and we had a lot of different options. We didn’t realise how far it was from Hoi An ancient town but this actually ended up being a plus for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle of it all! Very beautiful property with amazing staff! Would highly recommend!

The only slight negative for our stay was that the ro was up 3 sets of stairs. Was fine for me but for my 60yo mum it took a little bit out of her getting up and down. Not the properties fault though, just something to be aware of when booking!

I absolutely loved staying here. My room was huge, quite, beautifully furnished and the bed was super comfy. Loved the addition of iron and mini ironing board. The staff, including the security guard and lovely housekeeping ladies, were so sweet and helpful. Short walk to beach and main street with fabulous bars and restaurants. Excellent, cheap laundry service offered. Lots of yummy choices for breakfast which you order the day before - especially like the pho and banana pancakes. Delightful to eat breakfast around the lovely pool. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location, comfortable, large three bedroom family villa. Each bedroom with lovely ensuite. Quiet aircon units, fans and towel heating rails. Very thoughtful and helpful staff.

There isn’t anything to dislike about the villa we stayed in

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They met us there when we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was lovely and the facilities were spotless. Arranging airport pick up and drop off was done for us and they also booked tours at our request. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet in the evenings. Close to the beautiful An Bang beach and the Hoi An historical centre was only a short inexpensive ($4 aud) GRAB trip away.

This was a fantastic spot to base ourselves near Hoi An. Phung the host was friendly, and they security guard was very nice. Cheap beers at the 'botttle-o' across the road. Breakfast was delicious, and the entire place was very nice.

Breakfast was basic but ok and satisfactory. Location was good but the alleyway could be noisy quite early in tge morning. Loved yhe staff, very friendly, loved the room and everyone so friendly and kind and helpful. The place was spotless and very high standard of fittings, etc. Very safe and secure. Excellent stay, thank you.

Breakfast could've been a bit more extensive, eg yoghurt with the fruit. Otherwise though was adequate.

Loved the room. Very spacious and clean. Pool was small but nice. Location was fairly good but personally was wary of dark alleys at night and the dogs though never had any problems.

Breakfast. Just not to my liking. Usually had simple juice, bread and jam but very basic and charges for a second cup of tea which seemed a bit unusual.
