If I could give this place an 11 out of 10 I would! Everything was beyond our expectations here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, pool was immaculate. Endless supply of water was much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back here when we visit Vietnam again!

Highly recommend this accommodation. The staff are brilliant and can’t do enough for you, the breakfast is plentiful and cooked fresh. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained and the location is great as you’re very close to the beach and only a short grab ride into Hoi An. This is a lovely, peaceful place to stay, it was perfect for my family as it was quiet from 10pm in the evenings. There’s not many rooms here either so the pool is never busy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The staff and hosts of the property were exceptional. So friendly and kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast included in the room was huge! So much food. The plates kept coming! Fresh fruit everyday and then you could pre-order two dishes each the night before plus two drinks each. The mango smoothie was very good and I would recommend trying the Vietnamese dishes for something different. The Cau Lau (regional pork noodle dish) was probably our favourite, we ordered it more than once and the stir fried vegetables & noodles were very good too. They offer bicycles complimentary for guests but we rented a scooter for a very good price. They are located down a little residential street, around the corner from the Main Street in An Bang where all the shops and restaurants are. About 5-7 mins walk to the beach and about 10-12 min drive from Hoi An centre. Big rooms that they made up everyday and provided fresh water.

Our favourite hotel out of a month in Vietnam! We booked on a whim as we wanted to spend some time near the beach. It was in such a quaint location, out of the big touristy hubs, and we felt like we were just living amongst locals. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff were all so friendly and always took our orders quickly for food. You can walk to An Bang beach in about 8 mins, and there are local shops nearby for essentials. There is also a lovely beach restaurant 8 mins walk away. The room was way bigger than we expected and super clean. Air con really good. Highly recommend!! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was fantastic. The location of the accommodation was convenient .Situated in a quiet street, few minutes walk from restaurants and beach. Breakfast was great. The pool was clean and very nice to lounge around. We also borrowed the bikes which were in great condition. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thankyou Teone and to all of the staff who made as feel so welcome as soon as we arrived. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Lovely modern villa with very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Freshly made breakfast that you order the evening before - a great way to avoid too much food waste. Had best Pho in town for breakfast there! Please was immaculately clean. Great location- a little bit away for the noise but close enough to all the restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Hoi An old town is just a taxi ride away. I am glad I trusted all the other reviewers and booked this place!

The only thing that bothered me is that you can’t blackout the room completely bcs of the daylight coming from the bathroom windows. This is nothing major - we slept in every day anyway.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The staff are just incredible. We arrived very early in the morning due to a delayed flight. The check in was easy and the staff was very accomodating. We were greeted like family. My son and brother felt the most at home here over all places we stayed at in Vietnam (8 in total). The facilities were clean! Beautiful rooms. Breakfast was incredible and personalized (not your usual buffet). The pool and the gardens are very well maintained. We were so comfortable and trusting of this property that we asked to leave our luggage for 1 night while we went up to Bana Hills. They of course allowed this with no expectations. Really truly can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you x

Everything about this villa was amazing, the well-positioned Tranquility in a little backstreet and easy walk to the beach and local streets with restaurants and bars, Cafes, ATMs, pharmacy etc. With just a small number of rooms you were often feel like you are completely on your own in this beautiful piece of paradise, the pool is exquisite surrounded by lush flowers and always clean, The family are always on hand to assist provide food or guidance to trips help with finding areas of interest, etc A beautiful boutique, Villa of the highest standard of cleanliness and service .

Very homely and welcoming small hotel in a quieter location about a 10-15 minute walk to the main beach area. The villa offers free bicycle rental which was great way to get about. Excellent breakfast that you choose the night before. Vietnamese and western choices. I couldn’t believe when food kept coming and coming the next morning. Lovely quiet pool for relaxing. Room was excellent with everything you would need.

The AC wasn’t great in my room but the owners accommodated me with an extra fan

Lovely staff! Our room was excellent for our family of 4. Two large comfortable beds. Breakfast was included, this had to be ordered the evening before, and was plentiful. The swimming pool area was lovely and we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the late afternoons. Great location for An Bang beach, just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and small shops locally. We used Grab to get in to Hoi An.

Nothing! The only feedback I would give is that another mirror in the bedroom would be useful. With just one mirror in the bathroom area for a family of 4.
