Big and clean room, good value for money, happy it's pet friendly and could take our little dog with us. Nice location, great facilities. For a 4* hotel, I was expecting to have toiletries available in the bathroom rather than soap dispenser, but this was compensated by bathrobes and slippers. Would definitely book again if needed.

Nothing to dislike

I stayed in a very nice room with balcony and access to fresh air, the staff was very friendly but didn’t exaggerate, usually horeca staff do cross over a limit in România, it was the right amount of friendly service, they offered solutions, it was refreshing to be able to find this place in România, I’m very happy finding you:))

I arrived in a day with an orthodox celebration of a saint or something, and other guests where quite loud while dancing and partying but it’s a cultural thing and doesn’t impact very much my overall opinion about this place

Large room, very clean. Elevator was working, everything as in the description. Comfortable bed, very good mattress. Small balcony available (but no chairs). Working TV, big wardrobe closet, a bottle of mineral water from the house.

Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom was leaking. We arrived 10 minutes before 3 and the room wasn't ready (no explanation, no will to help us in any way). Breakfast buffet only from 7 to 8 (on a Sunday) from 8 only few options available.

The room we stayed in was impressively spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the room was pleasantly warm, creating a cozy refuge from the cold. The hotel's location is also pretty good.

The only minor drawback was the limited variety at breakfast but still enough choices to start the day on a good note.

We felt very comfortable and welcomed at this hotel. It is very clean, elegant but also modern and not at all expensive. I like the ambiance in the lobby, very peaceful and elegant. Having breakfast there at a fair price is also a nice way to start your day.

The lady from the reception was extremely kind and helpful. The standard rooms are small but decent but the real deal are the superior rooms. In both the bathrooms were clean, bright and modern, the beds are more confortable in the superior room. All in all a good experience

The location it is very good in Predeal, on the main way, next the intersection with the "3 Brazi" way. It has power station for EV - 22KWh

The condition are about 3.5 stars not 4 stars.

From the rooms to the staff and the food everything was lovely.

The mini fridge seemed not to work when we arrived.
