One of my main reasons for selecting MJ grand Hotel as my stay was because of maximum security as mentioned here on the website, as i was a solo traveler, and it matches the description 100%. The rooms are tidy. staff are welcoming and friendly. Any issue i had was dealt with promptly. Shout out to the Reception team: Esther, Denis, Happy, Anabel and Richard..the driver Bruce..the concierge guys, Prince and Sampson..the kitchen staff johnathan, Daniel and Sandra..The cleaning staff Peter, Progress and Patience..Thank you for making my stay excellent..Hope to see you guys in April. The food was AMAZING by the way..Big up to the Chef.😘

MJ Hotel offers full amenities including an airport shuttle, restaurant, and breakfast included in stay. The breakfast was quite tasty and included local a well as continental dishes. My family and I were quite pleased. The staff was courteous, professional, and accommodating.

We were in an apartment room. Although it was spacious, it needed some polishing to charge nearly $$ for the room. We paid for space and location but not upscale interior room decor. We had everything we needed and thus we hate to quibble on this point.

Breakfast was delicious with good variety. The staff were courteous and attended to every need. Love the proximity to the airport and the availability of the airport shuttle for arrival and departure pick up.

My only complaint is that there is no elevator available for use. However, they are adding a new building that will include one.

I accidently reserved two nights and later wanted to change to one night with extension because i checked in on saturday evening and my flight iwas sunday night. The hotel failed to refund . Besides they did not have a change for my original credit balance.

It was a lovely hotel with nice staffs. Airport pick up was really helpful because it helped make the settling in process much nicer. Breakfast selection was lovely and Wifi was good.

I was charged an additional fee before I was allowed to check-in. I was informed that this was standard but hadn't been informed before.

Breakfast a good start to a busy day. It was substantial. There was a good variety of options. The location is good. Close to transportation and shopping

The facilities are old in need of repair. A microwave should be provided. No iron available for light touch up of clothes. Lacks an belevator so accessibility is a concern

How they mixed up their invoices. I was invoiced for a bottle of water that I didnt take. It was embarrassing. Though I was forced to pay 20 cedis. This kind of thing is not suppose to happen in a serious place.

Breakfast was great with a variety to choose from and the location was perfect as it was in a serene environment - a highly regarded suburb in Accra. The room was excellent in terms of size and the hotel had a great welcoming fragrance.

Nothing in particular except that some of the bathroom tiles had discolouration and this is from natural processes rather than from the hotel or staff members.

The property was very clean in all areas inside and outside. The rooms are very big and spacious. The bathroom had modern facilities the beds were very comfortable! There was even a fridge in the bedroom to help cool our water.

I loved everything about this amazing hotel. The room was very clean. They had everything I wanted and needed. The food in the restaurant was amazing. I loved that they were open 24 hours. The entire place was beautiful, and I'll definitely stay here whenever I visit Ghana in the future.
