I liked that laid back, friendly location, everything was convenient, but.. mostly hotel staff made my holidays unforgettable and enjoyable! Especially girl at reception Dong 😍 She just went extra mile for me, helped me organising tours, getting drivers, etc., she even helped me to get to the local market to get fresh fruits and with lots of other things:) I've been in quite few places before but, guess first time when I felt so like at home:)

Lovely apartment in a great location at the southern end of An Bang beach. It actually is better than in the photos. We had a 3br 2 bathroom apartment with ocean views/glimpses which was perfect for our family. A small hotel with hardly anyone else there at the time. Lovely helpful staff, nice pool. No breakfast included but an amazing patisserie nearby. Easy grab into Hoi an, lots of cafes nearby, and across the road from the beach. Highly recommend.

One night there was music loud across the street but it all finished by 10 so not a problem- I would imagine this would be the case all up and down the beach.

It is just a few steps from the beach. The staff are also very nice and helpful. The receptionist (Anh), the housekeeping lady and the night guard are all very warm and accommodating. The property is nearby local and western restaurants too. Great location!

There was just one night that there was no internet connection and I have a meeting. However, the property manager, Ms. Dong came to the rescue even after her work hours. She was a great help

The size and the apartment itself were excellent The host was such a kind and helpful person! If you need beach view from the apartment then I would say this was best ! If you like to be more central or near town then I d say it’s not close to town.

We were on level 4 and there were no lift access so that didn’t help as I had an injury. We needed a washing machine and booked the property Basis the ad but our apartment didn’t have it. The ad and the apartment allocated also suggested beach access from ground level but it looks like they are old photos and buildings have come up now.

Our family had a fantastic stay with Beach Haven Suites- everything was PERFECT - the staff were super attentive and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in every sense. The rooms are spacious and very clean, in fact the property is particularly clean. The beds are big and comfy, we had a 2 bedroom apartment , each bedroom has a seperate bathroom, very handy. So lovely to have living area with lounge, table and kitchen , balcony was excellent with view of the beach , 4x chairs and still plenty of room for a proper drying rack . There is Aircon in each bedroom as well as the living area , ceiling fans also, they worked like a dream. So good to come home to a cool space . The internet was also amazing- the pool is small but very nice. The area is relaxed but not isolated- easy access to the beach, a selection of restaurants at the doorstep. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it you won’t regret it.

There is nothing not to like about this property…

Property was very clean and comfortable. Pool and gardens also very clean and well maintained. The Reception and Housekeeping staff at this property were actually quite special. They went over & above for our family by offering such kindness and flexibility when my husband suffered a nasty injury and ended up spending a night in hospital. Not only did they check in on us, they also sent a beautiful gift basket to the hospital for my husband and also allowed us to store our luggage after our checkout time and gave us continued access to our apartment for 3 additional hours after checkout. The night security guy also deserves a mention as he helped arrange a bicycle for our daughter to use during our stay and always had a friendly smile and greeting for us every time we exited or entered the property. I would highly recommend Beach Haven Suites, it ticks all the boxes - modern, clean and close to shops, the beach and restaurants. We will be back next year for sure!

I honestly can't think of a single thing.

The room we booked was very clean. spacious and nicely appointed with a blacony over looking the street that runs parallel to the beach. The bathroom shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfy with ample cupboard and shelf space.. The location is fantastic with cafes, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach just across the road from it. The ancient town of Hoi An is just a short cab ride away too. Ms. Dong, who runs the place was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time visiting Hoi An and my daughter and I wished we had booked to stay here longer. We highly recommed this place!!

It can get a bit noisy at night because of the bars and restaurants playing music across the street but they don't go on past midnight.

The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed, ample space, comfy beds, full kitchen, great aircon and a wonderful view of the beach! The staff also made it a very special stay.

Nothing. Everything was just as we hoped. If I had to say something it would be that on weekend there is some noise from pub across street but this is quiet by 10pm and the villa can’t control this, otherwise is very peaceful area.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were great, I left some clothes behind and they made sure I got them back, and were helpful and communicative in every other way. It was close to everything you needed. Good shower, nice big tv with Netflix logins and a cute pool just outside our door.

It started to smell a bit damp after a few days. Also, there was a noisy place opposite with backpackers (I think) but it always quietened down at a good time.

The location is good. Three options across the street to enjoy the beach on your sunbeds. Food wise, it's better to take a taxi to go to the other side and enjoy some fresh seafood. The three places in front of Haven beach are catering for westerners and are super.pricey for not much in the plate. Stay away for food.

Being asked a day before departure to pay. We refused as nowadays bank transfer payment are instantaneous. I didn't really understand the request to be honest.
