Very safe location, safe parking, run by a lovely Breton team who made us feel so welcome. The hotel was immaculately clean, and is ACEING the budget hotel niche. The rooms are not luxuriously ‘new’ but they deliver a fantastic price and safety in the Anjou area. I would highly recommend this hotel to single voyagers for whom safety is important. My son and I loved our stay and hope to be back later this year. Even the location is excellent, because the local ‘Ange boulangerie’ do some of the best pizzas we’ve ever had.

It is the perfect pied-à-terre at the perfect price! Honestly: there is nothing to not like about the property.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and very suitable for a low cost overnight stay for an overnight stay which suited us as we were breaking a journey and basically just needed a bed for the night. Breakfast was adequate but lacked some of the variety available at more expensive places.

The premises are tired and could do with a refit, but not sure the overall structure merits the expense. That said, it does not set out to be a 5 star hotel and still offers excellent value for money. No lift if you are in an upstairs room.

The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are large and well maintained. Many linens were provided and they were clean. There are two single beds and one twin bed. We could buy breakfast for 7 euros from 6.45 AM. I asked for cold water they collected from a machine and gave. Coffee is 1.5 euros. I wanted to check out at 2.30 PM instead of 11.30 AM. They allowed us with just 15 euros. You can talk to the staff in English. One of them is fluent and the others can understand.

1. I wish that there was a kettle to heat water and brew tea in the room. 2. The closest restaurant is about a km away, which is also not a good restaurant. 3. The BUS stop for bus no 2 is walkable. You can even drag a luggage from the station to the hotel except a 50 metre patch near B&B hotel.

Clean, cozy, super, super safe, delightfully quiet setting, charming owners, free WiFi, free parking, excellent all round service from the cleaners to the front desk.

Everything was tip top! Perfect budget hotel to explore the area!

the room was very good for the price of 46 EUROS and a nice little breakfast for 6 Euros staff very nice but not much english spoken but we managed with translator on my phone and great WI FI great location for Angers and L'ATOLL ( if you go to L'atoll and its hot use underground car park )

room was quite hot as no air conditioning . having to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage

It was practical and provided all advertised features. The staff were helpful and friendly

The location leaves something to be desired but that cannot be helped. I could oonly find one power socket.

It is easy to access. You are given your key then left to come and go. The room was much nicer, comfortable and quiet, than I expected given price and average review.

I think a later check in would be useful.

I had a really good sleep at that hotel

Very easy check-in, slick automated system. Location with Super-U fuel and a couple of diners - worked well for me.
