Phoenix Hotel was a beautiful hotel with wooden lodge feel rooms. The rooms were very modern and well kept. We had a really good price for the night and wanted to extend our stay but was fully booked. The bed was big and very comfortable we had a great night sleep. The location is great with about a 5 minute walk to the An Bang Beach and had many great restaurants around. For us backpackers this felt like a very luxury night stay in comparison to all other hostels/budget hotels. Would highly recommend.

I had one issue during my stay where my bag was on the luggage rack and was covered in little mite like bugs but cannot be sure if this happened in the room or before. No issues otherwise would highly recommend.

The staff were super friendly. They knew my name and were helpful with information and spoke English really well. The food there is amazing. I would recommend the poke bowl.

The bicycle fell apart. Lol. The tire flattened halfway thru my trip into the old city and the back brakes broke. But it was all good. I locked it up and took a GRAB bike back to the hotel and the staff went to retrieve the bike where I left it. They were super good about the whole thing and I rolled with the mishap..

Well decorated and clean, great location, staff are lovely. Room is a good size with plenty of storage space and close to the beach.

The windows are heavy wooden doors so there is no natural light when they are closed. Would also benefit from bug screens. The 'balcony' was a table and chairs on a shared terrace/ access route. There are 6 restaurants in the same area so can be noisy but usually quiet after 10pm.

The staff is extremely nice and caring. They tried to satisfy every single request we made (when possible). The location is good if you would like to be close to Hoi An main beach. The structure is quite particular, and I totally recommend the place if you like wooden decor style. Last but not least the hotel manager Nick is an amazing person and he could give you incredible heads up in order to have a perfect local experience in Hoi An. We felt so nice that we extended our stay for two nights!

Be prepared to pay with cash, because it's a new hotel and they still don't have the POS

Location is great and the log cabin feel was superb, air conditioning was spot on looks like brand new also we had a large fan in the ceiling great internet room was cleaned every day with clean towels and beach towels, fresh water every day also the shower and body lotion was good , shower was powerful enough for this building, all the staff are fantastic and food was great as well. Will definitely be coming back Neil from England

Staff is excellent. Chris the manager is super friendly and made our stay really welcome. The staff help facilitate a surprise birthday breakfast which was really kind. Room was excellent

Room was excellent, minor point is the room does not get much natural sunlight, but had balcony so this was nice.

My night at Winhouse Homestay An Bang was simply incredible. The location is perfect, just a short walk from An Bang beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and uniquely designed. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the amazing bar, offering delicious food and drinks. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience near An Bang beach.

Friendly staff who welcome you with a cold flannel and green tea. The bungalow is so rustic and cute, great size with loads of storage- we loved the wooden door with padlock and plank. Good location near lovely restaurants/cocktail bars and the beach and only a short drive into the old town.

The mattress was on the harder side and only one quite thin pillow.

This is a lovely boutique hotel a minute's walk from the beach and many restaurants and only 10 minutes from the Old Town of Hoi An. The room was comfortable and clean with an intentionally rustic charm. The shower is good, the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent.

The ownership and staff were all on point. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and taking care of. I would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful as well.
