Amazing service and view.. Wonderful staff. Nice breakfast. Morning hike and evening bonfire were great activities. The hotel is quite away up a long hill so you would need a taxi into town. Great indoor pool and sauna. Perfect for a romantic and / or relaxing getaway.

Everything was excellent. Wifi access was spotty in some places, but staff were working on that. Wifi 9nnthe room was good. A small refrigerator and safe would be the only things missing, although we found we did not need them.

The food was extraordinary! They have some unique dishes made from local products that you won't find anywhere else. The staff is kind and very helpful. The room has a wonderful view of the lake and the town, specially at night.

The road to access to the hotel was a little tricky for my motorcycle, but if you go there by car, there should not be a problem.

Amazing place... it was a very good surprise to find something like this, far from noise and contamination, and at the same time close to the city. The comfort and cleanness of the overall installations is well noted. The shower very modern and spacious for a relaxing time... Finally, the Staff is extremely respectful and polite... exceptional personnel!

We enjoyed especially the food. It was really delicious. We stayed there for lunch and breakfasts. Both were amazing. The view is wonderful and staff is very dedicated to guests with good mood.

We requested with many hours in advance for massage and we were told even though it was many hours before that the the therapist was not available. Very disappointing because it is one of the amenities in its advertising

The road getting up to the hotel is already a bit precarious, with the extra roadwork we had to drive the long way around to the hotel. At times I thought our 2-wheel drive vehicle would not make it. They are fixing the road though, so the future hints at improvement.

There was a lot of noise in the nearest room during the whole night of my stay. Breakfast was not what I expected.

Location is good because it is moderately distant from the lake, so the environment is calm with a wonderful landscape to take pictures. The room was warm.

Better explanation about how to reach the establishment should be provided. Its a bit difficult to find it with Google Maps because some streets do not appear.

Location is hard to reach beacause of the road, but is well market in maps (waze google). Good breakfast it should last a little bit longer than 08:00 to 09:30.
