Château De Noirieux is a truly refined and elegant hotel. The surroundings are absolutely stunning — breathtaking views from the terrace, a peaceful atmosphere, and beautifully maintained grounds. The pool area was quiet and perfect for relaxation. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with a Michelin-starred chef delivering a memorable dining experience.

A few downsides: the room was quite small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. Also, the hallway light stayed very bright throughout the night and shone into the room through the door, making it hard to achieve proper darkness. Installing motion sensors or dimmer lighting could greatly improve this.

Incredibly beautiful castle, church, territory. View of the lake, goats, donkeys, sheep...a fairy tale! Fresh rooms, very clean, comfortable big bed. Delicious exquisite food at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.

I would like more involvement from the staff, otherwise there was a feeling of being completely left to our own devices, not in the best sense. If we came and looked for the staff, they were nice and tried to help, but you really had to look and ask. It is also strange that there is no connection with the staff from the rooms, and in order to report or find out something you have to go to another reception building in the cold.

We had a great time in this chateau with our dog. The place is just amazing: very quiet area, the room was super comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful (helped us carry our luggage upstairs and find two glasses of wine at midnight 😂). The place is also very dog-friendly (dogs are allowed in the restaurant and a welcome kit for the dog was left in the room). Thank you so much! We'll definetly come back!

One of the best hotel stays so far. A very comfortable bed, room with everything we needed, beautiful decoration, amazing staff especially in the reception.

I understand that evenings are busy times for the restaurant staff but we waited for about 30 min for someone to serve us a drink in the garden.

We have been twice before.wonderful setting. Charming staff. Food was excellent despite only having the standard menu as the gourmet menu's were not available on the two days we were resident. It had two tesla charging points.

Leaving. Also we have come all three timed while visiting opera de bauge in Bauge which is further than we like to drive back from late at night.

We had a great dinner. Best truffle risotto - amazing

Breakfast was a very limited and expensive at 25 Euro you got coffee and pastry, extra 10 Euro would get you eggs. Not a pleasant way to start the morning.

Perfectly situated

They have only told us at the arrival day, that our 3 months in advance booked room was not available. The compensation room was unfortunately not equivalent. Bitter taste in a otherwise pleasant hotel

Loved the location and views. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be really good when completed.

Breakfast on the first morning was good but poor on the second morning. Internet was poor.
