I had a perfect stay at Alios Gaia in Nikiti! The apartment had everything I could possibly need – a fully equipped little kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stovetop, fridge, and all kinds of kitchenware, all in great condition. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was cleaned daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to the host, Maria – she was incredibly kind and generous. If I visit Nikiti again, I’ll definitely be booking this apartment again. Highly recommended!

Clean, modern, well located. Perfect as a lock up and go type small family unit. Nice grounds, quiet street. The owner is fantastic, really friendly, attentive and generous.

We will certainly be going back and if I had to offer some constructive feedback, it would be the following. The apartments could do with privacy screens between the unit balconies and some form of outside smoking policy as this can be a nuisance if there are many smokers outside as the smoke tends to drift into the units.

It was an amazing vacation in Halkidiki. The apartment is so nice, modern and clean, location is good, close to beach and center, but in the quiet area. The owner Maria is a very friendly and nice person, she helped us and brought pomegranates from your garden ☺️

The apartment was fantastic, modern, very clean, great value and positioned perfectly for a two minute walk to the beach. The owner was fantastic helpful and went the extra mile to accomodate parking of two motorcycles for a week whilst we enjoyed our holiday. Me and my wife had a perfect week there, I wouldn't have changed a thing. Plenty to do in Nikiti, although we spent most of our time doing absolutely nothing on the beach and in the clear sea water. Highly recommended

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was modern, very clean and spacious. Location was very peaceful and quiet yet central and the staff was very kind and helpful, both Katerina and Maria were always there for our needs and made us feel like home. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. the property is very close to the beach, extremely clean and the garden is a plus because the kids can play. They were changing towels and sheets every two day, we’re leaving coffee capsules everyday. The owner, Maria, a wonderful woman, took us even to the medical center because our son got stung by an insect, with her car. We will definitely come back again.

The cooker stove was a bit slow, but nothing else.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts are very kind. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is at a super high level. It was quiet and peaceful. The children played safely in the yard. The place is quiet and peaceful and at the same time close to the sea, just a 3-5 minute walk. Special greetings to P***o from D**y and A***x

Excellent location, the building is brand new, the room is very stylish, quiet area, very close to the center of Nikiti. We stayed in a duplex, upstairs is a bed (not king size), suitable for 2 people, downstairs is a sofa (not extendable) suitable for 1 person, the kitchette is small but very well equipped. Miss Maria is very nice and always there to help :)

The bed from the upper bedroom is smaller than the usual beds, suitable for only 2 people, the bathroom is small but this was not a big issue. In the upper bedroom is very hot and during the day the air conditioner must be on in order to maintain a good temperature

We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment. We took the room the ground level which was perfect as our 3-years old son could freely play at the garden (from the terrace you can walk directly to the garden). The garden has a fake grass but it looks good and it was perfect for the kid since it was very clean and soft. The apartment is new and spacious and has a great style. It contains one double bed and one more bed for one persoa n, and we were also provided with baby crib for free. It is very close to the beach (2-3 minutes) as well as restaurants and shops (10 minutes). We parked the car at the free space in front of the apartment for free, it is not the official parking but is serving as one. The host was really great as well as her mom living in the house next to the apartment, they responded in a minute to any questions via booking and provided us with all the info and amenities we were looking for on the site. Will definitly stay here again. :) PS. Don't forget to spend one evening valking to the Old Nikiti Village! :)

The host is a very nice lady, she helped us with every question which we had. The apartment in which we stayed was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed during our stay. The yard is big and comfortable, especially if you're visiting with a kid and he/she needs a place for play.
