Such a hidden gem.! A fantastic location with an almost village-like atmosphere. With its pretty private and enclosed garden, this is a perfect place to relax in the evening sunshine after visiting nearby restaurants and cafes. The facilities and amenities are excellent, with a fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable furniture. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend the property, and would stay again if I’m visiting Angers.

The only challenge was the space around the WC in the en-suite, which was a little bit tight to maneuver in.

I rented one of the studio apartments for two weeks while taking classes at UCO. I liked the location, near enough to UCO to walk to classes each day, plus the neighborhood has some great shops, especially the bakeries. My studio had a kitchenette, so I didn't get to taste Sophie's much touted breakfast, but I was glad I had the option to make my own coffee and grab various creations from the local Boulangerie. It's a family run operation, and I found the owners to be friendly and extremely helpful with regard to transportation and various traveler needs. Knowing the owners were there to help and provide helpful and welcoming greetings made it feel like a home away from home.

As others had warned, the stairs to the studio are a bit steep, but I got used to them right away and enjoyed having my own, huge room.

Highly recommended! Beautiful location. The owners are excellent hosts and make you feel very welcome and at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable (I have used both studio 1 and 2). I have already booked my next stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

Location is good, quiet area, easy to find get in and out, nice garden and free coffee!

It would have been better having extra pillows or cushions. Lucky that I always travel with my own pilow. Also the toilet is not suitable for tall people, my husband is 2m tall and he had to seat to use the toilet.

Quiet location, but close to a supermarket, food stores, cafes and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with home made jams and yoghurt. Accommodation very clean - comfortable bed, had a good night’s sleep! Made to feel very welcome.

Not enough ventilation on a hot day. It gets very warm, even with the roof window open (short people might struggle to reach). The small electric fan is not adequate- a proper standing fan would do a better job.
