Best part: half board on a new level. Usually half board breakfast and dinner served in a buffet, however, here breakfast was half buffet half al a cart, which is not that unique however dinner was completely al a cart, which gave a real 5* experience. Our room was clean, the cleaning personnel were friendlier than the front desk.

Biggest surprise, that they charge for the spa extra, which is nothing unique and it is usually included in the price, especially in a 5* hotel prices. Cleaning of the terrace floor wasn’t part of the duty, which it would have been needed, especially on a rainy days Our last day was a bit sunny, but at the pool wasn’t offered any towel. It was practically closed around the pool. Somehow I expect that the guest decides if the weather good for the swim or sleep at the pool, but not giving the option was a bit strange.

Bioaquam for lunch and drinks by the pool; Bollicine bar for evening drinks; the beaches; very friendly and attentive staff.

Breakfast and dinner restaurants were a little bland; air-conditioning didn’t seem to work in our room, with the room being a few degrees warmer than we wanted, they told us this is how AC works in Italian hotels, but I’d expect better from an upscale hotel.

The fact that almost every night mid dinner at nine pm, the entertainment for children was started. I have absolutely no problem with the principle but feel it is so poorly placed and basically ruins potentially romantic dinners. Also our room was not at all sound proof and we were disturbed as late as one in the morning by high heels and scraping of chairs above us

Staff, all of them are wonderful. We mention Marco, Marco number 2, and Martina at the reception because they took care of us, but everyone was kind! We had a free room upgrade: a very nice touch as gift for my husband anniversary, as well a nice Franciacorta in the room the last day! Amazing SPA run by Giulia, the wellness centre, highly recommended the massages of Manuela! Terrazza restaurant with top professional Roberto leading a very attentive staff.

Tea bags and coffee quality at breakfast, while they were very good in the room. It's a real pity, because these details could make the difference.

Everything. Stylish and sophisticated. Was an oasis of calm, great facilities and location with service second to none. Staff were amazing, everyone without exception was so welcoming, kind and attentive. The food was fantastic. From the rich breakfast buffet with the best omelettes you’ll taste to creative dinner dishes from a clearly very talented local chef. Their take on lemon meringue was just one of the many dishes to die for. The private beaches were also idyllic, with a very convenient shuttle service always available from the hotel in case you don’t want the short walk.

Outstanding service with a smile and a picturesque location. Delicious food in La Terrazza restaurant, and attention to detail especially when preparing a birthday surprise. Special appreciation goes to Mini Club animators (Mattias and wonderful ladies), as well as the portiers, reception, restaurant and Bioquam and the beach staff. You all made our stay unforgettable.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the Conrad Chia resort.

Kids club stuff were excellent. All people who works there was friendly and excellent service. I would like to come back again and highly recommend for family

Breakfast was ok but the absolute same every day - we felt it didn't taste like amazing local fresh produce. We were there 10 days and it got very boring towards the end. Breakfast was until 1030 and we arrived around 0950 every day and we had to wait for a table which was a little annoying.

Comfortable room and clean Very good menu with half pension Beach side with white sand was fabulous. The staff at the beach was also very nice and friendly.

The restaurant at the beach side was terrible. Very disorganized eventhough lots of staff and food just like a canteen. It’s too big and noisy. It’s a pitty. You better order your food directly at the bar of the beach and the service was quick and better served even though they used same restaurant.
