Overall, we were VERY pleased. Location was excellent for us. Being moderately handicapped, the facility basically met those needs. Although we would have enjoyed a bit more variety with breakfast, it was still excellent, and the waffles were perfect!!! Staff was always ready to please and help :)

Being moderately handicapped, the floor in the tub was somewhat slippery which kept us cautious. A double sink would have been nice and more towel hangers would have been helpful, as well as extra trash bags readily available,

Easy to find. Great location for us. Room was large and bed was huge! Everything was clean. We had a no smoking room and it was!! Complementary breakfast was very good! Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, muffins, pastries, juice, coffee, fruit, and I’m sure I’m forgetting items!

Just know it is a very fancy “Motel”. All rooms open to the outside. We think elephants were staying the room above us on the first night! Very loud thumping most of the night. Luckily they only stayed one night! But nothing the staff could do about it, just our bad luck!

Staff is always friendly Very clean Beds are comfortable We had the two bedroom suite and it was very spacious

We stayed six nights only complaint is two of the mornings the young girl working the breakfast area did not keep the the food filled people were always waiting for the eggs and sausage to be filled the other four mornings the lady running the breakfast area was excellent food was always full hot and fresh. One suggestion would be to change the selection of hot foods every day it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage links

The needs were great, the rooms were very very clean, the air conditioner work nicely and wasn't loud or noisy. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly and very helpful. I'd say it was the nicest hotel I've stayed in for many many years of travels mi would definitely look for a Quality Inn for my next trip away. Free breakfast was included and great service to boot. I'm a sold customer now...Quality Inn is and always will be on my radar. Best so fast

I doubt i have even one complaint. Nope, none! Too good to be true!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, and instant hot water. I booked a jacuzzi room, and enjoyed it so much I extended my stay. I forgot a bag and water bottle in my room after check out. The front desk was sweet and understanding, allowing me access to retrieve my items.

Breakfast was gluten/carb heavy, but the eggs saved the day. Soap/ shampoo are lower quality and dried my skin, but get the job done.

I think the room # 125 was not ready for guests. There were a big Jacuzzi with a sign of OUT OF SERVICE. The shower was freshly painted , the smell was so strong. We couldn't resist to be at the shower for enough time, almost made us throw up. I been here couple of times , never happened before.

The suite setup was perfect the beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh with good assortment of items. Hotel was convenient distance to amusement park. This is my family’s preferred place to stay when we visit Knotts Berry Farm because of convenience and cleanliness. Highly recommended this hotel.

I enjoyed the spacious room, the jacuzzi bath, the easy check in/out. The staff is polite and kind and attended to a daytime need very quickly. Getting to the two events I was there for, one in Huntington Beach, one in Seal Beach, was very easy. Parking was adequate.

They could use a bit of attending to details (edging of carpet, under sink area, tv channels and reception, all poor). The breakfast was awful with cold scrambled eggs containing shell bits, bad selection of breakfast items and no real continental choices, I went somewhere else! Room could use a microwave to make tea or warm beverages. Bed wasn't comfortable, had a sag in the middle. Loud people above me, up all night making noise (not the fault of the hotel, but office didn't have an attendant to complain to in the middle of the night).

The room is spacious and clean compare with another Quality Inn that we stayed yrs ago. The staff members are friendly and breakfast is good. The hotel location is good with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Bus stop (route 60) is in short walking distance that guests can visit attractions w/o a rental car. We used Orange county transit phone app (app name: "Transit - Subway and Bus Times") to plan a trip to Naples Canal. Very convenient!

Its always clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and kind. Also like they have an elevator. I have bad knees. My husband likes the breakfast. I would like if the had bagels and cream cheese, cottage cheese and maybe low fat yogurt 😋
