Size of the room alcove suite was perfect for a family we didn’t have breakfast here because lots of local places around especially right down on the edge of the beach (left side of the resort)

Pool itself not very clean could do with a couple more sun beds

Great little hotel, down one of the An Bang lanes. Close to restaurants and bars, but can't hear any n noise from them. Five minute walk to the beach. Nice pool. Good sized rooms and comfortable bed. Would stay again.

The staff could do with having little more English. They are very happy and smiley, but communication was not the easiest.

The Blue Alcove was a pleasant retreat in the heat. The staff were very friendly at check-in, they gave us a map of the area and informed us the local restaurants we should visit. This hotel had two sister hotels in the area and we were allowed to use thier facilities as well. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The air con and wi-fi worked well. There were bicycles that you could use if you wanted to go for a ride. The pool was a nice way to cool off. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, atm, shops. This accomodation is only about 4 kms from Hoi An itself, so we travelled in by Grab a few times to visit the night markets etc.

Very nice hotel near the beach, with swimming pool. It's literally 5 minutes from the beach, and around has many restaurants where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff super friendly, they helped me booking tours and renting motorbike. Super helpful. Room was nice, clean, with fan and ac. They clean the room everyday. I'd say perfect experience.

Location was ideal, within 2 minutes walk of everything you needed, bars, restaurants, beach, but far enough away to not be disturbed by road noise etc. Rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels, beach towels supplied, tea/coffee restocked. Would highly recommend.

Husband said the mugs were too small for his morning tea!

Having someone check you in who can speak English would be more preferable, especially for guests coming from abroad who are not familiar with the area, would make it a bit more personal and welcoming

Very quiet area considering it is quite near the main road in An Bang. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. 24/7 security on site. Strong internet. Clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful exterior pool area.

The air conditioning in the room could’ve been better. I set it to 16 degrees Celsius each night and still found it a bit too warm. The hotel also ran out of water on 2 occasions during my stay which was a bit frustrating when trying to get showered.
