Good modern hotel. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room, which was very nice! Spacious, comfortable bed, everything you need in the room, shower and toilet are separated which is convenient when not traveling alone. Friendly staff. The location is very convenient especially if you’re traveling between cities, cause it’s literally 50 meters away from the train station!

The breakfast was ok, very standard, but I expected a bit more from Novotel (the pastry was not very fresh and the hot dishes are limited, and in general not a huge choice of options)

The hotel was in a great location and the area very quiet despite being close to the train station. It was very close to where we were picking up our hire car which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were all amazing and friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. Our check-in was easy and parking availability was close, which is not always easy in some hotels.

there was no obvious place to pull the car up to unload our bags. I am traveling with my elderly mother, and it would be better to drop off passengers and bags before going to park the car.

This is not a flash hotel but it does everything extremely well for a very decent price. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, everything just works. It runs on a fairly minimal number of staff which means it must be quite hard work. However they deserve lots of kudos because, despite that, they still find time to be pleasant, charming, helpful and efficient. Good on you if you read this. :-)

You can’t beat the convenience or value. It’s alongside the train station. Walk out the front door, walk strait ahead for 10 minutes and you’re at the castle with the Apocalypse Tapestries (a must-see!). The (heart of the) town is about a 10-minute walk as well. Breakfast is excellent. The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet.

This is possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its location is superb and the extremely clean. We had a large oversized car and the staff allowed us to park right outside the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and welcoming if they had tried. We had a wonderful family room with amazing views out .. and our room was spotless and super clean.

Lovely hotel about 5minute walk to the centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and spoke good English. They even made us complimentary coffees as we were checking out. Right next door to a car park. Cannot recommend enough if you stay in Angers.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, location was perfect for exploring the city, the room was clean and had an incredible view. Breakfast one of the best we have experienced in France.

Clean, quite spacious room, like the Rituals toiletries(though the dispensers didn't work very well). good shower! Central and right next to the train station. Overall really happy with the hotel aside from being charged 8 euros for water.

We got charged 8 euros for water. They should really replenish the water everyday. When we asked for some water from reception, she gave us 2 bottles without telling us they'll charge us 8 euros.

We had an extremely comfortable room with a good bed. The breakfast was good and varied. If you arrive late and do not want to look for a restaurant there is a good range of microwaved meals they can offer you. The hotel is very convenient for the railway station and for the car hire companies.
