The property was perfect loved the deco, the layout also so spacious lots of room to move around and store luggage plus a little patio outside was good to have , rooms were clean beds made everyday , the price was also very affordable, Old Town Hoi An was a 10 min Grab ride away about $6 for my family of 8 , the bungalow is very near to restaurants and bars , walking distance to the beach and the little town near by had everthing even moni exchange, and a little petrol station. Tihn was very friendly and very very helpful she organized out tickets to Cham Island also Bana Hills & organized our ride from the airport and to Da Nang & her prices match those Online or slightly cheaper. Check in was a breeze and she was also on WhatsApp when we needed her …the restaurant next door “cashew restaurant” was delicious and reasonably priced can’t say enough ..just come stay here you will love it xx

We stayed for three nights at Cashew Tree (in the triple room) and couldn’t have been happier. The room was large, cool, clean and comfortable, with access to private outside space that has been beautifully kept. The bed was huge and really comfy. Tinh was always contactable on WhatsApp and able to provide us with bikes to cycle to the old town and towels for the beach which was very helpful. She also provided some excellent recommendations - if you’re after tailored clothes head to Ngoc Lan in Hoi An market, we were so impressed! The location of the bungalow was also ideal for us, close to the beach (5 mins walk) with the opportunity to explore the local businesses on the way. We ate twice at Cashew Tree restaurant next door and thought the food was exceptional. Everything was so fresh and perfectly flavoured. Still thinking about the papaya salad now.. Big thanks to everyone working at Cashew Tree who made our stay there so relaxing and memorable. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Cashew Tree Bungalows are adorable. The property is small but feels cozy and safe. The rooms are all painted white and blue which is beautiful, especially near the beach. Tinh was amazing at communication! She arranged a driver to and from the airport for me and made sure I was comfortable everyday. The value for money is unbeatable and I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location is one street further from the beach. Nothing can be done about that and it is made up for with the great price of the room. I was able to walk and be at the beach in under 5 minutes - so really it was not a problem!

Best homestay we stayed in Vietnam during our 3 weeks trip. The rooms are spacious, freshly decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The homestay is a 2 min walk from the relaxing An Bang Beach and a very short ride away from Hội An Ancient Town. The host Tính (and all of her staff) is a gem. She is welcoming, very friendly and she was extremely accommodating with any queries we had throughout our stay. She helped us organise rapid transfers from and back to Da Nang Airport, plan some of our activities around Hội An and book a tour to My Son Sanctuary. There are free bikes at your disposal to go around wherever you want: the seaside, back/to the Ancient Town, etc. Finally, Cashew Tree Restaurant, their restaurant on site is outstanding with delicious affordable dishes. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants we've been to!

The room was absolutely amazing, clean, specious with a good vibe! The outside area was our favourite place to hang out. We got a lovely juice on the arrival. Another day we got coffees and some fruit, which was very nice. Also we had to extend our stay due to cancellation of the bus, but the only available room was a double one (for 3 of us) and we decided to stay anyway so our host gave us a mattress. Super nice, we really appreciate that. We could check out a bit later for our request too. The location is amazing, all the beautiful restaurants and cafes are around + it's very close to the beach. We would come back and definitely recommend to everyone.

We spent 3 nights here and it was just right. We were unlucky because 2 days were very rainy but Tinh the host did everything she could to help us weather the storm. Lots of helpful advice on what to do how to book onward travel, taxis into Hoi An, bargain spa experience, free bikes to ride, free umbrellas!!! Breakfast was tasty and great value at 70,000 The room was cosy, good fan and aircon, nice shower. Its about 5 mins walk from the beach, we did have one lovely afternooon relaxing there. Afterwards we had a peaceful bike ride hrough the allotments and rice paddies If is sunny this is a great base to explore Hoi An and the surrounding area, Grab is 30-80000 into town and very easy If its raining you may be better off in town Overall Tinh made our stay really enjoyable and she was always available for help and advice

We had the absolute best stay here at cashew tree. Tinh and her family were fabulous hosts. So helpful, so kind, so welcoming. The space was beautiful, quiet, and serene, and the attached family run restaurant was good value and delicious as well.. There is plenty to do in the area, and it is definitely worth staying here for several days. You are right near the beach, within a few blocks of countless good restaurants, a 15 minute car ride to marble mountain or Hoi An. Tinh can arrange anything for you. Just wonderful! Thank you for a terrific stay!

I had the very best stay at Cashew Tree Bungalows!! The staff is there 24/7 for your every need. The rooms are spacious, light and airy and very thoughtfully decorated. You also have your own private lounging area outside your room. And let me not forget the incredible complimentary breakfast. Yum 😋 It’s walking distance from the beach, shopping and restaurants. I even walked to Hoi An from there.

Excellent stay. The owner, Tinh, is super-organized and super-helpful. Cashew Tree Bungalow is perfectly located in a quiet alley barely 50 yards from the charming An Bang village, and only about three minutes' walk from An Bang beach. We also enjoyed a yummy, great value breakfast each morning from the right-next-door Cashew Tree Restaurant.

Wonderful stay here. Not a 5* if that’s what you want but we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Bathroom is a bit rustic but everything is clean and spacious. We had the triple room which had a big patio. Well worth a few extra dollars for the big airy patio. Plenty of room to dry out beach clothes and just enjoy the ambiance. Tinh was so friendly and helpful, she can take care of any needs or questions you have. We ordered breakfast the night before and told her what time we wanted to eat. It was a feast! I also ate dinner one night and that too was great. Had the scallops and wound up eating there for dinner a second night. It’s an easy walk to the beach - maybe 7 or 8 minutes and pretty much everything you might want is close by. All this and it was quiet ! Should I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay here again.
