Great location close to An Bang Beach (1 minute walk) and Hoi An (7 minutes drive). Very friendly and dedicated staff. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety. We enjoyed several treatments at the hotel's spa and can highly recommend their services. The hotel offered a complimentary laundry service, which we appreciated as we had been traveling for some time and were looking for a laundromat. Overall, the AIRA Boutique Hoi An Hotel and Villa was a great place to stay. We had a great time there.

The hotel has a pool of bikes free for use for the customers. However, most of the bikes are in bad conditions and need maintenance (bicycle gearing, chain, brakes).

This place is the one to stay! Ditch the big branded hotels stay at AIRA Boutique. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed and relaxed. Each person you see on your way is so friendly and loving. Always with big smiles on their face. We wish we could stay here for longer! Rooms are so comfortable, huge beds and soft pillows. Refreshed each day. Lovely touch of restocked mini bar in the room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Different juice each day, fresh fruits, local dishes and eggs cooked to your liking. The staff is awesome. Kind, polite and friendly. Always ready to help. Ask them questions they will give you so many recommendations. Reception is always at hand. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with nice size pool and a little garden to relax. Cocktails and so good. There is a SPA with so many different treatments. Maya and Lily are always there to help you. Entire team needs round of applause for the job they are doing. Thank you to each and every one. Don’t think twice! Book your stay before it’s full. You won’t regret a single minute. We will definitely stay here in a future.

The rooms were large and clean. Good bathroom and bedroom facilities. The mini bar was stocked with water, beer and sodas each day, free of charge (unheard of, and a lovely little perk). The breakfast was varied, great fruit, hot and cold dishes and some fresh made dishes /eggs too. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, remembered everyone and little details about the trips etc. The location is also great, right near the beach (we didn't need to use the pool as the beach was lovely and the breeze is welcome in the heat). There are plenty of places to eat and drink a short walk away and also a cheap cab ride into Hoi an old town, so really perfect (we're glad we stayed here rather than in the old town as it was much more relaxed). There are free bikes available to use and the staff helpfully suggested a cute little ride for us. We would definitely stay again.

We spent 5 wonderful days at AIRA Boutique Hoi An Hotel & Villa! The rooms were large and comfortable, and the facilities were just perfect: the pool and pool bar were great, and grounds were well-manicured and the on-site restaurant was great not only for the extensive breakfast buffet but for a dinner we had there as well. Laundry services were resulted in clean clothes within 8 hours. And the spa was an added bonus: my daughter and I shared a wonderful hour having an amazing full-body massage. Definitely the place to stay in An Bang!

- The hotel is split into two buildings, approximately 600 meters apart. One is closer to the beach, while the other houses the breakfast area, spa, and reception. This means constant walking between the buildings, which I found inconvenient. - Unfortunately, when booking for three nights, we were initially assigned a very small ground-floor room with a view of the hotel restaurant, where morning breakfast guests were quite noisy. Although the room was changed, the negative impression from the first room lingered.

Two words: Stay Here. Only 15min outside Hoi An by car or scooter, but light years away in peace & quiet. After a hectic & tourist-heavy evening in Hoi An, I arrived to AIRA. Greeted with a watermelon juice & my room already cooled with the A/C on in anticipation of my arrival, I wasted no time hopping in the pool (1 of 2!) for a nighttime dip. Had the place to myself. Breakfast buffet was the most extensive I’ve seen on my trip through Vietnam. Even though I only stayed one night, I was able to enjoy the day at the hotel-provided beach chairs & umbrellas. They even have a shower to clean up before I made the trip back to Danang to catch a later flight. 10/10 service. 10/10 vibes. I wish I could stay longer.

I was on the first floor by the reception of one building, which was a little noisy when people came & went as the sound travelled from the hallway. Honestly, a minor & fleeting annoyance in the overall excellent time I spent here.

The hotel has a great location. It is very close to the beach, and the center of Hoi An is easily accessible by taxi. The hotel is elegantly furnished and offers an excellent breakfast, featuring both Asian and European cuisine as well as delicious fresh fruit. The staff is very kind and helpful. We also tried the spa, and the massage was fantastic.

The hotel is very large, and it would be very helpful to have a designated room where guests could change in private before check-in and after check-out, allowing them to enjoy the surroundings before and after their stay. The hotel has a private section of the beach, but without service and sunshades. Although sunbeds were available from the hotel, we preferred to rent sunbeds with an umbrella from another provider for a small fee.

The room is very comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful and the facilities great. The hotel has sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, in a bit less crowded area than the beach clubs. We could still enjoy the swimming pool and other facilities long after our check out and were provided fresh towels to shower before leaving.

There could be a little bit more service on the beach, it was difficult to find the employe that could bring us drinks and food. It would have also been much appreciated to have a stand with fresh towels on the beach and near the swimming pools as the towels don’t dry well in the humidity and some of them are quite short, so two are necessary to be confortable.

Wow - our stay was just perfect thank you to the staff who all provided excellent, welcoming and friendly service. It was wonderful to be greeted by happy and helpful staff every time we arrived or left the hotel. The staff made a special effort to get to know us and help in any way they could during our stay including information on transport, tours, where to eat, drink etc. Breakfast contained a wide variety of catering and the quality of food and service was excellent. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cosy and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The bikes were great as it enabled us to explore the area and enjoy a daily coffee whilst out riding. The hotel is in an excellent location, steps away from the beach and great restaurants and bars. Staying at the AIRA Boutique Hoi An Hotel was a perfect holiday for us. Thank you to everyone we can't wait to return for another holiday at AIRA.

The staff are really welcoming and do everything to make your stay special. Our room was spacious with lots of cupboard space, fridge, tea and coffee and mini bar. The bed was huge and really comfy and there’s plenty of hot water for the shower. There are towels provided for the pool, which is a great place to sit. The hotel is only 2 minutes from the beach, and 5 mins to the beach centre with shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a buffet with a big choice of foods and eggs cooked as requested. It’s a 10 minute taxi ride to Hoi A town or you can cycle via the vegetable village.

There was nothing we didn’t like!
