it were a in almost all ways an great little hotel, rooms were nice, nice balcony with a nice view, really nice staff in reception, everything were perfect excerpt the cleaning staff, i think they need to fire the supervisor there, cause elevator looked like shit and cleaning in the rooms were superficial ok, but all the small stuff you could not see directly, like drain in sink, fittings on shower door ecc, were really dirty, despite of that, i would stay there again, great value, great staff, great breakfast, great pool

cleaning in the corners, cleaning staff were more occopied swiping the same spot on the reception floor that any thing else

The room was very nice, as was the bathroom. The service is very nice and always available, both on WhatsApp and in person. A big plus for free beach towels - extremely helpful. There is a hairdryer, air conditioning and a fridge. Close to the beach, which is a big advantage. Next to it there is a shop, cafes, a great restaurant and the possibility of renting scooters (we took one, great fun). We will have great memories of our stay in this place, we highly recommend it. If you’re a beach person the location of this property is wonderful. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk across the road. There isn’t really a beach view (advertised) but the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular and worth the ‘beach view’. All staff were friendly and two were particularly helpful, especially the concierge who helped store our bags, check in, and set up and double check our bikes. The cleaners were friendly and accommodating. The beach location with this price point was definitely our highlight. We extended our stay and would come again.

The internal noise is not to be underestimated. It comes from the hallway and the room above and can be impactful. Raon should not charge for the bikes, they’re not well enough maintained to be charged for. We had to get running repairs on several occasions which included our pedals (which fell off) tyres re-inflated and seats repositioned (while out riding) this relied on helpful strangers with tools.

The location is great ,right by the beach , peaceful , lots of resturants to choose from. Just a short cyclye away from the Ancient town. The staff were amazing ,Adam was so helpful and kind. I was invited to Lunar New Year party bu the hotel, great evening with the local people and other guests. The rooms were clean and spacious, pop was lovely and beach towels were available.

The breakfast options were limited ,they could have more variety.

The location is excellent and their beach bar and loungers on the beach are fabulous. Linh and all the other staff are extremely helpful.

No bicycles to rent or borrow even though almost every other hotel in the area has them.

Very close to the beach, great hospitality and Adam at the front desk was so very helpful. We were able to arrange early check-in and check out due to our overnight bus. The pool was refreshing, and breakfast was good value for money.

A little further away from the centre and hustle and bustle, but we preferred that. A 15 minute bike ride takes you where you need to be.

For a budget accommodation Raon Front Beach hotel was awesome. Great size twin room and the hotel is only a few mins walk to the beach. The old quarter is easily reached in a Grab taxi. Adam on reception was amazing. He was so helpfull and gave lots of good advice as well as organising our scooter hire. We cant thank you enough cheers

The staff are incredibly helpful, particularly Adam. He made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very nice for the price you pay, excellent value for money.

Some mould in one of the rooms we originally checked into, however we were able to change to a different room where this wasn’t an issue.

Adam was the perfect host, a credit to the hotel. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was a little too firm and the balcony was very small. Also the breakfast had very little choice but even so, overall very good value for money.

The stuff, especially Adam was great. He gave good advices had answers to all our questions:) Renting a bike in the hotel to drive in the beach area was good fun & easy. Breakfast was cheap The pool outside the main entrance was perfect for our kids.the beach is so close by with plenty of restaurants.
