This place is amazing a little oasis of heaven! I almost don't want to write a glowing review because then everyone will know about it! I was with a friend & we treated ourselves to a 2 bed villa, spacious, beautiful, feels luxurious for the price. The pool is pretty small but the beach is 5 minutes away. If you stay here you can use the 'shore clubs' sunbeds on the beach without having to buy drinks etc, then again whilst almost triple the price (compared to back street An Bang), it's worth reclining on one of their giant double beds & chucking back a cocktail & stuffed clams to feel totally decadent & spoilt. The balcony we had was divine, huge, lots of comfy furniture, private with a little bamboo divider to separate us from the 2bed next door, & even an outside ceiling fan to help keep us cool & keep mozzies away! A decent sized fridge, air con & a ceiling fan indoors with mozzie nets provided.... The upstairs bathroom with real lillies growing out of one side was to die for! I will be returning!

Have very little negative things to say except there was rarely anyone at reception (except the overnight snoozing security guy, lol, good for him!). Although the lady who manages it is very easy to get hold of through WhatsApp, it's just we felt we were disturbing her & her family the only time we contacted her & asked for help with something... She was very helpful & got her security chap to lend us a charger, so we were probably just being being too polite not wanting to bother her with anything else! The only other thing to mention is the bathrooms are not bug proof, the windows have big gaps at the bottom & there is a couple of inches gap between ceiling & wall in the top bathroom.... But you're in nature & greenery & the bathrooms are gorgeous, so who cares right?!

After six months of travelling Asia, this is by far my favourite. If I was to rate how happy I was and how well I slept. This place is heaven. Location tops everything and the best bed I've slept in and that is never to be undervalued when travelling Asia. The pool was a great bonus, but I love swimming in the ocean. Literally a 50-meter walk. The Shore Club, Black Pearl and Deck House on the beachfront are where I'd spend my day. The food is awesome. Good Wi-Fi. and breakfast. Luan will look after you well, great English, and nothing is too much trouble. Far better holiday being here and going to the Old Town now and then. I had such a great time. I'm returning for a month in a few days. Yay!!!

This property is brilliant. We had a family room upstairs at the back and were well and truly spoiled by comfy beds, big rooms and a lovely big balcony. The staff are so lovely! Thanks to everyone for their friendly and kind attitudes and a special thanks to Luan for being the number one helpful host. The pool is fabulous and it’s a little walk thru the garden to the beach. Close to many great restaurants too. We can’t thank you all enough for a wonderful week at your property. 🤩

We were warmly greeted by Luan. She gave us a tour of the hotel and then took us to the room. The grounds are very nice and our room was wonderful. We asked if there was a room on an upper floor and we were able to move after 2 nights. We preferred not being on the ground floor with the foot traffic. Luan couldn't do enough for us. She always asked if we needed anything. The other staff members were also very attentive. The place is immaculately clean. We especially enjoyed our outside terrace. The bed was comfortable and we only used the a/c on two evenings since there was always a gentle breeze blowing. There is a full-size fridge in the room. A bottle of water was provided every day, and more water can be purchased from the mini-bar in the fridge. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely return if we ever go back to Vietnam.

The most peaceful stay I have had in Vietnam so far. Vietnam is noisy almost everywhere you go with car and mopeds beeping all the time. However this villa is not on a main road and far back enough from the beach to enjoy blissful silence, other than a few chickens. It is perfect location to the beach and the restaurants are less than a 2 mins walk. The deckhouse and shore club are the one’s closest and they offer delicious meals with bed to relax and watch the waves from. The staff were amazing, happy to help with anything you need, taxis and bike rentals. My room was large beautiful and quiet. With a well stocked fridge.

Not really a complaint as I was at the beach all the time. The pool is pretty well covered so you won’t get a tan chilling there but with the beach being so close it’s not a problem.

Ms Luan was a gem and texted via Zalo to check if we needed a pick up from the airport. She was the perfect hostess - and told us what we needed to know - without being intrusive. The hotel had perfect energy - and colours. A few minutes walk to An Bang beach and the Deckhouse - which was the only bar on the beach when I last visited in 2011. A short bike/taxi ride to Hoi An - with great tailors, artists, restaurants, and Shamrock bar where we could watch the rugby: Ireland-South Africa. A great holiday weekend - everything was brilliant - would loved to have stayed longer!

Everything! Shhhh this is a hidden jem! If you are looking for a lovely property close but not on the beach with beautiful caring staff then this is the place. Lou-Ann is the receptionist aka hotel manager and she goes above and beyond to help make your stay a truly memorable one. She knows you all by first name and helps to organize anything you need including medical treatment, transport, breakfast….plus her family are involved! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and quaint. Breakfast is a small affair made just for you near the pool. The location is just 10 mins from Hoi An by car. There are loads of restaurants around the property that are cheaper and better food than in Hoi An. We have been to Life Beach Villa twice and this is the only place we would stay 🩷

Nothing. We have stayed in 5 * big fancy hotels but you can’t go past this small villa with caring beautiful staff.

This is a fantastic homestay, we stayed for 10 days and loved every moment of it. The rooms are large with a balcony and the entire place is very clean. It is near the beach and a fantastic selection of restaurants. The staff were brilliant including Leewan who helped organise trips, taxis and helped with everything in a cheerful manner..The pool was clean and enticing with good shade.

Beautiful tastefully decorated property close to An Bang beach. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and decent wifi. Staff was friendly and responsive to inquiries and requests. Nice clean pool. Very clean and safe. Extended our stay. Recommend and would return.

Construction across from the property. The initially assigned room was listed with a balcony, but the balcony turned out to function also as a walk-through hallway for the neighbouring room which isn't great for privacy.

It was so lovely at Life Beach Villas. The accommodation was great. Comfy beds and great facilities. The pool was in the shade and next to a nice bushy reserve that you can walk through to get to the beach and Shore Club where you can have drinks and use their lounges on the beach. The location was perfect as it is off the busy road (restaurant strip) so it’s nice and quiet - but a very easy walk to restaurants.
