Hose and the rest of the staff was fantastic! They really made us feel at home. The location was great. Easy access by car, ample parking and walking distance from city center

The room did not have airconditioner which we missed in with the humid and hot wewther. Was also dissapointed to find out the rate we paid was more that double normally paid for the same period.

The staff were great especially Yaiza. The room was clean and comfortable. The brown toast with breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was good. The garage was just over the road.

I was in a 3rd floor room and I found the street to be quite noisy. I woke up at 5.30h and there seemed to be a constant parade of lorries emptying rubbish containers. The breakfast was nice but the bar itself was surprisingly cold for a hotel bar but that's because the door to the street was constanly opening and closing.

For a 1 star hotel, this was a great experience and value for money. Comfy bed, clean facilities, lovely staff! It was a single room, and somehow I was expecting a single bed, but I actually had a standard double.

The rooms don't have AC, but they left me a fan. Pontevedra's nights are cool enough not to need an AC, to be fair...

Great little hotel with excellent staff and nice location for us racing in the World Triathlon Championships.

Cozy little hotel with nice and welcoming staff. Not fancy but very clean and affordable. We were very pleased overall. 20 minutes walk to the train station and close to the historic city center as well.

I liked the staff, specially Jose , who was very amicable and helpful. He is a wonderful host for us pilgrims! I also liked the staff of the cafeteria, very friendly!

I really enjoyed my stay in Pontevedra. The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located and staff was always friendly and helpful.

Very warm welcome on arrival. Good brief overview of city with map. Lift. Fan in room (needed). Near a laundrette (essential for Camino pilgrims).

Nothing - this is a perfect comfort fix if you’re on the Camino.
