Excellent breakfast, beautiful pool and outdoor area, great housekeeping service, friendly staff

Very unfortunate that the beach has eroded and there is no ocean access. Photos need to be updated. Direct beach/ocean access was a big part of why we chose this property. Ditto that the property next door is a huge construction site, which looked right into the bathroom and outdoor shower part of our room, whereas the photos show a bucolic resort next door.

The staff was wonderful and did everything to make us feel welcome. They loved our kids, learnt their names and even gave them little presents at the end. Having the pool right in the middle was very convenient and the garden is a nice hangout. The location is very central in An Bang with good restaurants and an excellent coffee place right next door.

Too bad the beach is eroded away right in front of the hotel but 50-100m to each side it starts again. There are plans on the way to restore the beach in the near future. Next door a new hotel is being constructed but the noise hardly disturbed us.

The property has a great location on the beach with a garden and a pool for the kids to play.. Our room also had a nice enclosed backyard. The staff was wonderful and helped with ideas for activities for the rainy days. There was plenty to do with the kids despite the bad weather (circus, pottery, indoor playgrounds, crab fishing, feeding elephants and giraffes). You can get into Hoi An town quickly and there are nice beach restaurants close by. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet,

This is a difficult review as it is obvious that the owners decorated this place with a lot of love. However, the recent Covid years have left its mark. Rooms smell a bit musty and facilities are getting rusty and need a new coat of paint. But considering that guests are just now returning I don’t want this to impact the overall rating of this review , but hope that step by step the place will be updated again. It also would have been nice to know in advance that the recent typhoon had washed away the beach access.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. The grounds were great for spending a lazy day by the pool. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was also great and loved the eggs/omlette bar in the mornings.

Some items from the room were missing like water glasses and a chair for the desk area. The restaurant and bar closed at 2:00pm, a little early. Would be nice to be able to get drinks in the late afternoon or when you come back from dinner.

Location, right next to the beach. Nice staff. Close to mini mart and a great local tailor. (Zozo) Very clean pool. Beautiful garden.

Small room for a family of 4. Not the nicest street in Hoi An. Limited option breakfast. The whole experience didn't feel like an actual resort.

Loft 4 Beachfront view, big spacious apartment. Pool great size. Surrounded by a lovely cute seaside village with restaurants and massage shops. Even a aussie pub with sports tvs and live bands. We used free bikes one morning. Bit old but working. Breakfast was plenty. Staff very accommodating. Beach short walk away. Hoi an only a $6 grab ride away.

Shower outside in balcony. Too cold and windy to use. Bath only with a handheld shower. For old knees like ours was rough but made it work.

Lovely hotel by the beach in Hoi An. We were lucky to get a corner room with a really nice sea view. The room was a bit on a smaller side, but that’s on us for having too much stuff! The bathroom was really nice and the shower was great. The hotel has a direct access to a quiet beach away from the main busy beaches and it’s taken care off my the locals so you can get a sun lounger with them for the day and it also serves food and drinks! We’ve really enjoyed staying here for few nights and would recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Hoi An away from all the bustle. Plus if you still want to visit Hoi An in the evening you can order a taxi on Grab really cheap and still go explore the old town

The staff was very friendly and the room was big enough for even a family of four with smaller kids. The hotel is right next to the beach in a quiet area with some restaurants around. The hotel has a garden which invites you to sit and relax, read, have a meal or just listen to the sound of the waves. The food we ordered for lunch or dinner was good. I really appreciated the water filling stations (if this is the right word) so bring your own bottle to help to avoid plastic rubbish.

The breakfast could have been better. We travelled in October which is shoulder season. Meaning the variety of food offered was depending on the amount of people who were staying there each day. If you walk down the road to the North you’ll find a nice little cafe at the corner where they serve very good Western breakfast for a very reasonable price.
