We spent three nights at the Watermark Beachside. The hotel is located on a small cul-de-sac near the beach. There are also quiet restaurants on the street. The hotel is an oasis of calm. It is very nice and airy. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were also very nice and bright, with a controllable fan, air conditioning, safe, and TV (which we did not turn on). The hotel is run by two sisters. We had already read that they can help you choose a tailor. There are probably 400 in the city. We didn't want to spend our time looking for a tailor, and I was afraid that we would spend our days trying on dresses in the city. Well, one of the two sisters had worked at the biggest tailor in town for over 10 years before they built the hotel. She offered to handle the selection of clothes, patterns, and fabrics, as well as taking the measurements, in the hotel. The fittings could also be done at the hotel. We gladly accepted the suggestion. It was all very professional. She had photo books with samples. However, my daughter had a pretty clear idea of what she wanted. She had a photo of a dress on her phone but wanted the shoulders and sleeves to be different from the photo. That was no problem at all. The design was sketched out. The lady could do that. The fabric was then selected. There were lots of fabric samples and some bolts to choose from. I then had a shirt made for myself, where I could also choose everything myself, including the collar and fabric. My daughter also had a pair of trousers made using a photo from the pattern book. The measurements were taken very quickly. You could tell that it was routine and that she had done it thousands of times before. The garments were then available for the first fitting the next day, and minor corrections to the fit and length were discussed. They were ready the next day. Everything fit perfectly. Top-notch! In retrospect, I was glad to have used the hotel's tailoring service.

Throughout my years of travelling, I haven’t come across such a magnificent place, Mia and her sister made us feel at home right from the beginning. It feels you live in one big open space with friends and family but not with total strangers. It is literally 2 mins from the beach, on a rather silent alley off the Main Street. Mia gave us all recommendations for food and drinks around the corner (Hoa’s Kitchen ia great 😊). We had an amazing week and we definitely would come back to this place. The room was really spacious. Breakfast options included western and Vietnamese food options and were freshly cooked for us every day. The owners even offer in house tailoring.

This is a gem of a place! Met Ha and Thuy who run the hotel, and they are such lovely hosts! This villa is well-runned, in great condition and excellent choice of breakfast items (which you can choose from the day before, from local to western). It's got all the necessary amenities for me - hot water showers (with good water pressure!), excellent clean room, hair dryer, water cooler for you to top up your reusable bottles (love how they are so environmentally sustainable!), lovely lap pool...breakfast in the living room. very tastefully and elegantly furnished. The beach is only a short stroll away. The villa is a short walk down a narrow lane from the main road, and you feel so tranquil once in the villa. I felt like I was staying at with family, not as a hotel guest! it's a small place, but you have enough privacy as Ha & Thuy are there to answer your questions on where to go for dinner etc. Thank you for welcoming us to your villa! My son, husband and I enjoyed our stay with you, we will be back for sure and will recommend you to our friends!

Excellent location, heaps of eating places, coffee shops, massage places & bars etc. Mini mart at the end of the driveway & beach a few steps up the lane. Rooms were clean & tidy. Excellent breakfast that you order the night before, but can order whatever else you want on the day too. Great family boutique resort. Lastly, the staff were super friendly & helpful. They booked us a driver to go sightseeing costing less than half what the booking agents charge on the street. Hoi An a cheap Grab ride away so we went in and out several times to get clothes and shoes made & have dinner. Hoi An is stunning. Best to go at night to see the lanterns but also needs to be seen in the day too. Morning Glory Restaurant in Hoi An is simply devine.

The location was perfect for us. Outside of Hoi An but just a £2 grab ride away. We did not realise when we booked how close we were to the beach (100yds) and that there are a number of excellent restaurants and coffee bars all within walking distance. In fact during the 5 nights we stayed we only went into Hoi A for dinner on one night, preferring to stay closer to the beach. We also took advantage of the tailoring service and had two pairs of excellently made trousers for a really good price.

Goregeous property in an ideal location with truly gracious hosts. The two sisters who manage this property are beautiful people who truly care about their guests’ comfort and well-being. The space is absolutely beautiful and “luxury boutique” by even U.S. standards. The pool is sparkling clean. The hotel offers soft beds with plenty of pillows, beach towels, a safe, modern bathrooms, cool clean a/c, bikes, and nature views galore. We heard lots of birds singing. The breakfast is made to order. There are countless restaurants all around, a fascinating morning market, and a lovely short stroll to the best part of An Bang beach. If I visit Vietnam again, this will be my go-to location. I recommend making this lovely hotel the home base for a week while exploring An Bang, Hoi An, and Da Nang. An aside — One of the sisters is an expert tailor who worked as the top tailor for 11+ years at a prestigious design house in Hoi An; she offers the same services during your stay but with a reduced price yet very high level of quality. She is absolutely lovely to engage with.

Got this place recomend from previous guests. It was 10/10. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The 3 ladies working there were fantastic. Helpful, professional and genuin. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Fantastic location. 2 min walk to the best part of An Bang beach. 1 min walk to the morning outdoor market. You don't need an alarm clock. The rooster next door help you with that. But he sleept in some mornings. Will stay here next time for sure.

Modern, spacious, clean in a great location. However the main difference was the excellent hosts, Thuy and Ha, who looked after everything we needed in an incredibly efficient and friendly manner. On top of that Thuy (who has great experience in the fashion business) was able to measure me and my partner and arrange for a fantastic tailored classic evening jacket for me, and a pair of stylish linen pants for him. Ready in 48hours! we will definitely return when we can :) (and bring emptier suitcases)

The hotel is very small, cosy and very comfortable. The room we stayed was very spacious and very nicely decorated. We traveled with the baby and the staff made us feel very comfortable- like at home. We extended our stay here - from 5 to 8 nights. Breakfast is delicious and you preselect your choice every day. Beach is nearby and a lot of delicious and cheap restaurants nearby. Hoi An is only 10 mins drive but Taxi. Definitely would recommend this place 🤍

We loved the everything about this boutique hotel. It felt like a very personal experience with beautiful staff, who were extremely helpful and engaging. The location was perfect, close the beach and nestled within the little township offering everything you need. The decor was gorgeous, the rooms were sparking clean and the ambience was so peaceful. We loved sitting by the pool at the end of the day and waking up to a delicious breakfast in the morning.
