Large comfortable room. Good mattress. Desk, small fridge and microwave. Parked the car under the windows - plenty of space. 25 minutes to the old city by car. The vents on the windows open, the air conditioner is good, the water pressure is good. Lots of sockets, light next to the bed. Wi-Fi is sufficient for movies and networks. In short, everything works and everything is convenient. Thank you.

For some reason, there is only one clothes hanger. And the shower head is not removable - this is a common problem for almost the entire American continent: no bidet, no removable shower head...

It wasn't too far, had good parking space.

The front receptionist payed no attention to us being there. He was on a call, but did not attend us for 5 mins. all my family was exhausted and we just wanted to finish any formalities and crash for the night. Wasn't a pleasant experience. 2 rooms were booked and the lock on one of the room did not work and they did not have a spare room to accommodate us. Asked me to explain everything, then sent someone along with me to check it. then the boss came and he fixed it while making us wait. It doesn't have a lift if there are seniors with you. They ll have to use the stairs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Quick and easy check in, spacious and clean room, has a peaceful atmosphere. There is nothing not to like.

We stayed in the newer section which is a fairly long walk from the front desk. Rooms are an ample size. Ours had a king bed. Free onsite parking. The wi-fi was very good.

Wilfrid Hamel is a busy street and one has a distance to go to old city. However, one could never find a property in the centre so reasonably priced as this hotel.

Economical Motel away from the downtown.

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

Very comfy bed. I slept great and the hotel is very quiet. There were, however, contractors that were staying in rooms nearby whom I heard outside the door early morning as I presume they were leaving for work. All in all, I would definitely come back as the value for the rate is unbeatable.

The free coffee in the lobby was a nice surprise although it was a bit watery.

We checked into the motel as a couple and really liked it. They obviously take care of the renovation and cleanliness of the rooms, great location, very cozy and big room with nice bed. Very friendly staff. Didn't find any downsides. Definitely recommend it to all travelers!

Easy access from the A-40 and the old city; Super clean room; staff is professional and friendly; Real wood furniture in the room is a plus, as compared to the modern hotels. Great tea available anytime during the stay;

Good and strong coffee would really help; light breakfast would suit the clients before extended walking into the old Quebec.

I always book here, they have the most comfortable beds and pillows comparing to an expensive hotel.i always enjoy my stay here and it’s always the first place I check whenever I visit Qc.

Maybe the rug? I have allergies, so maybe they should upgrade on wood floors.

The courteous and friendly staff. Though they understand a little of English they helped us a lot in making us feel comfortable. The free Wi-Fi and unlimited free coffee added big smiles to our stay. I felt regretted not to have booked here for my entire four days’ tour in this part rather than than having the worst ever experience of moving to hotel Au Poste De Traite in Sainte Famille for next two days
