Communication challenges with staff due to language barrier, took some time to sort check-in due to booking pre-payment. While car park is free for guests, it seems like it might be limited.

The staff were great - sorted us a couple of cups of coffee when the vending machine wouldn't accept my credit card! The room was much pleasanter than the similar room we stayed in the Ibis budget chain.

The fire alarm going off when we were in bed as another guest decided to smoke in their room!

Overall very well priced. Included huge breakfast, great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pin code entry is so much better than managing a key.

Quite clean and comfortable given the price

Staff could have been a little bit more friendly. It was not bad, but not as welcoming and smiling as other employees working in Angers (restaurants, shops, medical institutions, etc)

Clean to the max, relaxant, no disturbance, very nice team, they are kind and very efficient everyone loves his work, u can find everything you want, macdo need 5 min walking, and 5 min walking to the bus station, u need 17 minutes to the center using the bus an 9 minutes in car. Thomas is the director, he helped us the max, he was so nice with us no words can describes how good he is. If you want a relaxing, good, clean, not expensive, efficient, good stuff, service and an hotel that cares about their clients opinion, u have to visit this hotel!! 😀 I give them 10/10 Thank you for everything ❤ !!
