Staff, food, ambience were all excellent. The hotel was comfortable, warm and welcoming. The location although outside of Saundersfoot was I thought perfect for a peaceful get away. The grounds were well laid out and attractive to sit in and enjoy a relaxing drink. The food in the restaurant was varied and well presented with an exciting menu to choose from. Staff could not do enough for you and were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.

On the downside we felt our room was tucked away on the ground floor next to the kitchen and dining room with no aspect from the window. However the room was clean and comfortable.

The friendly welcome from the girls in reception, nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in one of the themed Rooms. The Japanese room was so pretty and authentic, so comfortable.Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options for cooked breakfast. Again the staff serving breakfast were extremely friendly and attentive. Whilst you are staying you have to experience the attached 5* Lokkys restaurant for dinner but be sure to book in advance. Very popular and no wonder as the food is out of this world. Authentic, delicious and again served by exceptional staff. We will definitely be returning for another short break. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

This is by no means the hotel's fault but we found we were woken quite early each morning by builders working on a new house across the car park. This is only a short term problem, but if you are a light sleeper then request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

The Imperial Dragon is a lovely hotel with a large free car park and a fantastic Pan Asian restaurant attached to hotel. In the evenings in the restaurant on our particular Saturday night there was live music that was very good and not at all loud or obtrusive, it made the the excellent meal we were eating even more appealing. The breakfast is served in the same restaurant and is the best that I’ve had in a hotel for a very long time. We thought it was an excellent breakfast menu, that was very generous and with lots of great choices to get your day started. The staff were all amazing, friendly and so very helpful, from the reception to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff, they were all an enormous credit to the hotel. I will definitely be back there when I am in the area again.

Nothing springs to mind, apart from, if I’m being picky, our room was quite warm at night. We just opened the window on our top floor room and that worked ok.

The hotel was amazing, Room was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The whole hotel Philippine theme flowed through the entire building out to a beautiful oriental inspired garden. The staff were extremely helpful as I was staying with my mum, who is 85 with mobility issues. Our room was one of the luxury Thailand rooms on the ground floor Food was fantastic, and even though it was a dog friendly hotel it did not put us off in the slightest. Restaurant and bar area were beautifully decorated as were every corridor. 10 out 10 for this hotel from us. Excellent location for exploring Pembrokeshire as situated between Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Very comfortable room and nic ambuance of bar and restaurant

We had ooked a table at the restaurant for 8:30. (As usual) My partner wasn't ready for then. So I sat at table at 8:30 myself. O felt I was rushed and within 10 minutes I was told kitchen would be closing, I had to phone up my partner at the room upstsirs and read menu out. I was also told we could only gat a starter or a main meal as the chef wouldnt have time to make both. Bit disappointing as many times we take over 10 minuted reading a menu before deciding what to select. Apart from that meals were good.

All the staff were so helpful polite and couldn't do enough to help you. our room was a dog friendly family room and by far it was the best hotel and room we have stayed in. The breakfast was incredible such a selection and all cooked fresh when you order it This hotel was the best dog friendly hotel we have stayed in. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay so wonderful I wish more hotels were as good as yours thank you the walters-flower family 😊🚗

when we had to go home from our stay but we will be coming back in October

We stayed in the queen room, Thailand. The room was decorated absolutely beautifully and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, showing us around the hotel upon arrival. The restaurant on site was also incredible, the food and service was superb!

The sounds from the corridor were quite loud (talking, doors slamming etc.). Unfortunately the fire alarm was also set off during the night, but thankfully it was a false alarm. The bathroom was a little lackluster compared to the room decor, but that was a very minor thing!

The breakfast was excellent, we both had the Dragon Feast breakfast the first morning, it was cooked to order, very well presented and delicious, the service was excellent, all of staff were super friendly, the evening meal was superb, with a good selection of food on the menu, and good wines, spirits and beers, and not overly expensive. Special mention to the restaurant manager RJ, he was so welcoming, also to Sue the manager on duty when we arrived, super friendly and informative, showed us to our room, which was amazing, the China room was fabulous.

The bar closed early, but we could order drinks and drink them in the residents lounge, so not a negative.

Staff were wonderful! We hadn’t planned to eat at the restaurant but after seeing the menu, just had to try. They managed to fit us in despite requiring booking ahead. Beautiful food, breakfast was plentiful with continental & hot food to order. Properly made latte in a mug. Room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Comfy beds, we slept lovely. Great for families, especially with the lounge areas and an outdoor areas. No where was busy.

Restaurant staff didn’t seem as friendly as hotel staff.

Firstly, I would like to comment on the welcome and friendliness of the staff, which also incudes those in the attached Lokkys restaurant. The hotel is ideally located for attractions and towns eg around 5 mins from Tenby, Saundersfoot and Folly Farm to name a few. Our room was more spacious than the usual twin bed I have experienced, with ample tea making supplies, comfortable beds and totally quiet at night. We dined in their restaurant and found the food excellent and the staff very accommodating, in particular to our grandchildren. There is a wide variety of choice for breakfast, but their freshly cooked full English went down a treat.
