Room was very clean and welcoming - so much so, we spent much more time in it than expected! The small kitchenette unit (hob, fridge, sink, microwave) was perfect, as we were able to be self-sufficient on the food front. There's a supermarket (Super-U) very close by. The centre of Angers was a short walk away, and we were able to find on-street parking (paid and, just around the corner, free),

The TV was a little small to be viewed from the bed, but that was a minor point. The paintwork is looking a bit tired, but not ugly. This is feedback rather than a criticism!

The apartment was clean and modern and well appointed. It was on the ground floor with separate shower room and dining kitchen. It was really well placed for our stay as we had come to a medieval festival and we were immersed in it! Although the time was very hot there were adequate wooden shutters, double-glazed windows and fans to keep us cool. It was the time of the Olympic Games in Paris and the colour t.v. had good reception and image quality.

We only had one "easy chair" and it would have been better to have had two. The building is entered up stone steps and coming from sloping cobbled streets. Not suitable access for some people. We knew the building so we were happy to negotiate the entry.

The apartment was very good. Kitchen, bed, bathroom, everything was fine. Perfect location to go to the Ice Rink. From the train station, you can take the bus or the tramway to go there. The lift.

The reception is not 24/7. It is only 7am to 9pm. The breakfast starts at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. I had to leave early most of the days so I could not take it. It is organic so it's expensive. I had an issue but the lady at the reception was helpful and it is now resolved.

Great modern and clean accommodation in a nice building. The reception person was great and also able to direct us to where we wanted to go. Nice to find cold water waiting for us in the fridge in the 34 degrees heat that we arrived. I parked my motorbike on the side pavement outside and it was fine. The apartment is a short walk into the centre of town for bars and restaurants.

Maybe good to have aircon. The fan was good though.

We stay here a lot as there are always events to go to and this hotel is perfectly placed in the city centre. It is quiet and very cheap parking street-side. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean.

The weather had been hot and sticky and our room was stuffy and hot. There was a free-standing fan but we badly needed air-conditioning. The price did reflect the fact that there was no air-con. We never have breakfast as it is 16€ and definitely over priced. We do take our own food as we have a kitchenette with a fridge.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with good facilities, in a very quiet location. After a long day travelling we appreciated being able to prepare a simple supper in the room rather than having to find somewhere to eat. It was good to have somewhere secure to store our bijes overnight.

We took our recyclables to the designated area but it was unclear which if any of the many bins were meant for recycling. This needs to be rectified!

Safe luggage storage for early arrivals. Modern spacious apartments, large bed with good quality white bedding. Shower room spacious and spotless. Kitchen well supplied with everything necessary.

Plastic cover on mattress. Outside front entrance was just a sea of old cigarette stubs. They smelt and gave the wrong impression to the hotel. They seemed to have been there for years and were all over the tarmac and pavement. Not totally the responsibility of the hotel but they should action the clearance and Provide ashtray area well away from entrance.

99% of it!

1% was not good- we use this hotel regularly but this time they had started putting man-made poly covers on all bedding. In July it meant we had a VERY uncomfortable night. In the morning our nightwear was wet through. PLEASE stop doing this or we can’t use your hotel again!

Really nice place to stay, room had a small kitchenette (containing plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs, cups etc) and the lift was in good working order. Even though it is quite a central location it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was continental but very nice. Small supermarket a stones throw away. Very close to ice rink and town was a 5 - 10 minute walk, the chateau was on the other side of the town centre (15 minute walk) and is a must to see the tapestry and history of Angers. Everyone was really friendly.

We stay regularly as it is convenient for city activities, clean, well appointed, reasonably priced and available from 14h45. Carpark has lift to all floors.

Kitchen fitment has no surfaces other than sink and elec hob. Wall heater did not work.
