We booked one of the special disabled rooms, no 103, the room was very spacious, plenty of room to have both wheelchair and mobility scooter in the room. The bathroom was excellent- the best we have had for people of reduced mobility- a proper large seat in the wet room style shower, the seat had handles which is a really good feature. The basin was high level so that a wheelchair can go underneath. There were plenty of hooks on the wall and the back of the door for towels and dressing gowns etc. there was a night table each side of the bed with a light, the bed was very wide and sooo comfortable! We had a large window which opened easily and there were trees nearby with lots of birds singing. The window had a bespoke black out blind slotted in so it fits very closely and made the room completely dark for a good sleep- so much better than most hotels! The room was right next to the lift so very handy. Breakfast was a reasonable price at 8.50€ and everything had you need, we find often the breakfast buffets cost 16€ or so and have more choice than we need and so is expensive, the Ace Hotel breakfast was well laid out, coffee and juice was good quality, plenty of fresh baguettes, nice jams, croissants, pain au chocolates, cereals, fruit, cheese, ham etc. All the people on reception were very friendly and attentive.

The only issue we had was on arrival we were allocated a room which wasn’t the special disability specification room that we had booked - and had the facilities confirmed on several emails ( seat in shower, wall handles by toilet etc,) However, the chap on reception was very quick to rearrange the occupants of a disabled room to swap with ours, so no harm done.

Convenient, clean, comfy, we arrived very late in the night from Le Puy du fou. There is somebody at reception 24/24 and as we needed more pillows they obliged. We did not take the breakfast but it was a nice spread with scrambled eggs and a nice sweet savoury mix.

It was just fine for us as a stopover on the way back home

Very convenient location adjacent to motorway, but quiet room. Good value restaurant next door. Good parking.

This chain seem to block VPNs on their wifi. You can get round it, but it seems an unnecessary thing to do. I don’t have this problem anywhere else.

The room was good value for money. Basic accommodation for one nights journey. We had a good night sleep in the room and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

I liked the room and would stay again, however it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or facilities where you can get hot/cold water as this was not available in the room.

The room was clean and well looked after. It was amazingly quite. The staff were very helpful, polite and there was always someone on the reception.

It would have been nice if some of the TV channels were in English and the mattress a little more firmer.

Our visit was a for a one night stop en route to our intended destination. It was especially quiet and comfortable. The included wi-fi was very good. The optional breakfast buffet style was also excellent

Good location near to Highway but no noice ! Easy acces and parking. The room was not big, but just as needed for a short stay. Very clean and a correct breakfast, all we needed.

We were looking for a basic, clean and comfortable place to sleep for our family of 6. This was great. It is very basic but the bed was very comfortable and the reception when we arrived was great.

A late arrival after a long journey and greeted by a friendly member of staff. Room was comfortable and clean, suited us perfectly for an overnight stay to then get up early and continue our journey.

Lovely staff. Only came here because we broke down and had to wait the next day for a repair but staff couldn't have been nicer. Not the sort of place i'd go normally but very pleased. Thank you for making a difficult day easier.
