Loved this accomodation. We stayed on the top floor so had the room with the lovely high ceilings. It was a beautiful, very big room. The bathroom was also very big and beautiful. It was lovely and quiet and a very short walk to the lovely beach. We encountered a VERY hot stay so it was nice to be so close to the beach. Was also very close to a lot of fabulous restaurants. Cozy corner was a great place for breakfast. Our fave restaurant for dinner was purple lantern. First building in the laneway will do your laundry for $2 a kilo ( Australian ) enjoyed getting to know the lovely locals on the beach, from Hau and Hinh who will look after you for drinks and snacks on their sun lounges and the lovely ladies who walk up and down the beach trying to sell their wares. Please be kind and at least buy a few bracelets. Loved everything about An Bang beach

Location was great, close to the beach, rooms were big and clean and comfortable. Staff were great and friendly and helpful, great value for money.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, but it is really two single rooms with a landing inbetween. Noone else comes up to that level but the two room on the floor below us could hear conversation and see us if they looked up the stairs to the living area, we didn't have an issue but you wouldn't want to wander around getting dressed in that area, I also noticed there was a camera in the corner of the landing area which is a bit odd when it is being used as an apartment, maybe they turn it off when the rooms are combined as an apartment?

We loved Coco Villa, the ground level room was perfect for our family of 4. Within 20 minutes of arriving our kids were already swimming in the pool. The property was very close to a beautiful beach, we loved going at sunrise! It is a great location with everything you could need close by and within walking distance. One of the best parts of our stay was meeting Kim, our host. Our daughter hurt her foot, and Kim was there for us every step of the way, accompanying us to the hospital and helping translate through the process. She helped arrange a doctor days later to come every day to tend to my daughter’s injury and Kim was there every morning to translate for us. Kim also arranged activities for our family, taking into consideration my daughter‘s injury, and making sure they would work for her. She arranged lantern making classes, spa services that were absolutely wonderful, and cooking classes with the best spring rolls I have ever had! We plan to go back next year and we will absolutely be staying at Coco Villa for our entire stay!

Quiet establishment near the beach but not on the main road (a plus) down a small alleyway. There are several good restaurants near the hotel. For breakfast there’s the Cozy Corner or Yesh Tribe. For dinner there’s the Purple Lantern and Mr Hoa’s Kitchen-our choices. The room was very clean, had a king size bed, a large shower, plenty of hot water, and a balcony with 2 chairs and a day bed. Kim, the manager was very helpful. She helped us secure bus tickets before we arrived for our onward journey. They keep the small pool very clean. The room rate is reasonable. Taxi fare is usually less than 100,000 dong (use Grab) to Hoi An (15 minutes).

Remember, many of the small hotels are in a neighborhood-sometimes you wake up to dogs barking and rosters crowing.

Breakfast not included but The Cosy Cafe 4 mins walk from CoCo Villa was amazing. Fantastic location quiet north part of An Bang Beach. 2 min walk down wee path to beach. Make sure you go to beach at sunrise and see the local activity fisherman in bamboo boats freshly caught squid, locals exercising and swimming. Units superb very large bathrooms, lovely outdoor seating/outdoor beds and great swimming pool. Rooms have a larger size fridge and freezer which we found a bonus. We stayed in the downstairs twin rooms and felt we had the pool to ourselves straight out from our rooms. Kim arranged bikes for us so we could bike to village and out to local restaurants. The Manager Kim is outstanding...went the extra mile to help us can't thank her enough for her assistance and caring attitude when we needed help. All staff are 10/10 Honestly An Bang CoCo Villa exceeded our expectations ten fold...loved our stay there.

The fact that we had to leave

Quiet, clean, 100 meters from the beach, many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the bustle of Hoi An. This was our home base oasis for 5 days. Kim the manager is exceptional along with a sweet and caring staff. Breakfast options were delicious and varied - the fresh fruit was amazing. Kim helped us book taxis, scooter tours, and spa activities. Everything about the property and staff exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Would love to come back!

This villa was perfect for what we needed. We had finished a tour and decided to stop in Hoi An for a further 4 days. The price was extremely reasonable. Tommy organised a car to pick us up from the airport and a return journey, excellent service. Kim the owner was so lovely and friendly she greated us everyday cooked our breakfast when we got up!! All fresh and great value for money. Kim organised a spa event which was again top class!! She also helped with some trips we wanted to do and transport in the area. Grabs were also very cheap to the old town. The swimming pool we didn't use but looked very clean and inviting. The beach was a few minute walk. Just a point there is no car access right to the villa door so you have to carry or wheel luggage to the property but the ally is lit up at night it's a few minute walk and very safe. When we went out at night the males in the family stayed up and waited for us to return. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the villa. Thank you Kim you were amazing 👏

This property is at the quieter end of An Bang beach which we loved. It’s close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and beachside bars to have a drink. The rooms are clean and the pool is kept sparkling. Only a 15 minute Grab ride to Hoi An, which is insanely crowded so it’s nice to escape back to the beach. The staff are friendly and Kim the manager was outstanding. She can pretty much organise anything you want to do within minutes. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfectly located in An Bang. Nice and close (1 minute walk) to the quieter part of the beach whilst still being close to the central street with great food, small bars, spas and some shops. Our host Kim was absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, genuine and very helpful. The whole stay felt so natural and unpretentious. An idea, soothing change from the sometimes overwhelming madness of central Hoi An. We did not want to leave this beautiful place.

We had the 2 bed appartment on the top floor, they were lovely spacious rooms with a very large balcony. Good shower, decorations and fridge with a freezer. Quite location, short walk to beach, located near the end of all the restuarants and bars so the beach was less crowded, ideal.

No lift, but given all the good points was worth climbing the stairs and staff carried our suitcases up & down the stairs! Didn't use the swimming pool but appeared to be shallow and small.
