Comfortable bad, adequate size of the room and bathroom (walk-in shower is fantastic) 👌. It is very clean, the room is cleaned on demand by hanging the sign on the outer doorknob; the towels are changed once in two days. Breakfast (buffette) is very good (always fresh fruits and local extra virgin olive oil which is fantastic). The central position of the hotel is another plus - close to the centro historico, to all cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, bus station...

It was central, modern and provided a good stop-over for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast ( included) was very good and plentiful. AC was a life-saver in temps of high 30ies.

The publicity mentions parking, but that is not part of the hotel, rather, public parking available in town centre ( others found free parking around the corner) We were offered a space outside the hotel for €10 which we took advantage of, but had to vacate it by 9am.

Great Central location. Staff were helpful and friendly Modern decor. A good breakfast though perhaps a bit pricey. It was good to see they had a range of local olive oils to try at breakfast.

The room itself was very small and cramped. I had requested two single beds but there were no twin rooms available. The shower room was very good almost as large as the bedroom area. It was too hot in the room and the air conditioning didn't work so had to request help from the reception. They altered something which helped a little.

No hotel parking, public parking in close walking distance but overloaded due to holidays, long waiting for access, no overnight shopping possible, all convenient shops close before 10pm, to be considered for late arrivals, Sewage smell from bathroom, after flushing the drains it got better

Location was very central and close to the car park (would have preferred direct hotel parking). We could walk everywhere. We liked our room- in fact we had a small 2nd room unexpectedly, and with a balcony. The breakfast was also very good (unexpected) and service pleasant- a nice Ukrainian lady.

The rooms are modern and well appointed if a little on the small side if travelling as a couple. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller.

The parking garage was awkward to get to and there was no direct access from it to the hotel. This would be problematic for someone with mobility issues.

Good location close to central Jaen, bars, supermarket etc. Bicycle friendly. Standard modern hotel room, nice and clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Friendly receptionist. Lift. Was offered breakfast but didn’t partake. Overall a nice place to stay for a night.

Great location, nice clean hotel, perfect for our stop over in Jaen. Breakfast is a good selection of meats, cheese, bread, yogurt & fruit Coffee was very good as were the juices. Easy check in and we parked directly outside hotel as wasn’t too busy.

As the temperature was 40 degrees, it was great to have a cool bedroom day and night.

Parking , not available so had to walk to public parking 34 euros for 2 days. Would not have booked as criteria was parking, which they had but couldnt guarantee.

Nice clean room, helpful staff. Free parking on the street round.the corner from the hotel. The hotel is probably the best thing about the place, the city was a real disappointment.
